Tape-wrapped composite structures have been generally used in a nozzle part of guided missiles and a position control system in space satellite. The laminated form of tape-wrapped composites is so complicated to describe the mechanical behaviors. Therefore, it is necessary to develop sophisticated analytical equations for the tape-wrapped composites. This research develops analytical solutions for the tape-warpped composite cylinder and investigates the thermal stress distribution on the cylinder with respect to the angle of thickness direction.

Past studies on organizational accountability have had similar limitations. First, empirical evidence of organizational accountability is rare as the majority of research takes a conceptual approach of the topic. Only a few of these studies are applicable to health care organizations (HCOs). To fill these gaps, we attempted to develop a model for analysis of organizational accountability for HCOs. Accountability for HCOs was conceptualized by two axes: answerability(X, horizontal) and value-creation(Y, vertical). Our concept building could relieve competing accountability mechanism which past studies stressed. Four elements of accountability(legal, economical, social, and clinical) were applied to specify each of the two features of organizational accountability. And then four types of accountability behavior were coordinated by this x-y axis: high A/high VC, high A/low VC, low A/high VC, low A/low VC. Finally, a multidimensional model of HCOs’ accountability, enabling an empirically testable multi-level analysis, was proposed.

This study investigated the relationships between trust in the healthcare system, satisfaction with health services, and satisfaction with the healthcare system. It also aimed to analyze the mediating effects among them, contributing to healthcare policy and service improvement. A literature review established theoretical models and research hypotheses for the relationships among health service satisfaction, healthcare system satisfaction, and trust in the healthcare system. Empirical analyses were conducted using the original data from the 2020 Medical Service Experience Survey (MSES). The research showed a positive relationship between inpatient and outpatient medical service satisfaction and trust in the healthcare system. Notably, satisfaction with the healthcare system demonstrated mediating effects between outpatient and inpatient service satisfaction and trust in the healthcare system. These findings imply that improving both individual medical service satisfaction and overall healthcare system satisfaction is crucial to enhancing trust in the healthcare system. However, this study has limitations due to its cross-sectional data, which restricts the establishment of causal relationships. Therefore, further longitudinal research and additional studies are necessary to obtain more robust and conclusive results. Nevertheless, the results of this study provide a better understanding of the relationship between trust and satisfaction in the healthcare system, offering essential implications for healthcare policy and service enhancement.
