白급이 멜라닌 형성 억제에 미치는 영향

Recently many efforts were focused to understand the mechanical insights of melanogenesis to develop the agents for hyper-pigmentation and hypo-pigmentation. In the melanin biosynthetic pathway, tyrosinase is the rate limiting enzyme, and ${\alpha}$-melanocyte stimulating hormone(MSH) or cAMP-elevating agents stimulate melanogenesis and enhance the melanin synthesis and the tyrosinase activity. The author has analyzed the effects of Rhizoma Bletillae on the basal melanogenic activities of B16 mouse melanoma cells. Rhizoma Bletillae alone markedly suppressed melanin content and tyrosinase activity in a dose-dependent manner. Pretreatment of the cells with Rhizoma Bletillae. The decrease in the tyrosinase activity was paralled by a decrease in the abundance of tyrosinase protein and tyrosinase promoter activity. These results suggest that Rhizoma Bletillae inhibits melanogenesis of B16 melanoma cells via suppression of tyrosinase activity.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Pharmacopuncture Therapy and Needle-embedding Therapy on Androgenetic Alopecia in woman. Methods : The patient was treated by acupucture, pharmacopuncture, needle-embedding. The improvement of the patient was judged by phtograpies and VAS(Visual Analogue Scale) score. Results & Conclusions : Her hair loss and physical condition were improved remarkably, and an author consider that continuous clinical study will be needed in other needle-embedding therapy and korean medical treatment.

Pretreatment of the cells with Rhizoma Bletillae also suppressed the increase of ${\alpha}$-MSH (100 nM) or forskolin (20 ${\mu}M$)-induced melanin content and tyrosinase activity. The decrease in the tyrosinase activity was paralled by a decrease in the abundance of tyrosinase protein and tyrosinase promoter activity. Pretreatment of the cells with Rhizoma Bletillae also inhibited the increase of forskolin(20${\mu}M$) induced the amount of tyrosinase protein and tyrosinase promoter activity. The results of DOPA staining revealed that pretreatment of the cells with Rhizoma Bletillae showed less intensity than B16 melanoma cells stimulated with ${\alpha}$-MSH or forskolin. These results suggest that Rhizoma Bletillae inhibits melanogenesis and abrogates ${\alpha}$-MSH and cAMP-induced melanogenesis in B16 melanoma cells.

아토피 피부염 환자의 한의학적 유형분류에 대한 임상적 연구

목적 : 아토피 피부염의 진단에 있어 가장 중요한 것은 임상적인 증상이며, 상태의 평가와 치료효과에 대한 기준의 연구가 계속 시도되고 있다. 이에 우리는 한의학적인 진단 기준의 확립을 위해 이 연구를 시도하였다. 방법 : 2000년 3월부터 2000년 9월까지 6개월간 동의대학교 부속한방병원 한방 피부과에 내원한 아토피 피부염 환자 50명을 대상으로 하였다. 결론 : 1. 아토피 피부염 환자를 濕熱型과 血虛風燥型으로 한의학적인 임상유형으로 분류하였다. 2. 아토피 피부염 환자를 변증 유형별로 분석해보니 초진시에는 濕熱型이 많았으며 치료를 해나감에 따라 급성기 증상이 작아지고 血虛風燥型이 많아졌다. 3. 환자 50명 중 남녀비율로 볼 때 17명 대 33명으로 여자 환자가 약 2배 가량 많았으며, 시기별로 분류하면 제3기 즉 성인기 환자가 반 이상을 차지하였다. 4. 유아기 환자들은 범위가 넓지 않고 병변 상태는 중등도이며, 사춘기 및 성인기로 갈수록 부위는 미만성으로 몸 전체에 퍼져있으며 상태 또한 중증이 많이 나나타났다. 5. 부위 및 병변별 점수와 호전도를 분석한 결과 부위는 팔, 무릎이 가장 심했으며, 증상은 소양감의 호소가 가장 많았고, 치료함에 따라 미란, 홍반의 증상이 큰 호전도를 보였다. 6. Total IgE치를 측정한 결과 50명중 38명이 정상수치 이상으로 대체로 혈청 IgE와 연관성이 있으나, 아토피 피부염의 심한 정도와 일정하게 비례하는 것은 아니었다. Objectives : Atopic dermatitis(AD) assume an remarkable clinical aspect and it's diagnosis almost depends on clinical symptoms. Therefore, we aimed to study the clinical diagnostic standard of AD for more accurate treatment. We report as follows; Methods : For 6 months from March to August in 2000 we selected fifty outpatients who were prognosis of AD in the department of dermatology, Oriental media hospitol, Dong-eui University. Results and Conclusions : 1. We classified of the grade, the condition of AD patient was slight and severe, by the sum of total by the clinical index of AD (diagnostic features). 2. By consulting previous oriental medical theories, we divided symptom-complex (辨證) of AD into two type ; one was damp-heat type (濕熱型) and the other was deficiency of blood-wind-dryness type(血虛風燥型). 3. Male to female ratio was 17 : 33 and the third time, adolescence patients was nae than half. 4. According to the results of symptom - complex(辨證) of AD patients, on the first examination damp-heat type(濕熱型) was mere than deficiency of blood-wind-dryness type(血虛風燥型) and in progressing treatment, the condition has been change to deficiency of blood-wind-dryness type(血虛風燥型). 5. In the lesions of AD, arm and knee were most serious skin lesions and in symptoms of AD, pruritus was most complained, and in progressing treatment, erosion and erythema were greatly improved. 6. When we measured the levels of serum Total IgE, that of thirty eight patients were higher than that of normal, but elevation of serum IgE levels was not correlated with the severity of AD.

한방치료를 통한 성인 전신성 아토피 피부염 치험 1례 - 五苓散 사용 효과를 중점으로

Objetives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Oryeong-san on adult whole-body atopic dermatitis. Methods : We treated a 21-year-old male patient who have adult whole-body atopic dermatitis by Korean medicine. This treatment was enforced from 2019.5.25 to 2019.6.29. And we have confirmed the improvement of itching, rashes and oozing. We recorded photos that includes change of symptoms. Results : After the treatments was done, the grade of VAS and SCORAD was decreased. The VAS grade was decreased from grade 8 to grade 2. The SCORAD score was decreased from 72.1 to 52.1. And itching, rashes, oozing were clearly decreased. Conclusions : Oryeong-san has effect on decreasing itching, rashes and oozing. Also, sleeping time reduced due to itchness was normalized. Thus, It is able that Oryeong-san works on skin desease like atopic dermatitis.

梔子乾薑湯 및 한방 치료를 통한 화폐상 습진 치험 1례

Objective : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Chijageongang-tang on nummular eczema. Methods : We treated a 21-year-old female patient who have nummular eczema by Korean medicine. This treatment was enforced from 19.8.26 to 19.12.30. And we have confirmed the improvement of itching, rashes and oozing. We recorded photos that includes change of symptoms. Results : After the treatments was done, the grade of VAS was decreased. The VAS grade was decreased from grade 6 to grade 0. And we checked DLQI, all questions of index were improved. Conclusion : After administer Chijageongang-tang, the lesions are clearly improved The itchness was decrease. The scabs disappeared and changed into pigment lesions. Thus, It is able that Chijageongang-tang works on skin desease like nummular eczema.

아토피 피부염에 운용 가능한 경혈(經穴) 탐구 - 상용(常用) 본초(本草)를 중심으로

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate acupoints for atopic dermatitis which have similar impact with frequent herbs. Methods : We collected research materials in "The Journal of Korean Medicine Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology & Dermatology" published from Feburary, 2000 to September, 2017. The search terms are 'atopic Dermatitis', 'antiallergic', 'anti-inflammatory', 'antianaphylaxis', 'dermatitis' and we elected experimental researches about herbal medicine. Among the herbal medicine, we extracted frequent herbs using more than 5 times, and categorized through "Herbal Medicine". By Consulting "Principles of Meridians & Acupoints; A Guidebook for College Students", we matched frequent herbs and acupoints. Results : 1. There are 38 frequent herbs for study except Glycyrrhiza uralensis FISCH. because it was used for balance in herbal medicine. Arrange meridians in order of frequency, the most is 'Lung meridian'. Among the organs, the most related one with skin is 'Lung' and 'Lung meridian' can treat skin diseases. 2. We researched acupoints called 'specific acupoints' under elbow, knee because of clinical usage. Exceptively, SP6 and GV20 are not included in 'specific acupoints' but they can be effective for atopic dermatitis treatment. 3. Researching on MEDLINE about frequent herbs and acupoints, there are many studies that acupuncture is effective for reducing pruritus. Therefore, the acupoints which were mentioned in this study can be choosed for atopic dermatitis. Conclusions : We found several applicable acupoints for Atopic Dermatitis. We hope it will be useful in experiment such as randomized controllized trial on Atopic Dermatitis and acupuncture and futhermore in clinic.
