Hydrocortisone 및 Cyclophosphamide에 依한 免疫反應의 抑制와 增加

The relative selectivity of two immunosuppressnats(hydrocortisone-acetate and cyclophosphamide) for T and B cells were investigated. The cell-mediated immunity was measured by footpad swelling test and the humoral immune response was assayed by the measurement of antibody formation to sheep red blood cell and Salmonella typhi O_901. Hydrocortisons oaused profound atrophy of thymus as measured by total cell conut and weight. Hydrocortisone affected not only cell-mediated immunity but also jumoral immune response, but cell-mediated immunity is more severly affected than humoral immune response. Cyclophosphamide severly affected the antibody formation to all antigens used, but it increased footpad reaction instead of decreased. In this study, the above effect of cyclophosphamide was revealed in the rat as in the mouse. The mechanism of potentlation of cellmediated immunity and inhibition of humoral immune response at the same time by cyclophosphamide is required further study.
각종 센서를 장착한 차량을 이용한 종단선형 분석 알고리즘 개발 및 현장 검증에 관한 연구

In this research, a vertical alignment analysis algorithm was developed. The developed algorithm used acquired data from a vehicle with multiple sensors such as a global positioning system (GPS), an inertial navigation system (INS), and a distance measuring unit (DMI) to collect information about vehicle position and altitude. The vertical alignment analysis algorithm includes the identification of vertical tangent sections, the beginning and ending points of vertical curves, and the calculation of length of vertical curves. Also, the algorithm can help build models for vertical tangent sections and vertical curve sections. In order to verify the algorithm, a field survey was conducted at an actual highway section and the result of the field survey was compared to a highway CAD drawing. 본 연구에서는 GPS(Global Positioning System), INS(Inertial Navigation System), DMI(Distance Measuring Unit) 등 각종 센서를 장착한 차량을 이용하여 차량의 위치정보와 자세정보를 취득하고, 취득된 차량의 주행정보를 이용하여 도로 종단선형을 분석할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 개발된 종단선형 분석 알고리즘은 도로의 종단경사, 종단곡선 시종점 및 도로 종단곡선 길이 등을 분석할 수 있고, 종단경사와 종단곡선을 모형화하였다. 또 개발한 알고리즘의 현장 적용성을 검증하기 위하여, 실제 도로에서 취득한 데이터를 이용하여 종단선형을 분석하였고, 이 결과를 도면과 비교하였다.
