데이터기반의 효율적인 Incoterms 최적화 운영방안에 관한 연구

연구목적: 정형무역 거래 조건인 인코텀즈의 개정 사항이나 적용상의 문제점과 같은 연구들은 이미 오래전부터 많이 진행되었지만, 국가별 혹은 품목군에 따른 인코텀즈 조건 변경에 대한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인코텀즈의 다양한 무역 조건들 중 매수인과 매도인의 입장에서 비용을 최소화 할 수 있는 인코텀즈 데이터 기반으로 선택할 수 있는 방안의 제시를 목적으로 두고 있다. 논문구성/논리: 본 연구는 총 5개장으로 구성되어 있으며, 제1장 서론 부분에서는 본 연구의 배경과 목적에 대해 기술하고 있다. 다음 제2장에서는 인코텀즈 설정과 관련된 기존 연구에 대해 살펴보고, 본 연구가 가진 차별성을 제시한다. 제3장에서는 본 연구에서 제시하는 과거 거래 이력 기반 인코텀즈 설정을 위한 방법과 모델을 설명하고, 제4장에서 실제 기업의 사례를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법을 통해 실제로 비용 절감이 가능함을 보이고자 한다. 그리고 제5장에서 본 연구가 가지는 의미와 활용방법과 함께 추후 연구 과제를 제시함으로써 결론을 맺고자 한다. 결과: 실제 기업의 데이터를 기반으로 분석 및 인코텀즈 조건 변경 결과, 기존의 인코텀즈 조건과 변경 후의 조건이 비용 측면에서 차이가 존재하고 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 군집 분석을 통한 인코텀즈 조건 변경과 관세무역개발원의 자료를 통한 품목군별 인코텀즈 조건 변경 모두 작게는 약 2백원부터 크게는 약 66만원의 비용 차이를 관찰할 수 있었다. 이는 인코텀즈 조건 선택 시, 현재보다 더 낮은 비용으로 제품을 구매할 수 있음을 의미한다. 독창성/가치: 본 연구는 실제 무역 거래 데이터를 기반으로 인코텀즈를 변경할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였으며, 제안된 방법을 통해 실제 비용 절감 효과를 얻을 수 있는 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 향후 무역업체의 실무담당자들에게 인코텀즈 선택이 가지는 중요성과 구매자와 판매자 모두 비용 절감 효과를 동시에 누릴 수 있는 효율적인 방안을 제시하여 하나의 무역 실무 가이드라인을 제공하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다 Purpose: Incoterms, the standard terms of conditions for international trade, and contents, problems of application has been briskly discussed and presented but it is hard to find research describing how to effectively choose Incoterms and operating against each continent and items. Therefore, this research aims to propose a data-driven way for choosing Incoterms to minimize the total cost among the various international trade terms in terms of both the seller and buyer. Composition/Logic: This research consists of five chapters. Chapter Ⅰ describes the background and purpose of the research. In chapter Ⅱ, previous research related to Incoterms are introduced and analysed. And then we describe the framework for the research in chapter Ⅲ. In chapter Ⅳ, we demonstrate a possibility of the cost reduction based on trade transaction data. Finally, we conclude with the contributions and limitations of the research in chapter Ⅴ. Findings: According to the result of comparative analysis, it is possible to reduce the total cost by simply changing the incoterms. In order to find the candidate incoterms, we have analyzed and clustered the historical transaction data and applied the representative incoterms of cluster to each transaction. Also, we have compared the incoterms widely utilized for each product categories. Based on the result, it may be said that we can propose more cost-effective incoterms with the proposed framework. Originality/Value: Although a great deal of research has emphasized the importance of selecting proper incoterms, it is hard to find the systematic approach to select the incoterms. In this research, we have proposed a novel approach to analyze the historical transaction data and to suggest more cost-effective incoterms. In addition, we have shown that the proposed approach can save the total cost based on the empirical data. With the result, it may be possible for trade managers to select the incoterms which can save the cost for both buyer and seller.

$Fr{\ddot{a}}nkel$ functional regulator have a complicated design and are of a big bulk. This makes not only the construction of appliance but also the adaption of a patient to the appliance very difficult. Therefore, orthodontic laboratory technicians should be well acquainted with the sequential fabrication procedures involved in the construction of Frankel functional regulators and construct a type most suitable for a specific patient of malocclusion. There are various types of Frankel appliances. Detailed construction procedures of FR II are described here below, which can also be applied for other types for FR appliances.

Quality management in construction industry becomes more significant under the existing conditions such as, increasing higher demand caused by the high value of real estate and extension of the warranty period. Therefore, this study presents the alternative idea related to the current quality management conditions of small and medium construction companies, including the difficulties and problems in quality management, in order to develop the systematical method for the quality management in small and medium construction company.

貝母가 Bleomycin에 의한 肺纖維化에 미치는 影響

Background & Objective : Idiopathic Lung Fibrosis(IPF) is chronic fibrotic interstitial pneumonia. The pathogenesis is unclear. Fritillariae Rhizoma is the most commonly used antitussive and expectorant Oriental medicinal herb. The effects of Fritillariae Rhizoma on bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis is here evaluated. Material and Methods : Fritillariae Rhizoma extract was daily given to the normal rats, control(bleomycin) rats and treated(bleomycin and Fritillariae Rhizoma) rats at 9.0 mg per body weight 10g for 14 days. 14 days later, the change in Leukocyte count and percentages were observed, as well as IFN-gamma and IL-4 in BALF, and the change in Semiqualitative histological index(SHI). Results : Compared to control rats, Fritillariae Rhizoma treated rats showed a lower leukocyte count(P<0.05) lymphocyte, neutrophil percentage, SHI(P<0.05), IFN-gamma and IL-4(P<0.05) in treated rats. Conversely, macrophage percentages went higher(P<0.05) in treated rats. Conclusion : This study supports a role for Fritillariae Rhizoma in reducing the maintaining inflammatory cells and cytokines in rats with bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis and in the reduction of fibrosis tissues. Further research is needed in order to develop an effective treatment for lung fibrosis.
