Vietnam’s economic growth and household income have increased rapidly with accession of WTO and foreign investment. In addition, the proportion of new-rich class is to increase significantly since the middle class is emerging rapidly. It is also expected this Vietnam’s middle class group and new-rich class is to bring new change in the cash management service market. However, majority of Vietnam people are manage their assets in their house and keep it cash or gold because they have very bad reliability on bank’s credit. Depending on these circumstances, Woori Finance Holdings company need to conduct asset management services in addition to their existing Vietnam-based financial support business strategy. It is also necessary for company to get their Profitability and persistence through development in wealth management products for the emerging affluent and HNWI, enhance the accessibility of services via the Internet, and enhance the reputation of bank to the Vietnamese. The paper shows by providing asset management services, Woori Finance Holdings company can achieve a stable corporate profitability and persistency through gathering secure market share and customer share. It is also to be expected that with this diversified strategy, Woori Finance Holdings could be make business expansion to other countries.
글로벌 물류환경 변화에 따른 군산항 경쟁력 제고에 관한 연구

글로벌 경제의 시장화가 가속되면서 국제물류 환경에도 급격한 변화가 이루어 질것으로 예상 된다. 항만들 간의 물류중심권 및 거점화에 대한 경쟁이 치열해지고 있는 현재, 본 연구는 중국 과 가까운 서해중부권 항만인 군산항을 대상으로 급변하는 해운항만 환경의 변화 속에서 군산항 의 경쟁력 강화요인을 분석하고 항만개발을 통한 전라북도의 지역경제 활성화를 도모하는 데 연 구의 목적을 두었다. 이에 본 논문은 기존 연구에서 제시된 항만의 경쟁력 제고에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하고, 군산항을 이용하는 화주, 선사, 항만당국관리자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 군산항의 항만경쟁력에 영향을 주는 요인들을 도출하였으며 궁극적으로 군산항의 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다. With the ever-increasing market of global economy, it is expected that there will be rapid changes in the climate of international logistics, and the competition will become fierce among ports over the logistics centerosphere and hub. This study selected Kunsan Port, a western middle port, close to China and was aimed to analyze the factors of strengthening its competitiveness under the rapid changes in the shipping and port environments through the investigation of the shippers, ship companies and port authorities in relation to the port,and how to develop this port to activate local economy of Jeollabuk-do, and finally suggest the problems of Kunsan Port and its future development directions.
옥수수 생장에 미치는 Azospirillum amazonense Y1 의 영향

In order to clarify the effect of the associative nitrogen fixing bacteria on the growth of corn(Zea mays L. Suwon19), we inoculated com seedlings with Azospirillum amazonense Y1, a micro-aerobic and acid-tolerant nitrogen fixer, and analyzed the growth and dry matter production and changes of nitrogen and phosphorus quantity of the plant during the growing period. The inoculation of associative N-fixing bacteria increased the growth of height, leaf area, dry weight and total nitrogen quantity of the plant by 15.4%, 65.4%, 33.7% and 38.0%, respectively, on the day of 56th after sowing. Especially the inoculation of A. amazonense Y1 showed two to three-fold accumulation of phosphorus in each organ of plant. The associative bacteria accelerated the growth of the under ground parts more than those of the upper ground parts of corn plant, and caused decreases in T/R ratios.

Purpose : Skip the repetitive HRCT axial scan in order to reduce the exposure of patients during chest HRCT scan, Helical Scan Data into a reconstructed image, and exposure of the patient change and visually evaluate the usefulness of the HRCT images. Materials and method : Patients were enrolled in the survey are 50 people who underwent chest CT scans of patients who presented to the hospital from January 2015 to March 2015. 50 people surveyed 22 people men and 28 people women people showed an average distribution of 30 to 80 years age was 48 years. 50 patients to Somatom Sensation 64 ch (Siemens) model with 120 kVp tube voltage to a reference mAs tube current to mAs (Care dose, Siemens) as a whole, including the lungs and the chest CT scan was performed. Scan upon each patient CARE dose 4D (Automatic exposure control, Siemens Medical Solution Erlangen, Germany) was to maintain the proper radiation dose scan every cross-section through a device that automatically adjusts the tube current of. CT scan is the rotation time of the Tube slice collimation, slice width 0.6 mm, pitch factor was made under the terms of 1.4. CT scan obtained after the raw data (raw data) to the upper surface of the axial images and coronal images for each slice thickness 1 mm, 5 mm intervals in the high spatial frequency calculation method (hight spatial resolution algorithm, B60 sharp) was the use of the lung window center -500 HU, windows were reconstructed into images in the interval -1000 HU to see. Result : 1. Measure the total value of DLP 50 patients who proceed to chest CT group A (Helical Scan after scan performed with HRCT) and group B (Helical Scan after the HR image reconstruction to the original data) compared with the group divided, analysis As a result of the age, but show little difference for each age group it had a decreased average dose of about 9%. 2. A Radiation read the results of the two Radiologist and a doctor upper lobe and middle lobe of the lung takes effect the visual evaluation is not a big difference between the two images both, depending on the age of the patient, especially if the blood vessels of the lower lobe (A: 3.4, B: 4.6) and bronchi(A: 3.8, B4.7) image shake caused by breathing in anxiety (blurring lead) to the original data (raw data) showed that the reconstructed image is been more useful in diagnostic terms. Conclusion : Scan was confirmed a continuous, rapid motion video to get Helical scan is much lower lobe lung reduction in visual blurring, Helical scan data to not repeat the examination by obtaining HRCT images reorganization reduced the exposure of the patient.

사회복지시설 화재사례 분석과 국내외 화재시 피난의 문제점을 분석한 결과 현행 소방관련법으로 설치된 소방시설은 충분하다고 판단되었으며, 향후 개선되거나 보완하여야 할 조치로는 복지시설 이용자의 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 피난시설과 경보시설이었다. 본 연구에서는 시설별 특성에 맞는 경보시설의 설치를 제안하였고, 사회시설 건축시 내연재료 사용과 방염처리를 통한 원천적인 화재안전관리 방안을 제시하였다.
