An natural suitability evaluation of tourism farm was evaluated for Sabuk Myeon, Chunchon with considering natural location. In an evaluation of natural suitability, it was classified to the grade of one to four with evaluation items of stream, road accessibility, aspect, altitude, slope, soil drain, the present situation of land use, etc.

Mountain agricultural land should become to the land use considering natural environmental conditions with characteristics of natural suitability. In this study, an evaluation of natural suitability was done for Pyongchang-gun, Kangwon-Do which has a lot of mountain agricultural lands using GIS according to the kind of land use(paddy field, ordinary upland field. grassland, orchard land. forest).

본고는 박근혜정부가 공약했던 경제민주화 정책 중에서 재벌과 관련한 주요 정책의 추진 현황을 분석해 보고, 그에 대한 평가와 과제를 모색해 보는 것이다. 경제민주화가 제기된 배경은 신자유주의적 정책 기조가 강화되는 과정에서 비정규직 노동자, 중소기업인, 영세자영업자 등의 생활고 확대와 재벌의 경제력 집중 및 소유와 지배구조의 왜곡에서 비롯되었다. 박근혜정부는 경제민주화에 대한 국민적 열망을 선거에 적극 활용함으로써 집권에 성공했다. 그러나 집권 2년째인 현재 재벌-대기업 관련 정책 중에서 대기업집단 총 수일가의 불법 및 사익편취행위 근절, 기업지배구조 개선 등 주요 경제민주화와 관련된 정책이 후퇴하거나 이행되지 않고 있다. 그 이유는 박근혜정부가 구상하거나 실행중인 경제민주화와 재벌개혁 정책이 실효성이 없거나 속빈 정책이었기 때문이다. 진정한 경제민주화와 재벌개혁은 시장지향적인 정책의 극복을 통해 노동자, 중소상공인, 영세자영업자 등이 자신의 필요욕을 충분히 달성할 수 있을 만큼의 구매력을 가진 소득분배로 나타날 때 진정한 의미를 가질 수 있다. This paper is an attempt to discuss economic democracy of the Park Geun Hye government. I insist that economic democracy is the process where economic management through the democratic participation of members and equality are secured in the economic system. The main background for economic democracy suggested in our society was where laborers (in particular, part-time laborers), small and mid-sized businesses, and self-employed people had increased hardship in life, economic power was concentrated in the Chaebol, and the ownership and control structure was distorted. So I thinks that a central solution for economic democracy is the reform of the Chaebol. Park Geun Hye's government was successful in grasping power by suggesting the public's desire for economic democracy and using it in her election. However with respect to the large Chaebol business policy, in the process to implement public promises for economic democracy such as the extermination of illegal acts and fraud for private profits, and improvement of the business control structure, her government has regressed or has not implemented these. Therefore, for a reliable implementation of economic democracy, Chaebol policy based on market ideology should be overcome. In achieving this purpose, export-oriented have limits with the large business oriented growth strategy and income(wage)-led growth strategy need to change into growth strategies.

As towns have a significant impact on Global Warming and Climate Change, we need to reduce carbon footprint of commercial and residential buildings. This can be done by creating 'Low & Zero Carbon Energy Town'. Low & Zero Carbon Energy Town means that net carbon emissions from energy use in the building would be zero. This cannot be achieved by good low-energy design alone. Building energy demand has also to be met renewable energy supply. Therefore, this study aims to provide the foundational data for design for 'Low & Zero Carbon Energy Town'. For the propose, Planning Technical Factors of Low & Zero Carbon Energy Town was analyzed through the case study.

본 논문은 최저임금과 최저생계비가 현실적으로 노동자의 생활을 보장해주지 못함을 고려하여, 광주광역시가 직접 고용한 기간제와 간접 고용한 용역 노동자에 대한 생활임금의 도입과 실행 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 본고의생활임금안은 6가지로 평균임금의 50%, 최저임금의 150%, 근로소득기준 생활임금, 소득1분위 실태생계비, 미혼 단신근로자 생계비, 노동계의 최저임금1만 원 등으로, 이들 방안별 생활임금과 적용 대상자 및 소요예산을 추계해보았다. 생활임금 제도는 임금의 실질적 의미를 생존의 지속가능성에 초점을 맞춘 생계비로서의 의미가 크다. 이의 구체적 실행을 위해서는 시당국의실천의지, 생활임금 실행을 위한 조례제정, 민간부문으로의 확산 노력, 지역노동조합운동의 활성화 등이 필요하며 법률적 강제력을 갖는 최저임금의 생활임금 이상 인상 등이 요구된다. In consideration that the minimum wage and minimum living expenses can not actually guaranty good living in laborers, this study speculates on the introduction of a living wage and its operation for service laborers who are employed directly and indirectly by the Gwangju metropolitan city. The living wage plan developed in this study includes the following six guidelines: 50% of the average wage, 150%of the minimum wage, the living wage is based on working income, the actual cost of living in the first bracket of income level, living expenses for single workers,and 10,000 Won per hour as a minimum wage specified by the labor world. This study estimated the living wage depending on each measure, the subjects it is to be applied to, and the budget required. The living wage system is significantly meaningful as a living cost with the actual meaning of wage focusing on sustainability. In execution of this system specifically, the government' will need to put it into practice, enact ordinances for operation of living expenses, make efforts to extend it to the private sector, and activate local trade union movements,and the increase in living wage in minimum wage must have legal force.

Survey shows that temperature accounts for 90.6% of dissatisfaction in general hospital environment. In order to improve this situation, operation and thermal data of S hospital collected in 2006 are analyzed. The objective of this study is to find optimum fiducial temperature that minimizes occupants' complaints using 6 sigma method.
