Objective : We wanted to examine the differences of symptoms of stroke by seasons and age groups. Methods : We recorded the symptoms of 254 stroke patients for 1 year and statistically analyzed the results. The Chi-Square test was used for the analysis.(p<0.05). Results : There was no difference of symptoms by age, but the symptoms were different by seasons. In spring and autumn, there was a large amount of Hwa. In summer, there was a large amount of Kihuh, and in winter, there was a large amount of Hwa and Dahm. Conclusions : We have concluded that these differences should be considered in the management and the prevention of stroke.
강판콘크리트 구조 이질접합부의 면외 휨/면내 전단하중 특성에 관한 실험연구

본 연구는 L형, I형 실험체에 강판 콘크리트 구조와 철근콘크리트 구조를 적용하여 이질접합부를 만들고, 실험체에 반복하중을 파괴 시 까지 가력하여 면외 휨 내력 및 면내 전단 내력을 평가하고 구조특성을 검토하기 위해서 실험연구를 수행하였다.본 연구에서 면외 휨 성능실험은 접합부에서 정착부 수직철근이 인발되면서 파괴되었고, 면내 전단성능실험은 기초부에서의 휨 균열이 발생하여 파괴되었으며, 이론식과의 비교결과 최대 내력이 실험값/이론값의 결과가 면외 휨성능실험은 96%, 면내 전단성능실험은 82%의 값을 나타내었다. This paper describes an experimental study on the mechanical characteristic and behavior of a structure that has a joint between the reinforced concrete (RC) member and steel plate concrete (SC) member. An out-of-plane flexural test on an L-type test specimen and in-plane shear test on an I-type test specimen were carried out by means of repeated cyclic loading until their failure. Based on the results, the former showed pull-out failure mode of anchored vertical bars while the latter exhibited flexural failure mode of the basement member. These results reveal that the maximum capacity of the specimens is 96% and 82%, respectively, compared with the theoretical value.
RC 슬래브와 SC 벽 접합부의 전단마찰 거동에 관한 실험연구

본 연구에서는 RC 구조 슬래브와 SC 구조 전단벽이 만나는 접합부의 거동특성을 파악하고 RC구조 슬래브-SC구조 전단벽 이질접합부의 전단마찰내력을 평가하고 KEPIC SNG의 접합면 소요전단강도 기준의 안전율을 평가하기 위해 실험연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 접합면의 전단마찰내력은 약 300kN으로 나타났고, 변위가 증가할수록 철근의 내력분담이 증가하게 되며, 상부철근보다는 하부철근의 전단내력 분담율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 하부철근을 구성한 경우에는 하부철근이 없는 실험체에 비해 40% 이상 전단내력이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. In this study, the structure behavior of RC slab and SC shear wall connection was investigated. Also experimental study was performed to evaluate the factor of safety of demand shear connection strength in KEPIC SNG Standard. As a result, shear friction strength of connection was known about 300kN and shear strength of rebar increased according to the displacement increase. With the installment of the lower rebars, 40% shear strength increased compared to the non-rebar specimen.
철근 콘크리트 구조와 강판 콘크리트 구조(Steel Plate Concrete) 이질접합부를 가진 보의 휨 하중 특성에 관한 실험연구

본 연구는 철근콘크리트 구조와 강판 콘크리트 구조가 혼합되어 이질접합부가 있는 보형 구조물의 역학적 특성을 평가하기 위하여 수행하였다. 강판콘크리트 구조는 현재 국내와 일본, 미국 등에서 연구가 진행되고 있고, 대규모 산업설비에서 철근콘크리트 구조의 대안으로 실험연구가 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대규모 철근콘크리트 구조물에 강판 콘크리트 구조를 적용할 경우를 가정하여 보 형태의 구조물에 강판 콘크리트 구조와 철근 콘크리트 구조를 적용하여 이질접합부를 만들고, 면외하중을 파괴 시까지 가력하여 이질접합부를 가진 보형실험체의 휨 내력 및 구조특성을 평가하기 위하여 실험연구를 수행하였다. This paper describes the experimental study on the mechanical characteristics of a steel plate-reinforced concrete joint. As an alternative reinforced concrete structure, the SC modular construction method is widely used and studied in the field ofindustrial facility field. However, the structure characteristics of RC and SC joint are not yet studied completely. In this paper, the beam-type construction joint of RC and SC walls was made to simulate the application of SC module to the large RC structure. Also, an out-of-plane loading was applied to the test specimen in order to evaluate flexural strength and structural properties of the beam-type RC-SC joint.
강판콘크리트(SC : Steel Plate Concrete) 보의 온도하중 재하 시 역학적 특성에 관한 실험연구

This paper describes the experimental study that was conducted on the temperature characteristic and bending capacity of a steel-plate-reinforced concrete-wall module (SC module). The steel plate ratio and temperature loading parameters were tested, and the influence of these parameters on the moment-curvature relationship and on the bending strength of the SC module was investigated. The fundamental-structure characteristic result of every SC module that assumed practical use was investigated. In this study, the bending and flexural characteristics of SC structures were evaluated to verify the yielding and ultimate strength of the SC beam under thermal-loading conditions. 이 연구는 열하중이 발생하는 구조물에 강판 콘크리트구조를 적용하는 경우, 역학적 특성을 평가하기 위하여 수행하였다. 원자력발전소 구조물 중 사용후 핵연료 저장조 구조물과 같이, 구조물 내부는 지속적인 열 하중을 받고 구조물 외부는 대기에 노출되어 있는 경우, 구조물은내 외부의 온도차이로 인해서 열응력이 발생한다. 본 연구는 이러한 구조물에 강판 콘크리트 구조를 적용할 경우를 가정하여 보 형태의 강판 콘크리트 구조실험체에 온도하중을 재하한 상태에서 휨 내력 및 구조특성을 평가하고 추가적으로 실험체가 항복 시까지 하중을 가력하여 최종 휨내력을 평가하였다.

tachment level was changed from $8.67{\pm}1.72mm$ to $7.00{\pm}1.60mm$ (control); from $8.93{\pm}2.23mm$ to $6.00{\pm}1.92mm$ (test); and bone probing depth was decreased from $10.20{\pm}1.90mm$ to $9.07{\pm}1.95mm$ (control); from $10.14{\pm}2.14mm$ to $7.43{\pm}2.06mm$ (test). This study indicates that treatment of periodontal intrabony defects with EMD is clinically superior to treatment without EMD (OFD alone) in every parameter evaluated. Within the limits of this study, the application of EMD in intrabony defects resulted in clinically significant gain of clinical attachment level and decrease of bone probing depth. And further controlled clinical studies are required to confirm the effectiveness of the EMD in the treatment of various osseous defects.

The characteristics of spray nozzle have been quantified with the measurement of fluorescence and Mie scattering images. To correct the attenuation of the incident light sheet, a sequential double-pass light sheet system and the geometrical averaging of two images was implemented. Quantitative mass flux distribution of spray was obtained from fluorescence image. 3-D image is reconstructed using 2-D radial images. Sauter mean diameter (SMD) distribution was determined using the ratio of fluorescence signal intensity and Mie scattering signal intensity and the values were quantified with PDP A data. The measurement of mass flux and SMD using planar imaging technique agee with PDP A data fairly well in the low density region. However, in dense region, there are significant errors caused by secondary scattering. It was found that the planar imaging technique provides many advantages over the point measurement technique, such as PDP A, and can be implemented for quantitative measurement, especially in low density region.
