        부산 지역 초등 교사가 겪는 갈등경험에 대한 질적 연구

        This study is striving to establish a democratic community on elementary school teachers in the Busan. Busan-style Innovative School ‘Da Haengbok School’ teacher working to build a democratic community. The purpose of this study was to embody the fundamental educational values that education promotes through the democratic community. However, Teachers find it challenging to operate a democratic community. A democratic community is a process of communication, and it can involve the process of conflicts in communication. Qualitative research on the conflict experiences of teachers is necessary for the formation of a democratic community. We aim to qualitatively investigate the conflicts experienced by teachers at G Elementary School, Da Haengbok School. We research aims to examine, firstly, the factors enabling teachers to perceive conflicts as positive experiences, and secondly, to explore the characteristics of teacher culture that facilitate conflict transformation. The research results are as follows: Firstly, Teachers need to be aware of a shift in their perception towards conflicts and recognize the necessity for continuous learning. Secondly, Teachers value the communication process itself over decision-making. Teachers respect consensus and agreement, engaging in empathetic dialogue. An attitude of embracing others' opinions during meetings is crucial. Thirdly, Teachers need to embody and internalize a culture of perceptual shift regarding conflicts.

        모성성의 관점에서 본 예비교사의 삶

        It is important role of the teacher to school community. The capacity of the teacher is important. The capacity of the teacher is measured from the part which is various role of the teacher. The capacity which need to the teacher is maternity. Scholar care of ethics is understand maternity as principal moral maternity is composed preservation, growth, social acceptability. Sara Ruddik argues that the everyday chores of mothering foster a distinctly maternal style of thinking that fuses feeling, reflection and action. maternal thinking breeds respect for individual differences, as well as a commitment to resolve disputes without fisticuffs.         셀룰라제 처리에 의한 면, 레이온, CMC 직물의 성질 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of an acidic cellulase treatment on the properties of four kinds of cellulosic fabrics including cotton, viscose rayon, and their carboxymethyl derivatives. The degree of substitution of the carboxymethyl derivatives of cotton and rayon were 0.11 and 0.20, respectively. Weight loss after the enzyme treatment was in the following order: CM-cotton>cotton>CM-rayon>rayon. All treated fabrics had higher moisture regain, water retention value and air permeability, while tensile strength decreased after the treatment. Cellulase treated rayon and CM-rayon fabrics were more flexible than cellulase treated cotton and CM-cotton fabrics. Additionally the CMC treated fabrics were slightly whitened by the enzyme treatment.

        교실의 도덕공동체(Moral Community) 형성과 도덕과 교육과정의 개선 방향에 관한 연구 - 초등학교를 중심으로 -

        Our moral education are on the crossroad. And Goal of moral education is obstruct and absurd. moral education is connect life-world. All children should be educated for the growth of Moral Community. So it is important to create moral community in classroom. Moral community is based on communication, dialogue, communality in relationship, truth, mind, respect, truth, caring, inclusiveness, reflectivity, inquiry, social justice, collaboration, commitment. To build moral community we try to realize commentarial climate of democratic classroom, making classroom, dialogue, networking of family, society system. 초등학교 도덕과 교육내용이 아동들의 삶과 유리되어 있다는 지적이 많다. 도덕교육이 아동들의 삶과 유리된 원인 가운데 하나는 도덕교육이 전근대적 덕목이나 가치를 추구함으로써 근대적 삶을 사는 아동들이 도덕적 의미구성을 하기 어렵다는 것이다. 따라서 도덕과 교육의 방향목적은 아동의 구체적인 삶에서 출발해야 하고, 교실의 일상적인 삶을 존중하고 반영해야 한다. 학교에서 아동의 구체적인 삶은 교실이라는 공간에서 이루어진다. 교실 공간은 물리적인 곳일 뿐만 아니라, 사랑과 미움, 갈등과 화해, 공적인 것과 사적인 것이 교차하는 정서적이고 심미적이고 윤리적인 공간이다. 그리고 교실공동체는 변화와 움직임이 있는 교육적인 공간이다.교실을 도덕공동체로 만드는 데 기여하는 도덕과 교육과정이 되기 위해서는 무엇보다도 현재 교실의 실태를 파악해야 한다. 이에 우리는 교실의 도덕적 실태를 질적으로 고찰하고 이를 근거로 하여 도덕과 교육과정의 방향을 모색하고자 한다.

        춘추용 블라우스/셔츠 소재의 태 언어 도출 및 평가

        After collecting the adjectives describing the fabric hand, the semantic differential scale was developed. Using the developed scale, the subjective hand of 44 kinds of S/S blouse/shirt fabrics was measured. The preference of fabric hand for a blouse/shirt fabric was also investigated. The factors affecting consumer's preference for a blouse/shirt were analyzed by the statistical method. As a result of common factor analysis, five factors(surface contour, drapability, bulkiness, density, and wetness) expressing the hand of blouse/shirt fabrics were educed. Surface contour and drapability were most highly correlated with fabric hand. Silk which has smooth surface and good drapability was considered to be a fabric with good touch and the best material for a blouse. For a shirt, cotton which is relatively bulky, dense, and not drapable was most preferred.

        김흠조 분묘 출토직물의 보존처리를 위한 물리·화학·생물학적 분석

        The scientific analysis of buried fabrics from the 16th century tomb of Kim Heumjo was conducted, focusing on the conservation of fabrics. In order to find out the appropriate cleaning solvent and detergent for historical textiles, phys cal, chemical, and biological analysis was conducted. The following results are obtained from this study: 1. The buried fabrics from the tomb of Kim HeumJo were composed of cotton, silk, and ramie. Most of fabrics had lost their original colors faded to brown. It was revealed variations in weaves and patterns were very developed at that times. 2. The chemical components of soils are hydrocarbons, alkyl alcohols, nitrogen compounds, aromatic organic acid, which is supposed to be from a human body, microorganisms, and their by-products. 3. Seven kinds of fungi, Actinomycetes, Corynebacterium spp., Micrococcus luteus, Bacillus, Clostridium were isolated from the fabrics. The most common fungus was Bacillus.

        수지처리된 비스코스 레이온 섬유의 흡습성에 관한 연구 : BET,GAB식에 의한 해석 Characterization by the GAB and BET Equations

        The water-vapor sorption isotherms of viscose rayon and of modified viscose rayon were studied to elucidate the change of sorptivity by the DMDHEU resin finish. To determine the sorption isotherms, moisture regains of the samples were measured at various humidities. The sorption isotherms were determined by the BET and GAB multilayer adsorption theories. The adsorption isotherm of the starting rayon was Brunauer Type Ⅱ while with increasing resin content those of the DMDHEU-treated rayon became progressively more like Type Ⅳ. The DMDHEU-treated samples appeared to be hydrophilic due to the hydrophilicity of DMDHEU although moisture regains at higher humidities markedly decreased beacuse of an impediment in swelling by crosslinkings. The W_m. value and surface area of crosslinked samples increased with increasing resin content. VR-R-6 which was the most heavily crosslinked viscose rayon had the highest W_m and surface area values among all the samples. Relative sorption hysteresis was decreased as humidity increased for all samples. The untreated viscose rayon appeared to have a higher value than the DMDHEU-treated rayon.
