알츠하이머 병의 검출을 위한 ML-SVM, PCA, VBM, GMM을 결합한 융합적 성능 비교

구조적 MRI 영상은 여러 단 변량과 다변량 방법을 위해 그레이 메터 (GM), 화이트 메터 (WM), 뇌척수액 (CSF) 세션화 과정을 하고 난후 형태계측학적 특징을 추출하기 위해 사용한다. 새로운 접근 방법은 매우 가벼운알츠하이머 병에서 가벼운 알츠하이머병의 진단을 위해 적용된다. 간이정신상태검사에 따른 형태계측학적 특징과가우시안 복합 모델 파라미터를 결합하여 정상인으로부터 알츠하이머 병 환자로 분류하는 방법을 제안한다. 결합한특징은 주성분 분석 기법을 이용한 고차원의 저주를 제거한 후 다중 커널 SVM 분류기에 공급한다. 제안한 진단방법의 실험적 결과는 90%이상의 특성도와 고민감도에 따라 다중 커널 SVM을 가진 층화 정확도가 96%까지 최대산출한다. Structural MRI(sMRI) imaging is used to extract morphometric features after Grey Matter(GM), White Matter(WM) for several univariate and multivariate method, and Cerebro-spinal Fluid (CSF) segmentation. A new approach is applied for the diagnosis of very mild to mild AD. We propose the classification method of Alzheimer disease patients from normal controls by combining morphometric features and Gaussian Mixture Models parameters along with MMSE (Mini Mental State Examination) score. The combined features are fed into Multi-kernel SVM classifier after getting rid of curse of dimensionality using principal component analysis. The experimenral results of the proposed diagnosis method yield up to 96% stratification accuracy with Multi-kernel SVM along with high sensitivity and specificity above 90%.
Effects of Polyols for the Preparation of Low Gloss Waterborne Polyurethane Coating

In order to obtain polyurethane (PU) with low gloss, people employed PU with rough surface roughness by introducing additives such as silica. The matting agents when added to the WPU dispersion tend to disperse imperfectly due to the incompatibility between the additive and WPU dispersion, leading to inhomogeneity of gloss in the surface of substrates. Furthermore, the gloss increases due to disappearance of the agents after a period of time use. Nowadays, single component waterborne PU (WPU) is a trend in field of coating industry. In this research, a series of WPU were synthesized under different conditions (e.g., different contents of polyols and DMPA, etc.) via prepolymer emulsification process. FTIR was used to confirm the chemical structures. The rough surface morphology, particle size distribution, phase separation behavior along with their hardness, adhesion capacities and thermal stabilities were also studied. All the experimental data and results will be presented in detail.
Preparation of polyaniline coated polystyrene beads for adsorption of silver ions as nanoparticles

In this study, cross-linked polystyrene beads were synthesized by conventional free-radical suspension polymerization, and the resulting beads were subsequently coated by polyaniline via polymerization of aniline. Sieved polymer beads with outer diameter in the range of 0.5- 0.8 mm were used for the further study. The surface morphologies of the polymer beads before and after the coating were studied by SEM and TEM. The adsorption efficiency of the polymer beads toward silver ion as nanoparticles was studied at various different conditions: temperature, pH, concentration of silver ion, and contact time. The experimental results will be presented in details.
글라스 아이오노머와 레진수복물 변연의 우식내성에 관한 비교실험연구

Standardized cavities were prepared on 60 permanent teeth which had been selected according to inherent fluoride ion content of enamel and several glass ionomers and composite resins were restored. After classification and deposition for 1, 2 and 3 weeks, artificial caries was made on these specimens and resulting histologic appearances and depths of the lesions were observed by a polarizing microscope. Then caries resistant effects of each materials were compared and analyzed. In groups of Ketac-Fil and Fuji Ⅱ, the depth of lesion was increased markedly as the distance had been far away from the margin of restoration materials, wherease in the control group(Silux Plus), lesion depth was deeper than the experimental group and uniform depth of lesion was made despite of the distance from the margin. Fluoride ion content released in solution was higher in Ketac-Fil, Fuji Ⅱ, Silux Plus by descending order and statistically significant difference between groups could be found.

The re-modified of criminal procedure law has restored the files transfer system, which is a rational choice based on the reflection of judicial practice. It is conducive to protect the reading rights of defence lawyers, to prevent the abuse the public prosecution power, to save lawsuit cost and to improve the efficiency of the proceedings. However, the preliminary hearing procedure has not been changed correspondingly. If the preliminary hearing procedure’s form is brief, function is simple and could not exclude of judges’ prejudgments, it will not only influence the expected purpose of restoring the files transfer system but also have conflicts. Therefore, the restored of files transfer system requires further reform of preliminary hearing procedure.
