        통계적 분석 방법을 이용한 국가지하수수질측정망의 오염 등급 정량화 및 평가

        This study suggests a method to grade groundwater quality quantitatively using statistical approaches for evaluating the quality of groundwater in wells included in the Groundwater Quality Monitoring Network (GQMN). The proposed analysis method is applied to GQMN data from 2001 to 2008 for nitrate nitrogen, chloride, trichloroethylene, potential of hydrogen (pH), and electrical conductivity. The analysis results are obtained as groundwater quality grades of the groundwater representing each of the monitoring stations. The degree of groundwater contamination is analysed for water quality parameters, district, and usage. The results show that the degree of groundwater contamination is relatively high by nitrate nitrogen, bacteria and electrical conductivity and at Seoul, Incheon, Gwangju, Gyeonggido and Jeollado. The degree of contamination by nitrate nitrogen and trichloroethylene is especially high when the groundwater is used for agricultural and industrial water, respectively. It is evaluated that potable groudnwater in GQMN is significantly vulnerable to nitrate nitrogen and bacteria contamination.

        지하수위 시계열 예측 모델 기반 하천수위 영향 필터링 기법 개발 및 지하수 함양률 산정 연구

        A method to filter out the effect of river stage fluctuations on groundwater level was designed using an artificial neural network-based time series model of groundwater level prediction. The designed method was applied to daily groundwater level data near the Gangjeong-Koryeong Barrage in the Nakdong river. Direct prediction time series models were successfully developed for both cases of before and after the barrage construction using past measurement data of rainfall, river stage, and groundwater level as inputs. The correlation coefficient values between observed and predicted data were over 0.97. Using the time series models the effect of river stage on groundwater level data was filtered out by setting a constant value for river stage inputs. The filtered data were applied to the hybrid water table fluctuation method in order to estimate the groundwater recharge. The calculated ratios of groundwater recharge to precipitation before and after the barrage construction were 11.0% and 4.3%, respectively. It is expected that the proposed method can be a useful tool for groundwater level prediction and recharge estimation in the riverside area.

        백서(白鼠)에 유도된 알러지성 피부염에 대한 초감탕(椒甘湯)의 효과

        Background and Objectives: Allergic contact dermatitis is a common environmental health issue and seriously affect the patient's quality of life. The more our environment industrialized, the number of material that could cause the allergic contact dermatitis has been increased, consequently the prevalence of allergic contact dermatitis has been increased. In oriental medicine, clinically Chogam-Tang has been used fur the treatment of allergic dermatitis, eczema, atopic dermatitis etc. The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of Chogam-Tang on allergic contact dermatitis Meterial and Methods: Fifteen Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups: normal, control, experimental group. Control and experimental group were induced allergic contact dermatitis, by DNCB. Experimental group was orally administered the Chogam-Tang. Each group was observed after 24, 48 and 72 hours. Contact hypersensitivity assay, melanin-erythema measurement, pH measurement skin moisture measurement and biopsy were performed. Results: 1. In contact hypersensitivity assay, experimental group showed decreased ear swelling compared with control group at 48hours. 2. ln melanin measurement there was no difference in three groups. 3. In erythema measurement experimental group showed reduction at 48. 72 hours. 4. In pH measurement, experimental group and control group showed increase in pH but there was no statistical significance. 5. In skin moisture measurement, experimental group showed higher skin moisture level than control group at 24 hours and showed lower skin moisture level at 72 hours, but there was no statistical significance. 6. In biopsy, experimental group showed decrement of Iymphocyte as time goes by, and regeneration of keratin layer was increased compared with normal group. Conclusions: Chogam-Tang shows anti-inflammatory effect in biopsy, improves hydration levels of skin, decreases erythema level on allergic contact dermatitis.

        蘆회 Dressing을 활용한 급성기 아토피피부염 환자 치험 8례

        In addition to antiseptic/antibiotic regimens, current therapies such as topical and systemic corticosteroids, anti-histamine agents, immune suppressing agent are generally used in the western medicine to treat atopic dermatitis(AD). However, there is almost a complete lack of effective strategies to achieve long-term control of disease, oriental medical treatments are proposed an alternative measure. It has been proved by experimental and clinical study that Oriental medical atopic dermatitis(AD) treatments such as herb-medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, and steam therapy are effective in long-term treatment. Nevertheless, oriental medical therapy has some limitations to treat acute stage of the disease. Recently developed No-Hoe(蘆?: Aloe vera L.) extract dressings will be a supplementary methods to the oriental medical therapy. The dressing can subside pruritus, exudation, erythema and scaling in the acute stage of atopic dermatitis(AD). We applied the No-Hoe(蘆?: Aloe vera L.) extract dressings to eight atopic dermatitis patients and got some good effects. This reports will provide an alternative choice for the oriental and westernal medical therapy for long-term AD treatment.

        A Service System Design to Support Medical Tourism in South Korea

        인간의 수명연장에 따라 의료비는 꾸준히 상승하고 있고 이에 따라 의료관광시장도 급 성정하고 있다. 한국은 우수한 의료진과 의료인프라를 기반으로 하여 세계의료관광시장에서 두각을 나타내고 있으며 정부에서도 전략성장산업으로 육성, 지원하고 있다. 의료관광산업의 성패는 '의료정보'와 '관광정보'의 접근용이성에 크게 영향을 받을 수밖에 없다. 건강보험공단 등이 많은 의료관련정보를 보유하고 있고 관광관련기관에서도 많은 관광관련정보를 보유하고 있지만 이들 정보가 의료관광객에게 효과적으로 제공되지는 못하고 있는 실정이다. 여기서는 의료관광에 있어 환자와 정보가 의료분야와 관광 분야에서 전달되는지 에 대한 명확한 도표와 서비스 수요자와 공급자의 필요에 대한 것들을 설명하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료관광의 소비자와 공급자간에 원활한 정보소통과 효과적 서비스전달을 위한 의료관광 서비스시스템 디자인을 제안하고자 한다. Healthcare costs are continuously increasing due to longer life expectancy and providing global healthcare services through medical tourism is new service growth engine for Korea. Several countries have well established programs and infrastructure dedicated to medical tourism. South Korea is attempting to become a major player in this domain by undertaking broad initiatives. The success of medical tourism is greatly impacted by easy access to two types of information, namely, medical and travel information. The National Health Insurance System in Korea collects huge amount of clinical and financial information from all hospitals. However, this information does not get used effectively in health and travel information systems to support medical tourism. This paper provide clear process map of medical tourism to understand how the patient and information process both medical and tourism fields also describe the need of customer and service provider. In this paper, we develop a medical tourism service system that will promote information exchange and service delivery.

        발양통음탕(發陽通陰湯)이 살리실산나트륨 이독성에 대한 흰쥐 와우의 형태학적 변화에 미치는 영향

        Background and Objectives : Despite of high prevalence, Tinnitus remains obscure because the cause and mechanism is poorly understood. In the absence of a suitable animal model, past investigations tool place in humans. Recently, the animal model with sodium salicylate ototoxicity is broadly used because of its reversibility. Balyangtongum-Tang had been used clinically to treat tinnitus and other hearing problems. We investigated the effects of Balyangtongum-Tang on cochlear morphologic change induced by sodium salicylate ototoxicity and were to find out its therapeutic effects on ototoxicity in rat model. Materials and Methods : Healthy ten Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into normal(2), control(4) and sample(4) groups. The sample group was given extract of Balyangtongum - Tang(1cc/100g) once a day for 4 days. After 3 hours when last medication were given, the sample and control groups were injected intraperitoneally with sodium salicylate(500mg/kg). We observed the cochlear morphologic changes of rats every 1, 2, 3 and 5 hours after injection. Results : The electron microscopic finding of outer hair cell shows some changes in the curticular plate and cytoplasm. Some vacuoles were found in the control and sample groups. Vacuolization in the curticular plate and cytoplasm of the sample group after 3, 5 hours were similar to the control group. But the curticular plate of the sample group after 1, 2 hours did not from vacuole. On the other hand the control group after 1, 2 hours formed vacuoles in the curticular plate. Light microscopic findings of cochlear duct in control and sample groups didn't find any difference. Conclusion : The results suggest that extract of Balyangtongum-Tang reduces the morphologic changes induced by sodium salicylate ototoxicity and the effects are remarkable in frist 2 hours. However the effective times are different with previous studies, it seems to due to the difference of tolerance and sensitivity of laboratory animals.

        Congenital hemangioma (CH) is a fully formed benign vascular tumor at the time of birth and do not proliferate in postnatal life. CH must be differentiated from infantile hemangioma. CH has three subtypes that are recognized based on their natural history: Rapidly involuting congenital hemangioma (RICH), non-involuting congenital hemangioma (NICH), and partially involuting congenital hemangioma (PICH). It is important to distinguish RICH from NICH because RICH spontaneously regresses but NICH does not. Herein, we report two patients diagnosed with RICH and NICH, respectively. We presented the clinical features as well as ultrasonographic and histologic findings to distinguish congenital from infantile hemangioma. (Korean J Dermatol 2018;56(9):556∼560)

        본 논문애서는 전압원 문제의 정확한 해석을 위해 적응 시간차분 유한요소 해석법에 대해 소개한다. 이 방법에서 전압원 해석시 고려되는 미분 대수방정식은 Singly diagonally implicit Runge-Kutta법을 이용하여 표현된다. 이 해석 방법은 단상 변압기 모델의 전압원 해석에 적용되며, 해석 방법의 타당성 검증을 위해 통상적으로 사용되는 θ-method에 의한 해석 결과와 비교된다.
