Carrier Complex Power Series 해석을 통한 대전력 증폭기용 전치 왜곡기 설계

본 논문에서는 대전력 증폭기의 비선형 전달 특성을 나타내는 Carrier Complex Power Series를 유도하였고, 이 전달함수를 이용하여 대전력 증폭기를 선형화하기 위한 전치 왜곡기의 비선형 전달 특성을 유도하고 구현하였다. 측정 시료로 제작된 IMT-2000 기지국 송신 대역 대전력 증폭기의 이득은 34.6 dB이고 P$_{1dB}$가 35.4 dBm이다. Inverse Carrier Complex Power Series를 이용한 전치 왜곡기를 제작하고, 대전력 증폭기에 부착하여 주파수가 각각 2.1375 GHz와 2.1425 GHz($\Delta$f=5 MHz)인 2-tone 신호의 출력이 25.43 dBm/tone일 때 17 dB의 개선 특성을 얻었다.다. In this paper, a new carrier complex power series which represents nonlinear transfer function of high power amplifier is derived. Using this transfer function, the nonlinear transfer function of predistortive circuit for linearizing the distortion effect of a HPA(High Power Amplifier) is derived and fabricated. A measured gain and $P_{1dB}$ of the fabricated HPA in IMT-2000 basestation transmitting band are 34.06 dB and 35.4 dBm. The predistortive circuit using inverse carrier complex power series is fabricated and operated with HPA. The predistortive HPA improves C/I(Carrier to Intermodulation) ratio of HPA by 17.01 dB(@Pout=25.43 dBm/tone) with 2-tone at 2.1375 GHz and 2.1425 GHz.

A 900 MHz low-noise amplifier(LNA) with a measured noise figure of 4.8 dB and an associated gain of 13.2 dB was fabricated in a 0.65 $\mu$m CMOS. The inductive source architecture of offers the possibility of achieving the best noise performance. At 900 MHz, the fabricated LNA dissipates 39 mW from a single 3 V power supply including the bias circuitry and provides -26dB input return loss, -17 dB output return loss, and an input 1-dB compression level of -12 dBm. 본 논문에서는 0.65 $\mu$m CMOS 공정을 이용한 900MHz 대역의 저잡음 증폭기를 설계하였다. 입력 매칭은 전력소모가 가정 적고 NF도 가장 작은 인덕터 종단 정합회로를 사용하였다. 온칩 상에 바이어스 안정화를 포한시켰으며, 전원은 3V를 공급하였을 때 전력 소모는 39mW이다. 설계된 저잡음 증폭기의 특성능 900MHz 대역에서 13.2dB의 이득과 4.8dB의 Noise Figure가 측정이 되었다. 입력 반사손실으 -26dB, 츨력반사 손실은 -17dB을 얻었으며, 입력 1-dB 억압 -12dBm을 얻었다.

피트니스센터 지도자의 감정노동과 고객지향성 및 직무만족의 조절효과

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relation between fitness center trainers’ emotional labor and their cutstomer orientation. Also, it is aimed to determine how different the moderating effect of each group appears with job satisfaction in terms of the effect relation among the factors. The subjects were 250 trainers who had worked in Seoul and Kyunggi Province from September 1, 2019 to October 31. 238 questionaires were analyzed in the final stage using convience sampling. The results were as follows. The first, deep acting and surface acting, sub-factors in emotional labor, had positive effects on customer orientation. The second, job satisfaction had the moderating effect on the relation between emotional labor and customer orientation. Especially, the trainer group, who had relatively high level of job satisfaction through deep acting, showed higher level of customer orientation. Considering these results, executives of a fitness center should help the trainers enhance their customer orientation with deep acting and increase their job satisfaction with active support strategies. 이 연구는 피트니스센터 지도자의 감정노동과 고객지향성의 관계를 분석하고, 이와 동시에 변수 간의 영향 관계에 있어 직무만족에 따라 집단별로 조절효과가 어떻게 상이한지 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구대상 2019년 9월 1일부터 10월 31일까지 서울과 경기도에서 지도자로 종사하고 있는 250명을 대상으로 하였다. 표집은 편의추출범을 활용하였으며, 12부를 제외한 238부를 최종 분석에 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과가 나타났다. 첫째, 감정노동 하위요인 중 내면행동, 표면행동은 고객지향성을 강화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감정노동과 고객지향성의 관계에서 직무만족은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 내면행동을 통해 상대적으로 높은 직무만족을 보이는 지도자집단이 높은 고객지향성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 피트니스센터 경영자는 지도자가 내면행동을 통해 고객지향성을 강화하도록 적극적인 지원전략을 통해 직무만족을 높여야 할 것으로 사료된다.

스크린골프 참가자의 그릿과 운동몰입의 관계에서 자신감의 매개효과

[목적] 이 연구의 목적은 스크린골프 참가자의 그릿과 운동몰입의 관계에서 자신감의 매개효과를 규명하는 것이다. [방법] 2022년 1월 현재 서울, 경기, 경북지역의 스크린골프에 참가한 성인 238명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 자 료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석 그리고 구조 방정식모형 분석을 하였다. [결과] 연구 결과는 첫째, 스크린골프 참여자의 그릿은 자신감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스크린골프 참여자의 그릿은 운동몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스 크린골프 참여자의 자신감은 운동몰입 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 스크린골프 참가자의 그릿과 운동몰입에서 자신감은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 스크린골프 참가자에게 그릿이 중요하다는 것을 인지하고 그릿을 향상할 방안을 모색하여 자신감을 향상하고 최상의 몰입을 경험할 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다. [Purpose] The purpose of the study was to identify the mediating effects of the confidence in the relationship between the Grit and exercise flow of screen golf participants. [Method] The subjects of the study were 238 adults who had experienced screen golf in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do province and Gyeongsangbuk-do province in January, 2022. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modelling were enforced in processing the data, using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. [Result] The results of the study were the followings: First, the grit of screen golf participants had positive effects on their confidence. Second, the grit of screen golf participants had positive effects on their exercise flow. Third, the confidence of screen golf participants had positive effects on their exercise flow. Forth, the grit of screen golf participants and their confidence of exercise flow had mediating effects. [Conclusion] In summary, it is desirable that screen golf participants should recognize the fact that the grit is important. Also, it is needed that they should try to find the way to improve the confidence and to experience the best exercise flow.

스크린골프 참가자의 그릿과 운동지속의 관계에서 운동몰입의 매개효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effects in the relationship between the grit and exercise adherence of screen golf participants and to provide basic data needed to mediate healthy leisure through continuous screen golf. Method: The subjects of the study were adults who had played screen golf for more than 6 months in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do provinces by January, 2022. Convenience sampling in non probability sampling method was used in the survey. The final 238 questionnaires, collected and satisfied, were used in the analysis. Results: The results of the study are as follows: First, the grit of screen golf participants had positive effects on their exercise flow. Second, the grit of screen golf participants had positive effects on their exercise adherence. Third, the exercise flow of the screen golf participants had positive effects on their exercise adherence. Fourth, exercise flow played a mediating role in the relationship between grit and exercise adherence of screen golf participants. Conclusion: In summary, the higher the emotional level of screen golf participants, the more golf adherence and the more golf flow they tend to have. It is identified that this exercise adherence and exercise flow enhanced the continuous participation tendency in golf.
