여행사의 매출수익 인식과 개선방안에 관한 연구

기업이 재화를 판매하는 경우 판매가액 총액을 매출액으로 계상하는 경우와 판매수수료만을 매출액으로 계상하여야 하는 경우가 있다. 여행사는 항공권 판매대행, 호텔숙박권 알선 등 대행 및 알선업무와 기획여행상품과 같이 일정부분의 책임을 지는 형태로 매출이 이루어지고 있다. 여행사의 매출수익 인식에서 회계처리 방안은 총액주의와 순액주의가 있는데 어느 방법을 채택하여도 순이익이나 현금흐름에는 차이가 없다. 총액주의는 고객이 지불한 대금(여행상품원가, 수수료포함)의 총액을 매출로 계상하고, 공급업체에 지불한 금액을 매출원가로 계상한다. 순액주의는 고객이 지급한 여행상품가액 총액에서 공급업체의 공급금액을 차감한 차액을 수익으로 인식하기 때문에, 재무제표에 기재함에 있어서 관련 항목을 상계하여 차액만을 계상하는 것이다. 여행사의 가치가 순이익보다는 매출액과 같은 외형금액으로 평가된다면, 여행사는 가능한 총액주의를 채택하려고 할 것이다. 그러나 우리나라의 부가가치세법은 매출액을 기준으로 10%의 부가가치세를 신고 납부하여야 하므로, 여행사는 절세를 위하여 순액주의를 선호하고 있다. 경제적 실질을 반영하고, 여행업의 발전을 위해서는 순액주의가 바람직할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 과세당국과 사법부는 상품구성과 계약조건에 따라 총액주의와 순액주의를 판단하고 있다. 본 연구는 여행사 매출수익인식에 따른 총액주의와 순익주의를 비교하고, 18개 주요 여행사의 매출수익 인식과정을 분석하여 회계처리를 위한 몇 가지 개선방안을 제시하였다. In revenue recognition of travel agencies, there are two ways of accounting treatment: gross amount principle and net amount principle. Applying gross amount principle means recording operating revenue by the total amount of receipts from clients and cost of sales by payments to suppliers. In contrast, net amount principle considers the difference between the receipts for travel packages from clients and the supply price as an operating revenue, so related costs are offset and only the difference is recorded in income statement. There is no difference between them in terms of net profit and cash flow. It is desirable that travel agencies adopt gross amount principle if the value of travel agencies is rated by external amount such as sales revenue, because adopting gross amount principle brings about increasing company’s value. However, tax laws make travel agencies pay 10% VAT(value added tax) by sales standard, so they prefer net amount principle and it can be interpreted that net amounts recognition standards are proper to financial accounting standards which have been changed in order to improve accounting transparency and prepare international consistency. The tax authority and the judiciary court judge gross amount principle or net amount principle according to composition of goods and conditions of contract. This study investigates whether travel agencies record operating revenue by the total sale price or just by sales commission. It also analyzes revenue recognition of 18 travel agencies, and offers betterment of the accounting treatment in travel agencies.

119구조대원의 안전장갑 디자인 개발

119구조대원은 각종 재난사고 발생 시 인명 구조, 사고 수습 등 일반 안전사고에 대응하는 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구는 구조대원의 다양한 구조 활동과작업 환경에 적합한 장갑의 기능적 요소를 도출하여활동성을 강화한 구조 장갑 디자인을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구조대원의 장갑 착용실태와 안전장갑 디자인 규정을 조사하였으며, 2015년 3월에서2016년 10월까지 현직 구조대원 총 282명을 대상으로심층면접, 표적집단 면접, 온라인 설문 조사를 통해제품 개발 방향을 수립하고, 개발된 디자인 프로토타입에 대한 착용 평가를 수행하여 만족도 및 개선안을도출하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디자인개선을 위한 구조대원 요구분석 결과, 보급되는 구조장갑의 대하여 보호기능, 착용감 및 관리 문제에 대한결점이 제시되었으며, 일반구조용, 산업용, 전술용, 라펠용의 작업 기능을 갖춘 활동용 장갑 개발에 대한 필요가 나타났다. 둘째, 구조 장갑 개발 방향 수립 결과, 돌출되는 관절부위의 부상과 쉽게 마모되는 부위에 대한 기능성 강화, 인체공학적 패턴 설계와 부위별적합한 소재의 활용으로 우수한 장비 조작감과 착용감 확보, 불필요한 특수소재의 최소화로 비용을 절감하는 디자인 전략이 도출되었다. 셋째, 구조 장갑 시제품은 활동용이성, 그립감, 내절단성, 경량감을 중점으로 소재, 디자인 개발 및 제작으로 이루어졌다. 착용 평가 결과, 손가락 관절부위에 스트레치성 스판덱스, TPR(Thermal Plastic Rubber), 하드타입의 특수보호대를 삽입하여 움켜쥔 동작의 관절과 흡사한 형태로 외부의 물리적 충격으로부터 부상을 방지할 수있다는 점에서 구조대원들이 구조장갑의 기능 중 가장 중요하게 생각하는 활동용이성이 향상된 것이 확인되었다. 그 외에 마모가 심한 부위 보호패드 이중덧대기로 마찰력과 내마모성이 향상되었으며, 관절 형태의 충격보호패드 삽입 등으로 움직임을 저하시키지않는 범위 내에서 보호 기능이 강화되었다. 119rescue workers carry out the duties of responding to general safety accidents such as rescuing human lives and controlling the scene of the accident in case of various casualty disasters and accidents. The purpose of this study is to develop a design for rescue gloves with enhanced performances by deriving the functional factors of gloves suitable for work environments related to various activities of rescue workers. In order to do so, this study investigated the current status of gloves worn by rescue workers and the regulations of safety glove designs, established a direction of product development through in-depth interviews, focus group interviews and online surveys on a total of 282 currently active rescue workers from March 2015 to October 2016, and conducted a fitting test using the developed design prototypes to derive satisfaction levels and improvement matters. The key results of this study are as the following. First of all, the results of analyzing the demands of the rescue workers for improving designs showed that there were flaws to the supplied rescue gloves in protective functions, wear sensation and maintenance issues, and also that there are needs for developing gloves for activities for general rescue, industrial uses, tactical uses, and rappel uses. Secondly, as a result of establishing a direction for development of rescue gloves, the following were derived; strengthening functionalities in parts easily worn or vulnerable for joint injuries, ensuring superior wear sensation and handling of equipment using ergonomic pattern designs and materials customized for different parts, and design strategies for reducing costs by minimizing unnecessary special materials. Thirdly, the rescue gloves prototype were created through material selection, design development and producing focused on movement performances, grip-feeling, cut-resistance, and lightweight feeling. The results of the fitting test showed that movement performance, which was the most importantly regarded factor by the rescue workers among the functions of a rescue glove, was enhanced in terms of preventing injuries from physical impact by forming a similar shape of the joints of the hand in a gripping-motion, by inserting stretchable spandex, TPR(Thermal Plastic Rubber), and hard-type special protector into the finger joint areas. In addition, the prototype provided a double-layered cover in parts easily worn out to enhance frictional force and durability, and protective functions were strengthened without movement levels dropping due to the insertion of impact protection pads.

This study shows the relationship between the Korean traditional rituals and their communities and how the communities perceive the dances in the rituals through the analysis of the event pamphlets. This research chooses three representative rituals such as Gangneung Danoje, Yeongsanjae, and Jongmyo Jerye. Although pamphlets seem to be small, they are a important value as archive material to show the vivid contemporary information. This study used Robert E. Stake's instrumental case study. An analysis of the pamphlets of the three ritual events shows the relationships between the organizers and the events. This may allows us to guess how the organizers aware the importance of the dances. This research points the importance of archiving not only for the next generations but also for us.
