        한국 위정척사의 보수응변(保守應變) - 유인석(柳麟錫)의 국권(國權) 관념 변화를 중심으로 -

        This is the research what the thinking and praxis of rectifying justice and expulsion of wickedness party to conserve and how to response with history through changing contents of national sovereignty idea contending with modernization. Especially the thinking and praxis of Ryu In-suk moved from conserving cultural tradition based on Sino-centrism to parallel relationship East with West based on ambivalent view of civilization. From that Ryu tried to reestablish the order of East Asia as moral culture. In this process Ryu transformed sino-centric values into World-centric values, which was seen to be national sovereignty idea. Ryu's idea of national sovereignty did not stay on enlightenment of king and modernization, but expand categories such as family to nation, Korea to East Asia and World. Finally Solidarity of East Asian Three Nations symbolized the challenge and response of thinking and praxis in korean traditional intelligentsia.

        지속가능한 교통계획수립을 위한 성과척도 지표개발에 관한 연구

        최근까지 우리 나라 교통계획은 교통시스템 전체에 대한 계획목표를 설정하고 이를 달성하려는 노력보다는 개별 도로구간(link)의 V/C 비 등으로 표현된 서비스 수준을 계획목표 설정과 달성을 위한 성과척도로 사용하여 왔다. 그러나 개별 도로구간의 속도를 일정 수준 이상 유지하는데 치중된 교통계획은 교통시스템 전체의 효율성 증진, 도시계획 및 토지이용계획, 대기환경 개선계획 등과 부합되지 못한 결과를 낳게 되었다. 근자에 이르러 우리 나라에서도 환경친화적 도시교통체계의 구축과 적용, 지속가능한 교통지표를 활용한 교통계획의 도입 등과 같은 학제간 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있음은 교통계획의 새로운 자리매김으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 우리 나라 교통계획의 취약점을 보완하고, 새로운 발상전환을 도모하는 차원에서 지속가능한 교통시스템의 개발과 계획을 수립하고 평가하기 위하여 필요한 성과척도(performance measures)를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 성과척도의 측면에서 우리 나라 교통계획에 대한 평가를 하고, 아울러 교통계획의 바람직한 목표와 성과척도를 제시하고 계획의 공간영역별 성과척도의 적용가능성을 논의하였다.

        대중교통체계 개편에 따른 대중교통 이용자들의 통행패턴 변화에 관한 연구 (경산시를 사례로)

        The main objective of this paper is to analyze change of travel patterns according to public transportation reform. The paper uses data collected from Gyeongsan City. So far few researches, especially using before-and-after individual travel survey, have been conducted on analyzing effects of public transportation reform. For this research, some descriptive statistical analyses and statistical hypotheses tests were conducted. Furthermore, some empirical logit models were estimated for analyzing the individual effects of the public transportation reform. Finally, some important foundings, policy implications, and limitations of this research are discussed. 본 연구에서는 경산시 대중교통체계 개편 전과 후의 통행패턴을 분석하였으며, 통행패턴 변화의 통계적 검정을 위해 카이제곱(X2)검정과 t-검정을 실시하였다. 또한 대중교통 이용자들의 통행패턴 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 이항로짓모형을 추정하였으며, 개편 전․후 교통수단 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인을 비교 분석하기 위해 다항로짓모형을 추정하였다. 이들 두 로짓모형의 추정을 위해 사용된 설명변수로는 통행패턴 변화 및 대중교통체계 개편 전․후의 교통수단 선택에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 성별, 연령, 직업, 통행목적, 요금지불방법, 목적지, 통행시간의 7개 변수를 사용하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 대중교통시설 및 환승체계 구축 등 교통정책 수립에 필요한 다양한 시사점과 본 연구의 한계를 제시하였다.

      • 대학생의 등교통행 교통수단 선택행태의 분석

        This research develops a model of travel mode choice for university students' commuting trips. A binormial logit model was found to be an appropriate approach. Data from students of Yeungnam University, collected in 1999, were used for empirical estimation of model parameters. The empirical results confirmed several behavioral aspects associated with travel mode choice for university students' commuting trips. The paper presents a discussion on implocations that can be inferred from the empirical results. Finally, future potential research questions are also discussed.

        도농통합도시 시민의 교통수단선택 특성과 통행패턴에 관한 연구

        This paper analyzes the characteristics and factors affecting mode choice in a small scale urban-rural integrated city (Moon-Kyung city). The paper analyzes the differences in travel patterns between urban and rural areas in the urban-rural integrated city. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it is found that auto dependence in the rural area is as high as that in the metropolitan area. However, auto dependence in rural-rural and urban-rural trips is higher than that in inter-urban trips. Secondly, it is found that sex, auto ownership, land use of trip destination are important factors affecting mode choice in the city. Finally, results of analysis about the number of stops and tours between urban and rural areas show that urban areas have relatively regular travel patterns, and rural areas have relatively many multi-destination trips.         고령자의 통행특성과 통행행테에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the elderly's travel behavior and to measure the factors affecting their travel mode choice. Questionnaire survey was conducted for this study. For this study, 720 samples were gathered from Daegu City, especially for the people over 50 years old. It is assumed that the elderly is over 65 years old for this study. This study uses descriptive statistic analysis and logit analysis with LIMDEP software. The major results of this study are as follows: (1) Because driving alone is very expensive travel mode, bus is considered as main travel mode for the elderly over 65 years old. Because the elderly is comparatively sensitive with travel cost, they have a propensity to choose cheaper travel mode. Owing to weakened physical health and economic ability, it is difficult for the elderly to own and drive automobile. (2) The friendship, recreation, and medical treatment are significant travel purpose. It was showed that the elderly's travel pattern is irregular. (3) Going up and down of stairs are the most important restriction for the elderly's travel. (4) Automobile ownership of the individual(or family), access cost to mode, egress time to final destination are found to be important factors affecting on choosing travel mode for the elderly over 65 years old. (5) Travel cost is found to be important in understanding inter-personal variations in mode choice behavior of the elderly. However, travel time is found to be less important factor in choosing travel mode.
