공동주택 공사비 영향요인 분석을 통한 개산견적의 정확성 향상방안 연구

현재 주택 유형별 비율은 공동주택이 가장 크며 공동주택의 가구 수는 꾸준히 증가하는 것으로 보아 공동주택의 건설사업은 여전히 지속되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 공동주택 건설사업이 지속됨에 따라 사업초기단계에서 의사결정과 사업성 평가에 대한 개산견적의 정확성이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 개산견적에 영향을 미치는 영향요인들을 선정하고 가중치 분석을 통해 요인별 상대적 중요도를 나타냈으며 정확성을 향상시키기 위해 개산견적의 산출방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 산출방안은 프로젝트의 사업성 검토 시 유용한 자료로 활용될 것이며 발주자의 경제적 손실을 방지하는데 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다. Currently, the multi-unit houses are the largest in the ratio of housing types, and the number of households in multi-unit houses is steadily increasing. As the multi-family housing project continues, the accuracy of estimates for decision-making and feasibility assessment are required in the early stages of the project. Therefore, this study selected the influential factors affecting the estimated estimate and showed the relative importance of each factor through weight analysis and suggested the method of calculating the estimated estimate to improve the accuracy. The calculation plan presented through this study will be used as a useful data for project feasibility review and is expected to make a great contribution in preventing the economic loss of the client.

젠더 게임 해부하기: 정치적 부족주의에 입각한 반동의 정치에 대한 비판

이 논문은 팬데믹 시대의 장기화로 인한 여러 불안정성과 취약성의 감각을 젠더 갈등의 렌즈로만 환원하고 있는 사회현상을 ‘젠더 게임’으로 명명하고자 한다. 필자는 이 논문에서 젠더 게임의 주자들은 누구이며 젠더 게임을 가동하기 위해 현재 쓰이고 있는 전술, 전략들이 무엇인가를 다각도로 분석할 것이다. 이를 위하여 첫 번째로 온라인 커뮤니티를 중심으로 한 2030 남성들의 세대적, 성별적 결집력이 정치적 부족주의의 형태로 가동되는 데에 있어, 어떠한 개념의 오용과 점거가 일어나는가에 대해 면밀히 검토할 것이다. 두 번째로 비대면 사회가 가속화한 네트워크 접속력의 증가로 인하여, 비슷한 목소리만이 증폭, 확산되는 메아리방 효과와 동종선호가 성차별의 문제를 5060 남성들이 5060 여성들에게 가하는 세대 문제로만 축소하여 이를 확증편향하게 만들고 있는데, 이러한 주장이 어떠한 점에서 논리적 모순인가를 드러낼 것이다. 마지막으로 백래시라는 반여성주의적 반동의 전선들이 혐오의 비즈니스화와 정치화로 나아가고 있는 국면 속에서, 이에 대항하기 위한 구체적 저항 전략들을 설계해 보고자 한다. In this article, I aim to the notion of “gender game” to precisely define the social phenomenon by which multiple facets of situations of vulnerability and structural instability are reduced to the issue of gender conflict. Through this study, I attempt to perform a meticulous and thorough analysis of the tactics and strategies of gender game and determine the protagonists of this game. I do this by, first, examining the mechanism by which young Korean men in their twenties and thirties form political tribalism based on male-centered online communities, where they abuse and distort the notion of fairness to justify their misogyny. Second, I dissect the contradiction of the anti-feminist logic of reducing sexist discrimination to the problem of the older generation based on the phenomenon of echo chamber and homophily. Third, I devise strategies to resist the politicization of hatred and the spread of the economic model of hatred facilitated by anti-feminist backlash.

슬관절 전치환술 후 세라밴드 운동프로그램이 수술 후 통증, 슬관절 굴곡각도 및 심리적 지수에 미치는 효과

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of the Thera-Band exercise program following total knee arthroplasty. Methods: The research design for this study was a nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. Participants were 30 patients for the experimental group and 30 patients for the control group. The experimental group participated in the Thera-Band exercise program in addition to conventional CPM (continuous passive motion) exercise. The control group received conventional CPM exercise only. Outcome measures were pain, knee flexion range of motion, CRP, and psychological parameters (self-efficacy and fear of falling). Data were analyzed using χ<SUP>2</SUP>-test, Fisher’s exact test, t-test, and repeated measure ANOVA with SPSS/PC version 21.0. Results: There were significant improvement in self-efficacy, and decreases in pain, and fear of falling in the experimental group compared to the control group. However, no significant differences were found between the two groups for CRP and knee flexion ROM. Conclusion: The Thera-Band exercise program gave an additional benefit over the conventional CPM exercise for patients following total knee arthroplasty, and is recommended for use as an effective nursing intervention for patients after total knee arthroplasty.

리얼돌, 지배의 에로티시즘: 여성신체 유사 인공물에 기반한 포스트 휴먼적 욕망 생태학 비판

필자는 이 논문을 통해, 한국사회를 뜨겁게 달군 리얼돌이라는 사회적 쟁점을 세 가지 측면에서 고찰해 보고자 한다. 첫 번째로 리얼돌의 존재론적 위상을 살펴보자면, 리얼돌은 여성의 신체 형상을 머리부터 발끝까지 고도로 모사해낸 여성-유사물임과 동시에, 여성을 남성의 욕망규준에 알맞게 조작, 변경한 허상(illusion)이기도 하다. 즉 리얼돌은 단순히 원본과 매우 유사한 정도에 그치는 것이 아니라, 오히려 원본을 구조화하고 재조건화하는 초실재적 욕망 단위로 기능함으로써, 여성신체형상을 남성의 욕망 그릇으로 최적화하는 장치이다. 두 번째로 리얼돌은 섹슈얼리티를 궁극적으로 남성의 자위행위에 불과한 것으로 축소시킨다는 점에서, 남성의 성적 유아론을 구축하는 장치라 할 수 있다. 성적인 유아론이란 타자의 존재나 욕망, 관점 등은 모두 소거한 채, 타자를 자신의 욕망의 도구로만 여기며 오로지 자신의 욕망만을 실재하는 것으로 여기는 것을 뜻한다. 남성의 성적 유아론은 여성의 욕망과 관점의 실재성을 모두 제거하는 것으로 사물의 여성화와 여성의 사물화라는 두 가지 절차를 거친다. 세 번째로 리얼돌 수 입, 판매를 허용한 2심과 대법원 판결문은 리얼돌의 사용 주체부터 이것의 심리적, 성적, 사회적 순기능의 수혜자를 남성으로 한정하여 논의할 뿐, 정작 이것이 여성들에게 어떠한 영향을 미치며 어떠한 심리적, 물리적, 성적 위해를 낳을 수있는지에 대해서는 전혀 다루고 있지 않다. 또한 판결문에서 상정하고 있는 존중받아 마땅할 개인의 성적 자유란 남성의 성적 공격성의 확장과 보장을 의미하는 것이지, 이러한 남성의 성적 자유의 확대가 여성의 인권과 자유라는 기본권의 침해로 이어지는 것은 문제시하고 있지 않다. 이러한 관점에서, 리얼돌 수입, 판매 허가 판결은 여성 시민의 자리를 일체 소거한 남성편향적이며 불평등한 결정이라 할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 리얼돌에 의해 촉발된 욕망 테크놀로지가 어떻게 A.I 섹스로봇의 개발로 이어지고 있으며 이것의 활용방식이 얼마나 포스트 휴먼적이지 않은지, 즉 얼마나 남성중심적 휴머니즘의 갱신 행위이자 남성폭력의 고착적 상상력의 재생산에 불과한가를 정치하게 드러낼 것이다. This article aims at providing a philosophical and critical analysis on the sex doll that is a political issue in Korean society. First, I will focus on the ontological status of this sex doll that is both an imitation of the female body and an illusion of the woman suitable to the economy of male desire. This sex doll is a hyper-real image that determines and conditions the original to manipulate the image of the body of women that is subjugated to masculinist and sexist desire. Second, the sex doll is what reduces the field of sexuality to male masturbation which is only a device of sexual solipsism. It means the elimination and denial of the existence of the other and the different perspective and desire of women to promote only the desire of men. It goes through the feminization of the thing and the objectification of the woman. Third, the judicial decision of the second instance and the last instance on the authorization of the importation of the sex doll is a one-sided decision that does not take into account the current situation of women and their right injured by this authorization. This judgment deals only with the sexual freedom of men and the positive aspect of this sex-doll to the detriment of women"s rights. In addition, the technology that concerns sexuality and pleasure is what produces not only the sex doll, but also the sexual robot. This technology is not post-human at all, but rather a renewal of sexist humanism. Advancing technology without questioning sexism could only reinforce male violence against women.

신유물론의 관점에서 본, 코로나19와 여성의 몸 교직 양상: 팬데믹 연결망에 대한 벡터 지도 그리기

이 논문은 비인간 물질성인 바이러스와 그 어느 때보다 긴밀히 얽혀 있는 팬데믹 연결망 속, 여성의 몸의 물질성이 배치되는 양상들에 대해 면밀히 살펴보고자 한다. 이는 여성의 몸을 탈물질화하고 기표 효과로만 축소하는 언어적 전회의 한계에 대한 비판임과 동시에, 재난의 돌발성과 우연성은 기표라는 담론적 층위에서만이 아니라, 여성의 몸의 실재성을 관통하고 변형시키는 물질적 층위에서 일어나는 것임을 드러내기 위해서이다. 이를 위해서, 필자는 팬데믹 연결망 속에서 벌어지고 있는 재난 성차별의 여러 양상들을 가정, 사회, 의료라는 세 영역에 걸쳐 분석하고자 하였으며 분석방법론으로 레비 브라이언트의 신유물론을 사용하였다. 나아가 이 논문은 팬데믹 연결망을 어떻게 재배치함으로써, 여성에게 있어 종속적인 시공간을 여성의 역능 자장으로 변환할 수 있는가를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 이 논문은 팬데믹 어펙트라는 새로운 개념을 제안함으로써, 비선형적 인과성 모델, 즉 단 하나의 원인자로 환원되지 않고 다양한 인자 간의 상호작용에 초점을 두는 분산된 인과성 모델을 통해 코로나19 사태를 정치하게 분석해내고자 한다. 왜냐하면 우리가 현재 경험하고 있는 시대적 급변 양상들은 더 이상 팬데믹 이펙트라는 선형적, 일방적 인과 모델과 즉각적 예측 분석 모형으로는 파악 불가능한 것이 되어 버렸기 때문이다. 다시 말해, 이 논문은 팬데믹 어펙트라는 인간과 비인간 간의 공동세계 속, 여성의 몸과 비인간 물질성의 재배치가 어떠한 가능성의 지평을 여는가를 살펴보고자 한다. This article aims at providing an meticulous analysis on the current phenomenon of entanglement between virus and woman"s body. This approach consists of criticizing the limits of linguistic turn that reduce woman"s body to the simple effect of language and asserting that human-nonhuman assemblage in this pandemic situation is what causes an unprecedented material-semiotic assemblage. I try to establish the multidimensional analysis on the sex discrimination during this disaster which spans the domestic sphere, the social sphere, and the medical sphere. The framework that I adopt is Levi Brayant"s new materialism. Furthermore, this article is to elaborate the way how one transforms pandemic assemblage into a potential and alternative spatial-temporality that fosters women"s power. In order to achieve this objective, I propose a new concept that is pandemic affect, or the framework of non-linear causality and distributed causality. Pandemic affect is an alternative and proper notion to understand well this unpredictable situation. This article is to create a new theoretical and practical paradigm that contributes to promote a new form of human-nonhuman assemblage.

Critical Analysis of Chakrabarty’s Explanatory Model of the Anthropocene: From a Hermeneutic of Scale to One of Intensity

인류세는 인간의 사유와 행동을 급변시키는 물질-기호적 배치로 정의될 수 있다. 왜냐하면 인류세는 인간과 비인간 간의 주류적 관계망의 유효성을 파기해버리는 문제적 시간이자 문제적 공간으로 기능할 수 있기 때문이다. 행위자-연결망 이론과 물질 페미니즘의 방법론을 통해, 장기 지구역사와 단기적 인간 역사 간의 규모의 충돌에 기반하여 인류세의 난국을 조망해내는 차크라바티의 설명틀을 비판적으로 분석해보고자 한다. 이 논문에서 필자는 차크라바티가 제안하는 규모의 해석학을 대체하는 강도의 해석학을 고안해 볼 것이다. 강도의 해석학이란 인류세의 양가적 시간성으로 인한 사유와 행위의 난국을 타개하기 위한 대안적 방법론이라 할 수 있다. 필자는 강도의 해석학을 통하여, 라투르가 제안하고 있는 어스 바운드 개념이 지구 행성주의적 거시 모델로 읽히는 오류들을 방지함과 동시에, 이것이 인간 몸과 비인간 물질성 간의 상호침투를 긍정하고 확인하는 얽힘의 모델임을 논증해보고자 한다. 다시 말해, 이 논문은 인류세 시대 속에서 살아가기 위한 새로운 존재론적 조건을 분석, 탐구하는데 그 목적이 있다. The Anthropocene is a material-semiotic assemblage that produces an upheaval in thought and action. It is a problem-time and problem-space that calls into question the hegemonic pattern of networks between humans and nonhumans. By adopting actor-network theory and material feminism as new methodological approaches, I propose a critical analysis of Chakrabarty’s explanatory model of the Anthropocene based on a collision of scale between deep time and short time, the planetary and the global. I then elaborate a hermeneutic of intensity to replace the hermeneutic of scale that Chakrabarty suggests. This hermeneutic of intensity extends beyond the impasse Chakrabarty faces to co-articulate different histories. Next, through the prism of the hermeneutic of intensity, I revisit the concept of being “Earthbound,” coined by Latour, to affirm the model of entanglement between human corporeality and nonhuman materiality. This article aims to provide a new parameter of ontology and ethics for existing in the Anthropocene.

페미니즘 난국(feminism crisis)의 도발적 변곡점

진짜 페미니즘/가짜 페미니즘, 올바른 페미니즘/올바르지 못한 페미니즘이라는 판단과 처단논리가 현재 한국 페미니즘 판을 달구고 있다. 이러한 페미니즘 위기는 가장 격렬한 이론적 생산지라 할 수 있다. 왜냐하면 위기는 해석의 장이자 미래의 비전이 육박해 들어오는 도전적 사유의 도면이기 때문이다. 필자는 현재 한국 페미니즘이 직면한 대립을 이론적, 실천적 진전들을 강제하는 계기로 변환해내고자, 퀴어 VS 비퀴어, 교차성을 고려한 진영 VS 일체의 교차성을 고려하지 않는 진영이라는 이분법적 대립각에 기반한 인식 프레임의 오류를 입증하고자 한다. 첫 번째로, 퀴어의 보편성을 통해, 퀴어를 특정 성지향성의 본질이나 주변화된 것으로 국소화하는 논리를 부술 것이다. 이로써 이성애규범성의 핵심을 꿰뚫고 구조화하는 근간원리로 퀴어성을 재정초함으로써 다각적 퀴어들 간의 차이와 사이, 이로 인한 갈등과 연대 가능성도 모색할 것이다. 두 번째로 여성의 문제가 단 한 번도 여성‘만’의 문제라는 부분적 문제였던 적이 없으며 이미 이것이 타자와 세계와의 교직을 통한 중층적 문제임을 드러낼 것이다. 이로써, 여성이라는 정체성의 복합성은 물론 여성억압의 중층적 기제들을 낱낱이 드러낼 것이며 현재 한국사회에서 오용되고 있는 교차성 개념에 대한 문제제기와 더불어 크랜쇼가 제안한 교차성 개념의 한계 역시 해부할 것이다. 세 번째로, 페미니즘 난국의 새로운 사상지류로서 급진퀴어페미니즘을 제안해봄으로써, 현재 대립형국의 대안이자 실천적, 이론적 방향전환을 시도할 것이다. The field of feminism in South Korea is crossed by the logic of the dichotomy between good feminism and bad feminism, true feminism and false feminism. This kind of conflictuality is the site in which the theoretical productivity is at its peak. First, I argue the universality of the queer which cracks and structures the heteronormativity. Thus the myth of heteronormativity as the pivotal axis of the human and the normal is upset by this thesis. Secondly, the problem of the female condition is never a partial problem, but is intertwined with others and the world. Focusing on the status of women is the site of the intersectionality whereby the complexity of women’s identities and the intrication of the modalities of power are the component of the feminist problematic. Third, I deploy the intellectual audacity to develop a new current of feminism that is the alternative of this aggravating situation. The radical queer feminism that i propose is the revolutionary turning point in the field of feminism.

논문 : 남근 이성 중심주의의 정태적 언어 질서의 파기 -모호성과 우연성의 논리로서의 새로운 언어 형식의 창출 가능성에 대하여-

언어가 존재를 결정한다는 말은 곧 존재 양식이 양극화된 가치 체계를 기반으로 하는 전통적 인식 틀의 폭력성 안에서 정의되어왔다는 것을 나타내는 것이다. 즉 남근 이성 중심주의적 언어 질서가 어떻게 이분법적 인식범주 안에서 무한한 가능성의 사유와 존재의 지점들을 억압해 왔는지를 드러내는 일은 아버지의 법질서로서 작동하는 기존 언어의 해체와 새로운 언어형식의 창출 가능성에 대한 모색으로 이어져야 한다는 것이다. 왜냐하면 기존 언어 질서는 여성과 남성이란 이데올로기적 범주를 단일한 의미 체계안에 가둠으로써 아버지의 법질서에 순응하는 종속적 기표들만을 양산해 왔다. 이러한 규범적 의미체계의 파기와 다각화, 파열을 도모하기 위해서는 사건으로서의 의미성에 주목해야한다. 이는 퍼스의 모호성의 논리와 알튀세르의 우연의 경제학에서 영감을 받은 새로운 언어 형식 안에서 가능한 것이며 이는 끊임없는 의미의 탈구와 전이 과정을 위한 치열하고 지난한 기획인 것이다. 이러한 시도는 과잉 결정된 의미 안에 안착하는 기표의 부동성을 문제삼음으로써 시작된다. 왜냐하면 새로운 언어 형식 안에서는 특권적 기표인팔루스 뿐만 아니라 모든 기표가 의미의 부유와 산종이란 운동성을 갖게 되기 때문이다. 이러한 일련의 운동성은 의미의 규범성을 파기하는 것이며 의미의 실험성을 극대화하는 것이다. 다시 말해 비결정적 의미화 과정은 의미의 다중성과 과잉성으로 흘러넘치는 향유의 장일 것이며 이는 고착화된 식별범주를 양산해 내는 규범적 의미 체계를 해체하는 일이라 하겠다. 왜냐하면 스며듦의 미학과 변주, 이러한 미학적 정치적 탈주를 가능케 하는 의미의 사건성은 정태적 언어질서인 상징체계를 급진적으로 파기하는 향유의 장을 새로이 열어젖히는 비판적 모색 과정이며 젠더 메커니즘의 해체로 이어지는 것이다. Le fait que le langage determine l`etre, veut dire que la modalite d`etre est definie par le paradigme du binarisme epistemique qui implique le systeme de valeur. Il s`ensuivrait que l`ordre du langage phallogocentrique opprime le potentiel creatif de differents modalites de penser et d`etre. Cela implique que le decelement de la violence du langage phallogocentrique basee sur le binarisme consiste a elaborer la strategie de deconstruire l`ordre phallique et de creer une nouvelle modalite du langage non phallogocentrique. Parce que le langage hegemonique ne fait que produire les signifiants alienes au phallus en reproduisant les categories ideologiques de femmes et d`hommes. La nouvelle forme du langage s`engage dans la deconstruction des categories binaires de pensee phallogocentrique. Parce que celles-ci sont dues a la logique de capture et de saisie. Afin de suspendre la categorie ideologique de femme et d`homme, il faudrait se focaliser sur l`evenementialite du sens qui est envisageable dans la perspective de Pierce et d`Althusser. La logique du vague chez Pierce et la topologie de la rencontre chez Althusser permettent la dislocation incessante du sens normatif en problematisant la stabilite du sens. Etant donne que dans une nouvelle forme du langage, tous les signifiants sont dotes d`une mobilite semantique qui n`est pas ancre dans un signifie surdetermine. Cela deconstruit le statut transcendantal du phallus et la normativite du sens pour mettre l`accent sur l`evenementialite du sens qui est liee a l`exuberance de la jouissance. Le processus de la creation du sens inedit et non determinant ouvre le champ de la jouissance et effectue la dislocation radicale de l`ordre du sens normatif. L`esthetique de la fluctuation et de la permeabilite des frontieres est un decodage radical qui consiste a mettre en question l`ordre symbolique pour se livrer a la dimension de la jouissance qui disloque le mecanisme de sexe-genre.
