아동이 지각하는 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통이 또래관계에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과

본 연구는 아동이 지각하는 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통과 또래관계에 대한 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 부산시 및 경남에 소재한 초등학교 5, 6학년 남, 여학생 384명을 대상으로 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통 검사, 자기효능감 검사, 또래관계 검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동이 지각하는 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통, 또래관계 및 자기효능감의 상관관계에서 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동이 지각하는 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통이 자기효능감, 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통이 또래관계, 자기효능감이 또래관계에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 아동이 지각하는 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통과 또래관계를 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 아동이 지각하는 부모-자녀 간 의사소통은 또래관계에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있으므로 자기효능감은 부모-자녀 간의 의사소통과 또래관계 사이에 부분매개하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다. This study examined the mediating effect of self - efficacy on parent - child communication and peer relationship perceived by children. For this purpose, parent - child communication test, self - efficacy test, and peer relationship test were administered to 384 elementary school boys and girls in Busan and Kyungnam. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a statistically significant correlation between perceived parent - child communication, peer relationship and self - efficacy. Second, there was a statistically significant difference in parent - child communication perceived by children, self - efficacy, parent - child communication, peer relationship, and self - efficacy on peer relationships. Third, self - efficacy partially mediated parent - child communication and peer relationship perceived by children. Based on the above results, the conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. It is found that parent - child communication perceived by children has a statistically significant effect on peer relations, so that self - efficacy is partly mediated between parent - child communication and peer relationship. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

Tumor cells express tumor-associated antigen which can be target to the cytotoxic Tlymphocytes. CTL precursor activation requires antigen recognition and cytokine help from Th cells. In this pathway, the cross-presentation mechanism, professional antigen presenting cells first pick up tumor antigen and present the antigen to Th cells. Another pathway is to activate CTL precursor by the direct priming. The tumor cells, however, lack costimulatory signal, which is required for full activation. The lymphocytes recognized specific antigen without costimulatory signal resulted in anergy. Tumor cells engineered to express the costimulatory molecules are better immunogen and induce antitumor immunity. We will discuss the recent progress in tumor therapy using the costimulatory molecules on the basis of the direct priming mechanism.
