1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to present Korean-type IPD model by each delivery system and to suggest the contents and features of the model, and is to demonstrate law condition to fit Korean-type IPD model. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This paper analyzed law conditions related to adopt IPD. And it focused on 1) turn-key, 2)partnering and 3) direct contract as well as l lt.he lowest price, 2) qualified, and 3)best value delivery system. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS This study showed which parts were modified in law conditions and suggested Korean-type IPD model in each leader (Owner, designer, CM, contractor) for fitting Korean real-estate market. 2. RESULTS This study offers two aspects in adopting IPD model 1) which parts must be modified in law conditions 2) how IPD model to apply in Korean real-estate market.

CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to earn objective information or to establish the systematic planning in remodeling project, Therefore, spacial efficiency, object, importance, investment efficiency and satisfaction of remodeling, and feasibility study were analyzed. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This paper adopted field survey method. The data for this method were collected from the questionnaire. This questionnaire contained spacial efficiency, object, importance, investment efficiency and satisfaction of remodeling. And sic ratio was utilized for feasibility study. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS In the results of this survey, which parts were the most important in remodeling project, and how to approach in remodeling project was suggested in cost. 2. RESULTS This study offers two aspects in improving remodeling project 1) which parts were important in spacial efficiency, object, importance, investment efficiency and satisfaction of remodeling 2) how to measure feasibility study in remodeling project.
