The publishing industry in Korea gropes for the way to its development in the digital age. As the structure and the feature of the publishing industry have been rapidly changing, publishing interest groups which used to function as the motive power of publishing development should find a new model of functions and roles. This paper examines establishment environment and development history of interest groups in Korean publishing industry and analyzes practical problems publishing interest groups are faced with. This paper aims to offer the future prospect how publishing interest groups should be developed in order to play an important role in new circumstances in the 21st century. The main findings are as follows. 1) Publishing interest groups should reconstruct their inner structures and reinforce themselves with professionalism in order to satisfy the needs of other parts in the publishing industry. 2) Publishing sector should overcome specialization and overlapping of functions and structures among publishing interest groups. 3) The government should support the activities of publishing interest groups as they are bases of national development.
백국균 Aspergillus kawachii Kitahara의 생태학적 연구

This study has been aimed to determine the ecological factors with relationship to the Jongkok production in view of fermentation technology by means of some strains, Asp. kawachii, which is now preserved by the author and the following factors are included during the study; inorganic salts, nitrogen, sugar, water contents and temperature. The results, are as follows: (a) Sugar among other above-mentioned factors is increasingly affecting the number of the short type of conidiophore on culture medium and the conidiophore is increased by direct ratio until glucose concentration of 50%, at which concentration is mostly effective for the short type of conidiophore, while other factors did not affect on it. (b) Until glucose concentration of 50% sugar component of culture medium is favorable for the spore formation of Asp. kawachii by direct ratio. And peptone or asparagine on nitrogen medium, calcium-phosphate among other inorganic salts, wheat bran and rice branare also favorable, but other factors rientioned earlier show no relationship with the spore formation. Sugar, however, also related with the spore color clearness of crimson and light brown, and spore color is mostly clear at the point of glucose concentration until 50%. And asparagine on nitrogen medium, calcium phosphate among other inorganic salts, rice bran did all affect on the color clearness, while other factors did not concern with color clearness. (c) Water, sugar and temperature have related with the acid formation which is promoted, by direct ratio at the point of water-saturated condition and glucose concentration of 50%, while temperature at $25^{\circ}C$favorably affected on the acid formation which is increased by inverse ratio at the temperature$25^{\circ}C$ to $45^{\circ}C$ And pH did not relate with the acid formation. (d) Cylindrical plate method devised by the author is mostly favorable for the preservation and isolation of culture, compared with the traditional slant medium method.

High cycle fatigue life for the cables with two different types of clamps is estimated comparatively through acceleration testing. The high cycle fatigue fracture of overhead lines is caused mainly by the aeolian vibration which is induced by vortex shedding. It is necessary to manage the integrity of cables continuedly considering that the aeolian vibration is unavoidable since it occurs in steady and relatively low wind velocity. Two types of clamps which are largely used for overhead lines of the distribution grids are selected and failure data are obtained by step stress testing with a electrodynamic shaker with them. The inverse power law is assumed to describe the stress-life relationship and the fatigue limit at any specified life is supposed to follow Weibull distribution. The life of the cable is defined as the number of cycles to the time that one of strands is completely broken. Finally, the fatigue limits of the cables with two clamp types are estimated at the reference life of 500 Mcycles and compared each other based on a bending vibration amplitude.

This study analyzes the factors of agri-food exporters' participation in online exports and the factors of investment intention to use digital technology. The results show that there are positive (+) relationships between attitude factors such as awareness, prospects, and self-capability evaluation of digital technology and exporters' online participation and investment intention. This suggests the importance of improving exporters' awareness of digital technology and strengthening their utilization capabilities to participate in online exports of agri-food exporters and expand investment in digital technology.
