        PVC 바닥상재용 광경화형 내오염 코팅액의 제조 및 응용에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 건축자재로 널리 사용되는 PVC 바닥상재 표면을 오염성 및 정전기로부터 보호하기 위하여 기존 에 사용하는 광경화형 우레탄-아크릴 수지에 내오염/대전성을 향상시킨 광경화형 내오염 코팅액 개발에 관한 것이다. PVC 바닥상재용으로 사용되는 내오염성이 없는 우레탄-아크릴 수지에 4가 암모늄을 사용한 수용성 대전방지제와 아 크릴용 대전방지제, 폴리우리탄용 대전방지제를 수지의 양 대비 함량(wt%) 5~20%로 변화하여 첨가한 후 배합하여 수지의 내오염/대전성을 향상시킨 내오염 코팅액을 제조하였다. 제조한 내오염 코팅액은 코팅 층의 두께조절이 가능 한 코팅(Bar-coating)을 사용하여 PVC 바닥상재에 코팅 한 후 내오염성, 대전성, 부착력, 코팅두께 등의 코팅 층 표면 물성을 평가하였다. 연구결과, 수지에 수용성대전방지제 15%를 혼합하여 제조한 코팅액을 Bar-coater No.12로 코팅한 코팅표면이 전기저항(3.24×109Ω/㎠), 내오염도(매직 Test, 먼지부착 Test) 및 부착력(100%) 모두 가장 좋은 물성을 보 였다. 전반적으로 함량이 많을수록 전기저항과 오염도에서 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 대전방지제가 과량으로 들어간 경우 migration 현상이 보이는 것을 알 수 있었다. This study is on development of UV-cured anti-stain coating compounds which have more improved anti-stain function to prevent a surface of PVC tile from stain. To make an anti-stain coating composition, water soluble antistatic agent made from ammonium(Ⅳ) salt, antistatic agents for acrylic and polyurethane were used. Their contents varied from 5 to 20wt% against quantities of resin in coating composition. After coating PVC tiles using bar-coating method that can adjust a thickness, we estimated surface properties of coated layer such as anti-stain, electric resistance, adhesive power, thickness of coating, and so on. Results showed that a coating composition added 15wt% of water soluble antistatic agent and coated with No.12 bar-coater had the optimum surface property in electric resistance(3.24×109Ω/㎠), anti-stain(ink Test, Dust Test) and adhesive power. We could also find electric resistance and anti-stain effect were improved as antistatic agent content increased. However, excessive addition of antistatic agents(over 20wt%) caused the migration.

        PVC 바닥상재용 광경화형 복합기능(내오염/항균)성 코팅액의 제조 및 응용에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 건축자재로 널리 사용되는 PVC바닥상재 표면에 내오염성과 항균성을 증가시키기 위한 광경화형 코팅액 개발에 관한 것이다. PVC 바닥상재용으로 사용되는 우레탄-아크릴 수지에 수용성대전방지제와 항균제를 배합 하여 오염 및 정전기로부터 상재를 보호하고 미생물에 의한 전염성질환을 예방할 수 있는 광경화형 내오염/항균 코팅 액에 관한 실험을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 수지에 수용성대전방지제 15%와 항균제 1%를 혼합하여 제조한 코팅액을 bar-coater No.12로 코팅한 표면이 전기저항(109Ω/㎠), 내오염도(매직 Test, 먼지부착 Test) 및 부착력(100%) 양호, 항 균성(99.99%)로 가장 좋은 물성을 보였다. This study is development of UV-cured coating compounds which has more improved anti-stain and anti-biosis, about surface prevention of PVC Tile. We added water-soluble anti-static and anti-microbial agent to the resin. The process has prevented electrostatic and bacterial contagious disease. The result, which added 15wt% of water-soluble anti-static and 1wt% anti-microbial agent and coated with No.12 Bar-coater, coating composition had optimum surface property. It appear electric resistance(109Ω/㎠), anti-stain (Ink Test, Dust Test), anti-biosis (99.99%), and adhesive power(100%).

        Parvovirus B19에 의한 관절염 및 쇼그렌 항체 양성 발현

        Parvovirus B19 has been recently identified as the cause of various diseases such as erythema infectiosum, transient aplastic crisis in patients with chronic hemolytic anemias, hydrops fetalis, bone marrow suppression in immunocompromised hosts, and lastly acute and chronic arthropathy mimicking rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and occasionally, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We describe a female patient who presented with fever, chills, polyarthralgia, serologic and PCR evidence of presence of Parvovirus B19, and expression of antinuclear antibody, anti-Ro/SSA and anti-La/SSB. There has been no clinical findings suggestive or diagnostic of any diffuse connective tissue diseases in this patient. Although there has been reports of Parvovirus B19 infection mimicking RA and SLE with manifestations of various autoimmune antibodies including rheumatoid factor, antinuclear antibody, anti-dsDNA, antilymphocyte antibody, and antiphospholipid antibody, there has not been any report of anti-Ro/SSA and anti-La/SSB expression in the setting of parvoviral arthropathy and this is the first case report.

        경제 소득이 성인 남녀의 신체활동 및 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        [Purpose] Based on the data from the National Health and Nutrition Survey, the study was conducted to identify the link between physical activities and quality of life related to health in Korea. [Methods] using raw data from the 7th Annual and 2nd Year (2016-2017) of the National Health Nutrition Survey, the study analyzed 7,452 adults aged 19 or older who responded to IPAQ and EQ-5D questions out of a total of 16,234. data analysis performed frequency analysis, cross-analysis, and multiple regression analysis through the demographic factors, physical activity volume and quality of life of the study subjects. [Results] Statistical processing was done using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The analysis showed that the amount of physical activity differed significantly in gender, age, marital status, education, occupation, and economic activity, and that the quality of health-related life also differed significantly. in addition, both income levels and physical activity levels showed statistically significant relevance to health-related quality of life. [Conclusion] These findings confirm the importance of physical activity and health-related quality of life, and will require the development of programs for the promotion of appropriate forms of colorful health, taking into account the state of economic activity.

      • 인체 유방암 세포에서 retinoids의 영향에 대한 연구

        Retinoids, better known as vitamin A, have been reported to inhibit the growth of several breast cancer cell lines in culture and to reduce breast tumor growth in animal models. Furthermore, retinoids can augment the action of other breast cancer cell growth inhibitors both in vitro and in vivo. Clinically, interest has increased in the potential use of retinoids for the prevention and treatment of human breast cancer. We have examine the effect of all-trans retinoic acid(tRA) and 9-cis retinoic acid(9-cis RA) on human breast cancer cell(MCF-10A, T47-D, MCF-7) proliferation using MTT assay and cell cycle analysis(FACS), Overexpression of cyclin D1 protein is observed in the majority of breast cancers, suggesting that dysregulated expression of cyclin D1 might be a critical event in breast cancer carcinogenesis. We investigated whether tRA and 9-cis RA might affect expression of cyclin D1 on human breast cancer cells(MCF-10A, T47-D, MCF-7) using RT-PCR and western bolt. In MCF-IOA cells, either tRA or 9-cis RA treatment did not affect the cell proliferation. In T47-D cells and MCF-7 cells, either tRA or 9-cis RA treatment showed the inhibition of the cell proliferation over control cells and also inhibit the estrogen stimulated cell proliferation when it was given together with estrogen. The effect of retinoids was dose-and time-dependent. T47-D cells treated with 1.0 μM tRA undergo G0/G1-phase arrest by Day 5. MCF-7 cells treated with 1.0 μM tRA undergo S-phase arrest by Day 5. All-trans retinoic acid(tRA) and 9-cis retinoic acid(9-cis RA) inhibited the cyclin D1 mRNA and protein expression levels of human MCF-7 and T47-D breast carcinoma cells in vitro. The data indicate that retinoids can reduce cyclin D1 expression levels in a variety of breast cell lines in vitro and result in inhibition of cell proliferation. tRA-mediated growth inhibition and cyclin D1 expression inhibition is more potent than 9-cis RA mediated that. tRA-mediated inhibition effect is more Potent on T47-D cells than on MCF-7 cells. Our data suggest that retinoids activity is different according to property of cell lines. Future chemoprevention of breast cancer studies using retinoids will be necessary to determine the mechanism of the retinoids-mediated growth inhibition.

        한국인 섬유근통 증후군 환자에서 Human Parvovirus B19 감염에 관한 연구

        Objective: The association of parvovirus B19 infection with many rheumatologic disease, including systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren`s syndrome, polymyositis has been suggested, although the exact relationship between the infection and these disorders is not understood. Several cases of fibromyalgia have been reported after parvovirus B19 infection, but systemic investigation of parvovirus B19 infection in Korean patients with fibromyalgia has not been performed. This study was designed to investigate the clinical significance of human parvovirus B19 infection in Korean patients with fibromyalgia. Methods: Serum from 54 patients with fibromyalgia and 61 age and sex matched healthy controls were tested for IgM and IgG anti-parvovirus B19 antibodies by two different commercially available ELISA kits and presence of parovovirus B19 DNA was measured by PCR. Results: IgM antibodies to parvovirus B19 were detected 1 fibromyalgia patient in one assay and 1 patient in the other assay. No controls had positive IgM antibodies. No difference was seen between fibromyalgia patients and controls with the IgG andtibodies to parvovirus B19 in two different assays. Parvovirus B19 DNA was detected in 3 fibromyalgia patients, but not in controls. Conclusion: Our data showed that fibromyalgia could be triggerd by parvovirus B19 infection, but parvovirus B19 is unlikely to play a significant role in the pathogenesis of Korean patients with fibromyalgia.
