셀프리더십이 역할행동, 조직시민행동 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 : 인적자원개발담당자를 중심으로

본연구를통해인적자원개발담당자의셀프리더십수준이조직성과(역할행동 조직시민행동 혁신 행동)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 인적자원개발담당자의 개인특성이 셀프리더십과 조 직성과에 어떤 상관을 보이는지 알아보고자 한다. 국내기업의 인적자원개발 담당자만을 표본으로 추출하여 응답자 225명중 결측치2명을 제외한 223명을 연구대상으로 하였고t-test, 일원배치분 산분석, 상관분석과다중회귀분석을통해자료를분석하였다. 연구결과는첫째, 직급, 연령, 경력, 학 력이 높고전공자일 때일자체에서 동기부여를받는자연적보상전략을 제외한 행동중심적전략 및건설적사고전략에서높은셀프리더십수준을보였다. 둘째, 직급과연령그리고경력이높을수 록조직성과(역할행동 조직시민행동 혁신행동)에높은수준은보였다. 셋째, 자연적보상전략을제 외한행동중심적전략과건설적사고전략은역할행동에영향을미쳤다. 즉, 주어진업무수행을위 해스스로의행동을계획하고추진하지만일자체에서느끼는보람과성취가업무수행에는영향을 미치지않음을알수있었다. 넷째, 행동중심적전략과건설적인사고전략순으로조직시민행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만 자연적 보상 전략을 통해서는 전혀 영향을 미치지 않았다. 다섯째, 건설적 사고전략, 자연적보상전략, 행동중심적전략순으로혁신행동에영향을미쳤다. 셀프리더십전략 중유일하게 자연보상적전략이혁신활동에영향을미친다는것을보였는데이것은일 자체를 즐 기는것이혁신활동에중요한요소가될수있음을시사한다. 본연구는이와같은연구결과를바탕 으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 도출하였고 향후 바람직한 연구방향을 제시하였다. This study aims to examine the impact of self-leadership on role behavior, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), innovative behavior, as well as the consideration of the perspective on Human Resource Development (HRD) staff. This survey was conducted to 223 employees in 167 companies. SPSS 18.0 program was used to conduct t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows. A HRD manager is a senior, has long career, with excellent academic ability and high position, he shows a self-leadership with high standard. And a HRD manager he is a senior, has long career, shows high organizational performance especially in role behavior and citizenship behaviors. Behavior-focused strategies and constructive-thinking strategies, which are the sub strategies of self-leadership, affect role behavior, organizational citizenship behavior. And all strategies(behavior-focused strategies, natural reward strategies & constructive thought pattern strategies) affect innovative behaviors. This dissertation makes a valuable contribution to self-leadership literature focusing on HRD managers, suggesting a new viewpoint regarding how self-leadership works in-role behaviors, OCB, and innovative behaviors.

청소년기의 내·외현적 자기애와 우울의 관계: 자기자비의 매개효과

본 연구는 청소년기의 내·외현적 자기애와 우울, 자기자비의 관계를 확인하고, 우울감을 낮출 수 있는 자기자비의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 상담 및 임상적 치료 시 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재의 고등학생 422명을 대상으로 자기애, 우울, 자기자비에 대한 자기보고식 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0을 활용하여 상관관계를 살펴보고 매개효과를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 청소년의 내·외현적 자기애와 우울 간에는 정적 상관이 있었고 자기자비와는 부적상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자기자비와 우울은 부적상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 내·외현적 자기애 모두 우울과의 관계에서 자기자비가 부분 매개하는 것으로 확인되었고, 그 중 외현적 자기애 성향을 가진 청소년에게서 자기자비가 우울에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 자기애 성향이 우울감을 높일 수 있는 주요한 요인이 되며 자기자비 증진을 통해 우울감을 낮출 수 있음을 의미한다. 또한 자기애 성향에 따라 자기자비 증진의 효과가 달라짐으로, 청소년기의 우울을 연구할 때 자기애 성향을 살펴보는 것이 중요함을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 제한점, 후속 연구를 위한 제언에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-compassion in the relationship between narcissism and depression and to offer primary data that can be helpful in counseling and clinical treatment. The subjects of this study were 422 high school students in Gyenggi-do, and SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis to examine correlations and verify mediating effects. As a result, there were positive correlations between covert and overt narcissism with depression and negative correlations between self-compassion. Additionally, self-compassion partially mediated the relationship between narcissism and depression. In particular, the mediating effect of self-compassion in the relationship between overt narcissism and depression was larger than the relationship between covert narcissism and depression. These results mean that narcissism is a significant factor that can increase depression and that depression can be reduced through self-compassion. In addition, since the mediating effect of self-compassion differs depending on the subtype of narcissism, it indicates that it is important to examine the subtype of narcissism when studying depression in adolescence. Based on the results of this study, limitations and suggestions for subsequent research were discussed.

이 논문의 목적은 위상공간에서 열린 덮개를 이용한 조건부 엔트로피를 사용하여 열린 덮개에 대한 연속함수의 엔트로피가 갖는 기본적인 몇 가지 성질을 조사하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 Kolmogorov와 Sinai에 의해 도입된 확률 측도공간에서의 고전적인 엔트로피와 Alder, Konheim, 그리고 McAndrew에 의해 도입된 열린 덮개를 이용한 위상적 엔트로피의 정의와 기본 성질들을 고찰하였다. 이 논문에서 사용한 위상적 엔트로피는 측도론적인 고전 엔트로피가 가지고 있는 여러 종류의 중요한 성질들을 대부분 같은 형태로 유지한다. 특히, 이러한 성질들 가운데 콤팩트 위상공간에서의 연속함수에 대하여 주어진 연속함수를 임의의 정수 번만큼 합성한 것에 대한 위상적 엔트로피는 주어진 연속함수의 위상적 엔트로피에 택하여진 임의의 정수의 절대값의 곱과 같음을 보였다. 또한, 위상공간들의 적공간에서의 위상적 엔트로피는 확률 측도공간의 적공간에 대한 측도론적인 고전 엔트로피가 가지는 성질과 유사한 형태의 성질을 나타내고 있음을 보였다. 이러한 기본 성질들은 여러 사람이 도입한 다양한 공간에서의 엔트로피들도 만족하고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. We introduce the oldest type of the topological entropy by Alder, Konheim, and McAndrew. This topological entropy has several properties including the conjugacy invariant property. We recall properties for the topological entropy using the conditional entropy. We show that ?? Also, we have the property of the topological entropy for the product space of the topological spaces which is similar to the case of the measure theoretic entropy for the product space of the measure spaces.
