해계 유침과 전침이 loperamide로 저하된 흰 쥐의 장운동에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of acpuncture and electro-acupuncture of low(EA(L)) and high(EA(H)) frequency at Haegye(ST41) on intestinal hypomotility induced with loperamide in rats. Methods : We made suppressed state of intestinal motility with loperamide in rats and carried out needle retention acupuncture, low frequency electro-acupuncture and high frequency electro-acupuncture at ST41 in rats devided into pre-treatment group and post-treatment group. We fed charcoal to them after the treatment and measured the travel rate of charcoal in the gastrointestinal track to analyze which treatment is more effective in state of intestinal hypomotility. Results : None of acupuncture, EA(L) and EA(H) at ST41 had significant influences on intestinal motility of rat in normal state. Needle retention at ST41 did not significantly increase intestinal motility suppressed with loperamide in rats. Pre-treatment of EA(L) and EA(H) at ST41 significantly increased intestinal motility suppressed with loperamide in rats. Post-treatment of EA(L) and EA(H) at ST41 did not have significant influences on intestinal motility of rat in normal state. Conclusions : These results suggest that treatment of EA(L) and EA(H) at ST41 may be effective on gastric disorders such as intestinal hypomotility and its effect had more prevention than cure. Further study is necessary to know more effects of ST41 and electro-acupuncture of low and high frequency.

Purpose: To investigate the clinical courses of children with functional visual loss and to evaluate their psychosocial problems. Methods: Thirteen children who visited the ophthalmic clinic of Dankook University Hospital because of functional vision loss between August 1, 2005 and January 1, 2009 were examined to establish the cause of lost vision. The results of the child behavior checklist-Korean version (K-CBCL) and the Korean personality inventory for children (KPI-C) were obtained in nine out of the 13 children. Results: The mean visual acuities at the initial and last visits for nine children in the functional visual loss group were 0.58 ± 0.28 and 0.89 ± 0.31, respectively. Somatic complaints, social problems and overall behavioral problems were statistically significantly different from those of the control group according to the K-CBCL, and somatic concern was statistically significantly different from that of the control group according to the KPI-C. Conclusions: Children in the functional visual loss group had different traits from those in the control group according to the K-CBCL and KPI-C. Children's psychosocial problems could be expressed as somatic symptoms, of which vision loss should be considered a major factor. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2010;51(8):1092-1098

두 변화검출 마스크를 이용한 3차원 영상분할 초저속 동영상 부호화

A new 3-D segmentation-based coding technique is proposed for transmitting the motion video with reasonablly acceptable quality even at a very low bit rate. Only meaningful motion areas are extracted by using two change detection masks and a current frame is directly segmented rather than a difference frame itself so that a good quality of image can be obtained at high compression ratios. Through the experiments, the sequence of Miss America is reconstructed with visually acceptable quality at the very high compression ratio of 360:1. 아주 높은 압축률에서도 시각적으로 만족할 만한 동영상을 전송할 수 있는 3차원 영상 분할기반 부호화법을 제안하였다. 두개의 변화검출 마스크를 이용하여 동영상에서 의미있는 움직임 영역만을 효과적으로 추출하고 또한, 차영상을 분할하는 대신 현재 프레임을 직접 분할함으로써 높은 압축률에서도 우수한 품질의 영상을 얻을 수 있다. 실험을 통해, 제안된 방법은 Miss America의 연속영상을 360배 정도의 압축률로 전송하였을 경우에도 재생영상의 품질이 우수함을 확인하였다.

돼지 $\beta$-Casein을 이용한 EGFP 발현 Knock-in 벡터의 구축 및 발현 검증

This study was carried out to develop knock-in vector for EGFP (enhanced green fluorescent protein) expression in porcine $\beta$-casein locus. For construction of knock-in vector using porcine $\beta$-casein gene, we cloned the $\beta$-casein genome DNA from porcine fetal fibroblast cells, EGFP and SV40 polyA signal using PCR. The knock-in vectors consisted of a 5-kb fragment as the 5' recombination arm and a 2.7-kb fragment as the 3' recombination arm. We used the neomycin resistance gene ($neo^{r}$) as a positive selectable marker and the diphtheria toxin A (DT-A) gene as a negative selectable marker. To demonstrate EGFP expression from knock-in vector, we are transfected knock-in vector that has EGFP gene in murine mammary epithelial cell line HC11 cells with pSV2 neo plasmid. The EGFP expression was detected in HC11 cells transfected knock-in vector. This result demonstrates that this knock-in vector may be used for the development of knock-in transgenic pig. 본 연구는 돼지 $\beta$-casein 유전자 위치에서 EGFP가 발현될 수 있는 knock-in 벡터를 구축하기 위하여 실시되었다. 돼지의 $\beta$-casein 유전자를 이용하여 knock-in 벡터를 구축하기 위해 돼지의 태아 섬유아세포로부터 $\beta$-casein 유전자를 동정하였고 EGFP, SV4O polyA signal을 동정하였다. Knock-in 벡터는 5' 상동 영역 약 5 kb와 3' 상동 영역 약 2.7 kb로 구성되어있으며, positive selection marker로 $neo^{r}$ 유전자를, negative selection marker로 DT-A 유전자를 사용하였다. 구축된 knock-in 벡터로부터 EGFP의 발현을 확인하기 위하여 생쥐 유선 세포인 HC11 세포에 knock-in 벡터를 도입하였다. 그 결과 EGFP의 발현을 HC11 세포에서 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과로서 이 block-in 벡터는 knock-in 형질전환 돼지를 생산하는데 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

현무암을 활용한 문양디자인 개발 및 디자인상품연구

문양은 오래전부터 상징적, 장식적, 주술적 의미를 지니며 언제 어디서나 존재해 왔다. 끊임없이 변화하는 역사, 문화, 사회 등을 반영하며 함께 변화하였고 개발된 문양은 다양한 사물에 적용되어 상품화 되었다. 반면 돌의 문양은 현재까지 살펴보면 선의 단순화를 통한 괴석문을 제외하면 돌 표면의 사실적 문양을 사용하거나 쌓는 방식에 의해 나타나는 문양으로 크게 2가지 방향으로 사용되고 있다. 제주의 디자인상품개발을 위한 다양한 현무암의 문양을 개발하기 위해서 현재까지 사용된 돌 문양을 조사 및 분석 하여 돌 문양의 분류체계를 정의하고 기연구된 논문을 통해 문양 개발의 프로세스를 기초문양개발과 확장된 형태인 응용문양개발로 2단계화 시켰으며 이를 바탕으로 현무암을 사실적, 양식적, 추상적 문양으로 개발하고 이를 적용한 디자인상품을 제안하였다. 이로써 현무암문양의 다양한 개발은 현무암 자체로써만 상품화가 되는 것이 아니라 문양의 개발과 적용으로써 지역특색을 지니는 디자인상품으로써 색다르고 다양한 개발방법에 많은 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것이다. Having a symbolic, decorative, magical significance, Patterns have been existed anywhere for a long time. Constantly being be affected by history, culture, society, the pattern are having developed and changed, and then it have been applied to various things commercially. But if we research the pattern of stone, It`s pattern has been used two directions, except for the unusual rock that used simple lines. one is to use an exact realistic surface pattern of stone, the other is to use stacking method. In order to develop a variety of Basalt patterns for Jeju`s souvenir, we have to define the classification scheme with a research and analysis of stone. the method of pattern design can be organized into two ways. one way is to make a basic pattern, the other is to make a expanded pattern. these two way could be applied to the development and product of this stone patterns. Through the development of a various patterns of Jeju basalt, the Souvenir of jeju can be presented a variety of ways.

보육교사 양성과정에 대한 현직 경력보육교사들의 개선 요구 : 5년 이상 현직 경력보육교사를 중심으로

본 연구는 5년 이상 현직 경력 보육교사들의 보육현장 경험을 통해 보육교사 양성과정에 대한 개선요구를 심층적으로 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 5년 이상 현직 경력 보육교사 10명이며, 2019년 6월 21일부터 10월 31일까지 총 3회의 개별 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 보육교사 양성과정에 대한 현직 경력보육교사들의 개선요구는 보육교사 자질과 인성교육 강화 및 인ㆍ적성 검사 필수ㆍ의무화, 보육교사 자격 기준 강화를 통한 전문성 향상, 보육교사 양성 과정 전문학과제도 및 평가, 체계화ㆍ표준화된 공통 교육과정 개발 및 적용, 보육교사 양성과정의 교수진 자격 강화 및 수업의 질, 실습의 효율적 운영 및 실습 강화, 실습지도 교사에 대한 자격 강화 및 실습지도 인원 조정, 실습내용에 대한 표준 프로그램과 매뉴얼 및 교육으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 실질적으로 보육현장에서 필요한 보육교사의 양성은 어떻게 이루어져야 하는지에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 보육교사 양성과정의 개선을 위한 기초자료 제공으로서의 의의를 갖는다. The purpose of this study is to examine in-depth the demand for improvement of the training course for child care teachers through the experience of child care teachers with more than 5 years of experience in the field. The subjects of the study were 10 current child care teachers with more than five years of experience, and a total of three in-depth interviews were conducted from June 21 to October 31, 2019. According to the study, current career child care teacher’s demand for improvement in child care teacher training courses is reinforcement the quality and personality education of child care teachers, mandatory personality·aptitude test, Improving professionalism by reinforcement the qualification criteria for child care teachers, Curriculum System and Evaluation of child care teacher’s training course, Development and Application of Systematic and Standardized Common Curriculum, enhancing the qualifications of faculty members of the child care teacher training course and quality of classes, Efficient operation of practice training and enhancing of practice training, reinforcing qualifications for practical guidance teachers and adjust the number of practical guidance teachers, Standard programs, manuals, and education about practical training content. The results of this study can be used as basic data on how the training of child care teachers required at child care sites should be done, and it is meaningful as a provision of basic data to improve the problems of the child care teacher training process.
