        A stock companh must have three legal organizations; a general meeting of stockholders, auditors as supervisory organization and the board of directors including executive directors. The former commercial law basically recognized the separation between these three organizations. But the newly revised commercial law has come to read just the constitution and power of each organization for the rationalization of enterprise and changing economic situation. Of the above metioned organizations, I have considered the executive organization in a stock company in this thesis. The new commercial law has adopted the system of the board of directors from the Anglo-American law, making the board of directors and executive directors which used to be optional organizations legal ones. It also has recognized the management system and brought a great reform to the contents of power structure by coordinating the rights of each organization. 1) The new commercial law modified the general meeting of stockholders oriented centralism by reducing its powers, and strengthed the power of directors. Therefore the new law cofirmed the board of directors as a legal organization in order to regulate the powerful rights of directors more carefully and appropriately. According to the former commercial law, directors used to have rights to carry out business and represent a company and each director constitutes individual organization. But the new law confirmed the board of directors and executive directors as legal organization, which requires the study of the position of directors and their characteristics. According toe another theory, executive organization of a company consists of the board of directors functioning as decision-making organization and executive directors who carry out the business and represent a company. They say that each director can not be an organization, but a component member of the board of directors who is eligible to become a executive director. On the other hand, another theory says that a director is not only acomponent member of the board of directors but also a permanent necessary organization whose main mission is to carry out the decisions made for the management of business. Comparing these two theories, I believe the former is more appropriate on the ground that we have to examine and criticize this problem from the standpoint of native theory which regards the board of direcsors as a legal organization. 2) The board of directors is a kind of legal conference body consisting by all of director member, and requires to be a necessary standing organization which exercise executive business of that company. The new law established the board of directors as a legal system and moved into the board of directors-oriented centralism based on the management by fit person principle from the general meeting of stockholders-oriented centralism based on majority rule by strengthening the position of directors. The executive organization of a stock company in the former commercial law changed from single form so conference body, which is aimed to prevent the expanded rights of executive organization from being misused and control the exercise of its rights. In other words, the significance of this system can be found in that the capable directors who are components of the board of directors can secure the mobility and efficiency with their knowledge and experiences. 3) The executive directors are permanent organization that has the rights of representing a company. They can express the intentions of a company in terms of external relationship. The board of directors is not always in action and it is only a conference body for decision making. Therefore the new law established the system of executive directors as a executive organization which carrys out the decisions made by the board of directors. As mentioned above, executive organization of a company has been examined here. But these days, contrary to the original intention, the board of directors practically has tendency to deteriorate into a useless organization. I believe one of the great tasks of commercial law is to coordinate these problems to cope with this kind of phenomenon.

        The thermal stress intensity factors for interface cracks of Griffith and symmetric lip cusp types under vertical uniform heat flow in a finite body are calculated by boundary element method. The boundary conditions on the crack surfaces are insulated or fixed to constant temperature. The relationship between the stress intensity factors and the displacements on the nodal point of a crack tip element is derived. The numerical values of the thermal stress intensity factors for interface Griffith crack in an infinite body and for symmetric lip cusp crack in a finite and homogeneous body are compared with the previous solutions. The thermal stress intensity factors for symmetric lip cusp interface crack in a finite body are calculated with respect to various effective crack lengths, configuration parameters, material property ratios and the thermal boundary conditions on the crack surfaces. Under the same outer boundary conditions, there are no appreciable differences in the distribution of thermal stress intensity factors with respect to each material properties. But the effect of crack surface thermal boundary conditions on the thermal stress intensity factors is considerable.

      • 반대칭하중을 받는 적층재 중앙균열의 응력세기계수

        A model is constructed to evaluate the stress intensity factors for a center crack subjected to anti-symmetric loading in a layered material. A Fredholm integral equation is derived using the Fourier integral transform method. The integral equation is numerically analyzed to evaluate the effects of stress intensity factor on the shear modulus, Poisson's ratio and crack length to layer thickness. In case of the isotropic homogeneous material, the values of stress intensity factor derived in the present study agree with the previous solutions.

        Under uniform heat flow, the thermal stress intensity factors for the interfacial crack on a rigid cusp-type inclusion are determined by Hilbert problem expressed with complex variable. The thermal stress intensity factors are expressed in terms of the periodic function of heat flow angle. When the tip of the interfacial crack meets that of the cusp crack, the thermal stress intensity factors have singularities. The thermal stress intensity factors at the interfacial crack tip located in the distance from the cusp crack tip vary with the location of the interfacial crack tip. From the results of the analysis, the complex potential functions and the thermal stress intensity factors for the cusp-type inclusion without the interfacial crack are derived under the cusp surface boundary conditions insulated or fixed to zero relative temperature. 본 연구에서는 단열 및 온도가 영으로 고정된 경계조건을 갖는 대칭 입술형과 대칭 익형 강체함유 물상의 접합경계면 균열에 대한 Hilbert 문제로부터 복소 포텐셜 함수와 커스프 균열선단 그리고 접합경계면 균열선단에서 TSIF를 구하고자 한다.

      • 멱급수 반대칭하중을 받는 다층재 중앙균열의 응력세기계수

        A model is constructed to evaluate the stress intensity factors for a center crack subjected to polynomial anti-symmetric loading in a layered material. A Fredholm integral equation is derived by Fourier integral transform method. The integral equation is numerically analyzed to evaluate the effects of the ratios of shear modulus, Poisson's ratio and crack length to layer thickness as well as the number of layers on the stress intensity factor. The stress intensity factors are approached to constant values as the number of layers increase and decrease as the polynomial power of the loading increase. In case of the E-glass/Epoxy composite, dimensionless stress intensity factor is affected by cracked-resin layer thickness.

        The thermal shock stress intensity factors of semi-elliptical surface crack in finite plate and the stress intensity fractors of embedded elliptical crack in turbine rotor is determined by means of Vainshtok weight function method. In case of semi-elliptical surface crack, the solution is compared with previous solution. The stress intensity factor for embedded elliptical crack in turbine rotor loaded by centrifugal and thermal loading is also determined. In this case, the value of stress intensity factor is larger at crack contour near internal radius surface and is almost constant at the crack contour farther from internal radius surface.

        본 연구에서는 고차판이론(higher order shear deformable plate theory)을 사용하여 DCB시편을 보형상이 아닌 실제의 얇은 판으로 해석하여 새로운 에너지해방률 식을 제시하고자 한다.한편, 이의 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 Gr/Ep 및 APC-2 복합 재료로 ASTM D30.02 round robin의 제안 방법에 의해 층간파괴인성치를 구하고, 또 이 강용이 제안한 Ae법에 의한 금속의 파괴인성치 결정법을 참고로 하여 미세파괴 초창기 의 층간파괴인성치를 결정하여 이론결과와 비교 검토한다.

        Modified Vainshtok weight function method is developed. The thermal shock stress intensity factors for elliptical surface cracks existed in the thin and thick walled cylinders are determined. The present results are compared with previous solutions and shown to be good agreement with them.

        점용접에 의하여 판재로 보강된 균열판의 수직응력에 의한 응력세기계수

        The stress intensity factor has been calculated for the cracked plate subjected to remote normal stress and reinforced with a plate by symmetric spot welding. The solution was based on displacement compatibility condition between the cracked sheet and the reinforcement plate. It is shown that the results from the derived equation for stress intensity factor were agreed with previous solutions. The reinforcement effect gets better as a joining spot is closer to the crack tip and the other joining spots become nearer to the crack surface.
