In order to examine the fluctuation of flicker values, the author selected. 11 adults. Averge age of the subjects was 21 years, and five of the, subjects had, myopia. The subjects. were tested under the following three different experimental conditions; physical exercise by the ergometer bicycle for three minutes of 2.958 H. P. /min. dark adaptation and reading under bright illumination. The results of the above mentioned experiments were summerized as follows. 1. Flicker values decreased-3.5%N4.5% after exercise compared with the values obtained before exercise. 2. Flicker values did not change markedly before and after, reading under' the-bright, illumination, but in two cases, their values increased after reading. 3. Flicker values showed marked decrease after dark adaptation compared with those before the experiments. 4. Flicker values of the myopic group were. lower than those of the normal visual. group in all the experimental conditions mentioned above.
Classification of Galois Polynomials

Galois polynomials are defined as a generalization of the Cyclotomic polynomials. Galois polynomials have integer coefficients as the cyclotomic polynomials. But they are not always irreducible. In this paper, Galois polynomials are partly classified according to the type of subgroups which defines the Galois polynomial.

Hen's eggs have been regarded as one of the best animal bioreactors to produce biologically active peptides originated from many organisms including human. Despite the last decade's efforts to produce transgenic chicken for any commercial purposes, the results so far reported are very disappointing, indicating that hen's eggs are very difficult to crack for transgenesis. Comparatively large female gamete with enormous amount of yolk may be one of the major obstacles in achieving a similar feat to those of other vertebrate species including mouse, sheep, fish and frog. The delay or less efficiency evidenced may instruct to try an alternative way of gens transfer into chicken egg. Sperm-mediated gene transfer is one of them, and may require a great deal of understanding of mechanisms involved in early fertilization and embryonic development. In other animals where the technique was successful, basic mechanisms have been well studied and established only by painstaking efforts for decades. This paper discusses the accumulated knowledge on early fertilization mechanism in the chicken and how can this information be utilitzed to find the alternative gene transfer in making transgenic chicken.
Prediction of changes in fine dust concentration using LSTM model

Because fine dust (PM10) has a close effect on the environment, fine dust generated in the climate and living environment has a bad effect on the human body. In this study, the LSTM model was applied to predict and analyze the effect of fine dust on Gwangju Metropolitan City in Korea. This paper uses prediction values of input variables selected through correlation analysis to confirm fine dust prediction performance. In this paper, data from the Gwangju Metropolitan City area were collected to measure fine dust. The collection period is one year’s worth of data was used from january to December of 2021, and the test data was conducted using three-month data from January to March of 2022. As a result of this study, in the as a result of predicting fine dust (PH10) and ultrafine dust (PH2.5) using the LSTM model, the RMSE was 4.61 and the test result value was as low as 4.37. This reason is judged to be the result of the contents of the oneyear sample.
