德村 梁得中의 趙苞 고사 인식과 그 의미

This article examined the data of Korea and China which commented on Zhaobao(趙苞), and explored Yang, Tŭk-chung(梁得中)’s thought and contemporary meaning about Zhaobao(趙苞) story. Historical commentaries not only reconstruct the past traces of specific historical figures, but also influence the establishment of universal ideologies and judgments of the state of the nation. Therefore, in the field of pre-modern Korean literature studying the contemporary context of classical works, it is useful to find and interpret works of specific historical figures. In particular, Zhaobao(趙苞) is a person who has conflicted between loyalty(忠) and filial duty(孝). Reading Korea and China’s comments on the action of Zhaobao(趙苞) is a way to see what values are important for each country, period, and author. Among them, Yang, Tŭk-chung(梁得中) has exchanged letters with Yoon, Dong-soo(尹東洙) many times and commented on Zhaobao(趙苞) story and criticized its comments. Yang, Tŭk-chung(梁得中) raised questions about the following phrases. First, when Zhaobao(趙苞) committed suicide, he said, “I could not save my mother, but I defend the country against the enemy(殺母以全義).” Second, Cheng Yi(程頤) said, “It should not surrender using the castle of the king to save his mother(以君城降而求生其母, 固不可).” Yang, Tŭk-chung(梁得中) thought that two phrases were evidences of confusion of human relationship. If the morality between parents and children is the most important of human relationship, there should be no doubt in the phrases referring to this value. The period which Yang, Tŭk-chung(梁得中) lived was a period when the conflict between Old Doctrine(老論) and Young Doctrine(少論) was sharply. In particular, Old Doctrine(老論) regarded great righteousness and clarification of names as the absolute principle, and formed the forces centering on local academy and memorial shrine. He criticized that the fundamental of human relationship was pushed to different values and he tried to overcome this evils. 이미진, 2019, 덕촌 양득중의 조포 고사 인식과 그 의미, 어문연구, 181 : 283~308 본고에서는 趙苞(?~178)를 논평한 韓·中 자료를 살핀 뒤, 이중에서 梁得中(1665~1742)의 조포 고사 인식과 그 당대적 의미를 고찰했다. 조포는 충과 효 사이에서 갈등하다 자결한 인물로, 그와 관련된 한·중 작가들의 논평을 읽다보면 국가별, 작가별로 당대 중요한 가치가 무엇이었는지 알 수 있다. 양득중은 尹東洙(1674~1739)와 여러 차례 서신을 교환하면서 조포 고사를 논평하고 程頤의 논평을 비판했다. 이를 통해 양득중은 부자간의 도리를 인륜의 근본으로 삼아야 한다고 강조했으며, 그 근본이 말단에 밀리게 된 이유는 대의명분을 절대 의리로 삼아 祠宇와 서원을 중심으로 세력을 형성해간 노론에게 있다고 보았다. 양득중은 이에 대해 여러 번 영조에게 상소를 올려 문제를 제기했었다. 즉, 양득중이 유독 조포와 정이의 단편적인 발언을 가지고 부자간의 도리를 주장했던 것은 인륜의 근본이 말단에 밀린 당대 현실을 비판하고 이를 극복하기 위해서였다는 것을 짐작할 수 있다.

허혈성 장질환의 조기진단을 위한 혈청 락테이트(lactate)의 유용성

Background: Intestinal ischemia remains a devastating event despite improvements in clinical recognition and in diagnostic and therapeutic modalities. The ischemic bowel diseases encompass a wide clinical spectrum from mild, reversible disease to severe, irreversible injury. The clinical picture is characterized initially by poorly localized visceral pain. Thus, it is difficult to diagnose this ischemia at an early stage. This study investigated whether an increased serum lactate level is a recognized danger signal marker for intestinal ischemia in patients who present at the emergency department because of abdominal complaints. Methods: Patients who came to our emergency department with abdominal pain and the risk factors of intestinal ischemia between Apr. 1999 and Nov. 1999 were included in this study. The data analysis included age, sex, final diagnosis, pathogenesis of bowel ischemia, and serum lactate level. Results: The serum lactate level in the intestinal ischemia group was 28.54±22.51 mg/dl; in non-ischemia group, it was 15.49±22.52 mg/dl. This difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05). An increased serum lactate level had a sensitivity of 88.2% and specificity of 59.2%, a positive likelihood ratio of 4.92, and a negative likelihood ratio of 0.47 as a marker of bowel ischemia. These results do not represent a very meaningful revision of bowel ischemlc provability, but may make a small contribution to management of the disease, depending upon their magnitude and the clinical context in which they are applied. Conclusion: In patients with abdominal complaints, an increased serum lactate level is usually a useful aid as a diagnostic marker of bowel ischemia.

The musical form “canon” is a compositional procedure with long history and the influence that reaches to the 20th century music. Despite its history and influence, the studies on canon were not recognized as much as its importance. The canon has been thought as very simple imitative form when compared to other forms such as invention or fugue. This article aims to examine the renaissance canon with two analytical methods that were recently come out. The study by Robert Gauldin analysed Palestrina's canons based on Schenker's reductive technique to find out the structural framework of the renaissance canons. For canons in renaissance were based on church modes, the result of his analysis have distance from the Ursatz(background) which is induced in tonal works. So, Gauldin reduced each voice of canons to the form of “note against note(1:1)”, After the study, it has been proved that the two canons by Palestrina were built on the highly organized motives. Alan Gosman named some renaissance canons that have 4th or 5th pitch intervals as “stacked canon”, Due to their pitch intervals, stacked canons contain more possibilities of having dissonances. Gosman has proved that the compositional procedures for stacked canon require more restrictions and precompositional designs. Also, he has revealed the result of analysis that intervals between downbeats on each voice show multi-dimensional relationship, horizontally, vertically, and obliquely. The term “LEAP” to measure the intervals between downbeats in each voice adjusts the concept used in set-theory to works on 16th century modal works. This article introduces the theories built on updated analyses and also confirms that the canons are not simple reiterations of imitating techniques. It has analysed the renaissance canons based on church modes with Schenker's analytical method which is specialized in tonal music. Also, the specific canonic works such as stacked canon represent the interval relations with various points. This article have made more advanced results possible than the study of mere analyses which have indicated the pitch intervals, time intervals or numbers of voices. And this results could be generalized and adjusted to other canonic works.

노인보호전문기관 상담원이 인식하는 노인보호전문기관의 역할에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 노인학대사례업무를 담당하고 있는 노인보호전문기관 상담원들이 노인보호전문기관의 역할에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 탐색함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2013년 종결지표 개발 시 수집된 자료와 2015년 종결지표 후속 연구시 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 두 자료 모두 상담원을 개별 면접한 자료이며, 이 자료들을 중심주제기법으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, ‘기관의 정체성과 실제 역할의 간극’, ‘기관의 역할수행에 영향을 미치는 기관 내 요인’, ‘기관의 역할수행에 영향을 미치는 기관외 요인’의 세 개 범주가 생성되었다. 첫 번째 ‘기관의 정체성과 실제 역할의 간극’ 범주에는 ‘상담원이 수행하는 역할의 중첩과 모호함’, ‘기관의 정체성에 대한 문제제기’, ‘노인보호전문기관에 대한 인지 부재, 잘못된 인식’, ‘기관간 연계의 당위성과 실제’의 하위범주가 포함되었다. 두 번째 ‘기관의 역할수행에 영향을 미치는 기관내 요인’의 하위범주로는 ‘상담원의 전문성’, ‘상담원의 경력이 개입에 미치는 영향’, ‘기관장 및 중간관리자의 역할’이 포함되었다. 세 번째 ‘기관의 역할수행에 영향을 미치는 기관외 요인’의 하위범주로는 ‘지역별 환경의 차이’, ‘전산시스템 문제와 통합적 정보 접근 문제’,‘실적과 종결율 압박’,‘법적인 강제조치에 대한 바램과 실제’, ‘옆집 우등생과 같은 존재인 아동보호전문기관’, ‘노인복지정책의 저발달’이 포함되었다. 결론에서는 본 연구결과의 이론적 함의와 정책적·실천적 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

Antioxidative activity and antiaging effect of carrot glycoprotein

The objectives of this study were to investigate the antioxidant activity and antiaging effect of carrot glycoprotein (hereinafter called as CG), it is compared with the fish scale collagen peptide (hereinafter called as SCP). As a result of analysis of the content of the total flavonoid which is one of ingredients of anti-oxidative action, CG and SCP was 1.35 mg/g and 1.46 mg/g, respectively. In the experiment of oft the radical elimination ability by means of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl (hereinafter called as DPPH), CG expressed anti-oxidative effect depending on the concentration considering SCP. The Lipid per-oxidation of CG and SCP expressed changes of 9.37%, 36.72%, 51.64% and 0%, 28.93%, 63.84%, respectively, according to the passage of time of 1 day, 3 days and 5 days, so CG and SCP expressed a higher lipid peroxidation than that of comparison group butylated hydroxyl anisole (hereinafter called as BHA) and vitamin E. In vitro the cytotoxic experiment using the fibroblasts of the dermis of human body, the toxicity didn’t appear in the concentration less than CG 1.0 mg/ml, SCP 0.75 mg/ml. In the efficacy experiment to promote the generation of collagen type-1, it appeared that CG promoted the generation of collagen type-1 in more than 0.5 mg/ml concentration and SCP did so in more than 0.3 mg/ml concentration. In the inhibition experiment of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (hereinafter called as MMP-1) expression, CG was reduced meaningfully and statistically all in the concentration of 0.25 mg/ml (p < 0.05), 0.5 mg/ml (p < 0.01), 1 mg/ml (p < 0.01), and SCP showed the inhibition of MMP-1 expression in 0.3 mg/ml (p < 0.01). These results express that CG eliminates reactive oxygen species (hereinafter called as ROS), protect cell membrane, and can act as antioxidants and antiaging article in the skin exposed to solar ultraviolet light. Therefore, it is thought that CG can be applied to new material related to antioxidants and antiaging.

브래지어 착용시 흉부에서의 의복압 분포

The purpose of this study was to measure distribution of clothing pressure on breast in brassiere according to body shape and motion, and the position of hook-and-eye on brassiere, and to get basic data for comfortable brassiere design. Clothing pressure was measured from 8 female subjects under wearing trials in climatic chamber. When brassiere was tied together with inner or outer hook-and-eye, clothing pressure under the condition were 10.6 and 9.5 gf/㎠, respectively. With the degree between main body and arms increased from 0°to 45°and 90°to the front, clothing pressure decreased from 10.2 to 9.6 gf/㎠, and then increased to 10.4 gf/㎠. When the degree was increased from 45°to 90°to the flank, the pressure increased from 9.3 to 10.6 gf/㎠. Fat body shape recorded 10.8 gf/㎠, and lean body shape recorded 9.5 gf/㎠ in side, 12.8 gf/㎠ in the back side. Therefore, clothing pressure of brassiere was influenced to the greater extent by body shape and measuring points on human body than by the position of hook-and-eye and body motion.

장기요양요원의 직종별 직무에 대한 질적 연구 : 선임 직무를 중심으로

In order to suggest job duties of senior workers, this study explores job duties of care workers, social workers, and nursing staff in the long-term care (LTC) sectors and compares differences of job duties between LTC occupations. Previous studies on job duties were limited to care workers only and differences of job duties between LTC occupations were not compared. In this study, in-depth individual interview and focus group interview were conducted with LTC workers and various stakeholders. Results of qualitative data analysis reveal three themes including “Job Duties of LTC workers”, “Suggested Job Duties of Senior Workers”, and “Unclarity and Differences of Job Duties between LTC occupations”. Those results help us to better understand job identity and expertise of LTC occupations. Suggestions are made for introducing senior workers in the LTC sectors. 본 연구는 장기요양요원의 직종별 선임 직무 제안에 목적을 두고 직종별 평사원 및선임 직무, 그리고 직종 간 직무 차이를 검토하였다. 지금까지 장기요양요원의 직무에관한 연구는 주로 요양보호사의 단일 직종에 한정하였고, 장기요양요원의 직종별 선임직무에 대한 분석과 차이에 대한 비교 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구는 장기요양요원(요양보호사, 사회복지사, 간호사, 간호조무사)과 다양한 이해관계자를 대상으로개별 심층 면접과 초점집단인터뷰(Focus Group Interview)를 수행하여 장기요양요원의 직종별 평사원 및 선임 직무에 대한 질적 자료 분석을 수행하였다. 질적 자료 분석 결과, “직종별 평사원이 수행하고 있는 직무”, “직종별 상위직급(선임) 직무에 대한 제안”, “직종 간 직무 경계의 모호함과 차별성”의 세 가지 범주가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 장기요양요원의 직종별 평사원 직무와 선임 직무, 직종 간 직무 차이를 통해 직종별 직업정체성 및 전문성의 명확성과 불명확성을 동시에 드러내 주고 있다. 그리고 직종별 직무 구분에 대한 제안, 전문성 개발과 교육훈련 체계의 마련, 선임 직무 제도의 정착을 위해 필요한 제언을 하였다.
