PSN 치환이 PNN-PZT 세라믹스의 미세구조 및 압전 특성에 미치는 영향

The structureal, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of Pb[(Sb$\_$1/2/Nb$\_$1/2/)$\_$x/-(Ni$\_$1/3/Nb$\_$2/3/)$\_$0.15-x/-(Zr$\_$y/Ti$\_$1-y/)$\_$0.85/]O$_3$(x=0∼0.05, y=0.47∼0.52) ceramics were investigated with the substitution of Pb(Sb$\_$1/2/Nb$\_$1/2/)O$_3$(abbreviated PSN) and the Zr/Ti ratio. At Zr/Ti ratio of 50/50, tetragonality was decreased and grain size abruptly decreased with the increase of PSN substitution. Curie temperature was decreased and dielectric constant increased with the substitution of PSN. The coercive field increased and remnant polarization decreased with the substitution of PSN. Electromechanical coupling factor(k$\_$p/) showed the highest value of 0.622 at 1mol% PSN, but mechanical quality factor(Q$\_$m/) showed the minimum value at that composition. Dielectric constant and electromechanical coupling factor with the Zr/Ti ratio showed maximum values at Zr/Ti ratio of 50/50 and mechanical quality factor showed minimum values near the Zr/Ti ratio of 50/50.

알루미늄 합금의 GMAW 용접

1970년대 2번에 걸친 석유 파동 이후 재료의 경량화는 자동차, 우주항공분야에서 중요한 문제로 대두되었다. 알루미늄합금은 높은 강도/밀도비, 내식성, 인성 및 저온 특성을 보유하고 있어 일반 가정용품에서 자동차, 우주항공, 선박같은 수송장비까지 여러분야에 사용되고 있으며, 그 사용량과 적용분야는 해가 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 알루미늄합금의 용접특성과 용접 시공기술에 대한 연구결과는 상당히 많이 발표되어 있으나, 실제 현장용접시에는 기공, 불완전 용입 등의 예상치 못한 용접불양이 발생한다. 알루미늄합금의 용접 방법으로는 GTAW, GMAW 등의 보호가스 용접이 주로 사용되고 있다. 본 고에서는 알루미늄합금의 GMAW용접 특성과 용접시 용접 결함에 대하여 간단히 기술하고자 한다.

In order to accurately measure the high voltage of 22.9[kV] power distribution lines we investigated the temperature dependence of measuring voltage on the number of stack layers in the voltage measurement system made from single and stack voltage divider capacitors (22, 44, 66 layers, respectively). Temperature coefficient of dielectric constant(TC$\varepsilon_{{\gamma}}$/)of voltage divider capacitors which were fabricated by BaTi $O_3$system ceramics showed the variations from -2.28% to +1.69% in the range of -25[$^{\circ}C$] ~50[$^{\circ}C$]) was decreased with increasing of stack number and the stack element of 66 layers showed the least error of $\pm$0.87%or of $\pm$0.87%.

The Waste Land의 주제 연구

The purpose of this study is to clarify the structure and theme of The Waste Land by examining the underlying motifs and by revealing the poet's techniques used in deploying the theme. T.S.Eliot thinks that the state of things in modern society is a situation of death -in-life. And he thinks that the factor of this modem waste land is distortion of sex and failure of true love. In The Waste Land, therefore, Eliot is concerned with rebirth through recovery of that true love. Eliot structures his poem around various religious and mythological stories in which the ideas of rebirth are involved. Among them, Fisher King's story in the Grail legend becomes a basic frame-work. In the ancient Grail legend, Fisher King suffers from impotence of sex, and owing to his impotence his land becomes barren. Ancient people believed that if this Fisher King's impotence were healed, the barren land would be recovered. But the king's impotence would not be healed before a pure knight appeared and succeeded in his search for the Grail after experiencing many difficulties. In the poem, Eliot presents Tiresias as such a knight who has traveled as a knight in search of the Grail. Consequently, the framework of The Waste Land is based upon Tiresias's quest for rebirth through love. But since Tiresias fails in achieving rebirth in this poem, Tice Waste Land ends with a formula for purgatorial suffering, through which Tiresias may achieve spiritual knowledge after patience and self-denial. Eliot thus thinks that rebirth of the modem waste land depends upon true love which involves inward conversion. To sum up, The Waste Land's basic theme of "death" and "rebirth" turns around the question of inward conversion and true love.

골프장 캐디의 노동법상의 지위 -판례와 행정해석을 중심으로-

Recently, legal protections for golf caddies have been discussed widely. In principle, legal protections must be focused on the 'labor-law' protection devices. Legal protections are employment status of golf caddies. This study is legal protections of golf caddies. This paper proposes that the issue of employment status of golf caddies who are treated as atypical workers in the Korea labor market should be addressed legislatively. At present, the courts don't regard golf caddies as workers prescribed by the Labor Standards Act. But, The paper asserts that the courts' unfavorable interpretation of employment status of golf caddies has continued regardless of the intention of the legislative organizations, and that new interpretation is still unlikely to be adopted in the near future. As the legislative solution, the paper suggests the amendment of Article 63 of the Labor Standards Act, and addresses to take a triangular position new concept of worker in a labor contract. New concept is restricting interpretation contents of worker concept of existing . When provides a labor to the user from dominative subordinate relationship element, must see with worker. 본 연구는 골프장 케디의 노동법상의 지위에 관한 연구이다. 그동안 골프장 캐디에 대하여 법원과 노동부는 골프장 캐디와 사업주간의 계약내용 및 사실관계상 사용종속관계의 판단기준 요소 존재 여부에 따라 근로자성을 긍정 또는 부정하다가 최근에는 무조건 사용종속관계의 요소가 없다고 하여 일관되게 부정하는 경향으로 가고 있다. 골프장 캐디가 근로자성을 인정받지 못하면 노동법상 전혀 보호를 받지 못한다. 법원의 사용종속관계 판단기준이 너무 엄격하여 현실적으로 보호가 필요한 골프장 캐디들은 근로자성이 부정되어 법적인 보호의 사각지대에 놓여있다. 사용종속관계 판단기준 요소들 중 일부의 사항들은 사용자가 근로계약을 체결하거나 노무관리를 하면서 임의적으로 회피할 수 있기 때문에 더 이상 근로자 개념의 판단기준 요소로 하는 것은 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 근로자 개념의 판단기준 요소 중 사용자가 근로자 개념에 해당되지 않게 하기 위해 임의적으로 배제할 수 있는 사항들은 근로자 판단기준 요소에서 제외하여야 한다고 주장한다. 실질적인 지배종속관계에 처해 있는 골프장 캐디의 경우 노동법상 근로자성이 인정되어야 하며, 다만 그 인정시점은 소급효에 따른 현실적 혼란을 감안하여 일정한 시점을 기준으로 하여 소급하지 않도록 하여야 하고 근로시간 및 휴일 등에 있어서는 근로기준법 제63조의 적용제외 영역으로 하여야 한다.

Four Quartets의 주제와 시적 변용

In Four Quartets, the religious implications in the poem are mainly Christian in character. A dominant theme of transcendental moment is expressed through the poem's central imagery of "the still point". But it is neither the expression nor the explication of the Christian face. It contains various ideas from many different sources - Aristotle, Heraclitus, Bradley, Bergson, Christianity and Buddhism, etc. They are all amalgamated into the poem. It is not the purpose of Four Quartets to expound any of those specific ideas. Rather, it is to evoke religious feeling among reader's mind in a sceptic age. It is not the expression of the personality of Eliot the man. The poem should be read as a coherent "significant emotion" of Eliot; the reader, then, will be able to find an enriching spiritual experience in reading it.

W. B. Yeats의 Cuchulain Cycle에 나타난 윤회관 연구

W. B. Yeats was interested in the glory and faith of the ancient Ireland, which he thought were embodied in the old Celtic myths and legends. All his life, he tried to incorporate the glory and faith into modern Irish nationalism and culture. He believed in the restoration of the old Irish heroism in the modern Ireland. His concern with the restoration of the old glory and faith was closely related with his vision of cyclical processes that he tried to articulate throughout his life. Yeats employed Cuchulain as hero of his Cuchulain cycle. He regarded modern Irish nationalists such as James Connolly and Padraic H. Pearse, who declared the establishment of the Irish Republic, and led the Easter uprising in 1916, as the reincarnation of Cuchulain. In his Cuchulain cycle, thus, he dealt with the theme of the modern restoration of the glory and faith of the old Ireland. The purpose of this thesis is to examine how Yeats's vision of cyclical processes is symbolically dramatized in his Cuchulain cycle, which consists of the five plays, At the Hawk's Well, The Green Helmet, On Baile's Strand, The Only Jealousy of Emer and The Death of Cuchulain. If we approach the five Cuchulain plays as a cycle beginning with At the Hawk's Well and ending with The Death of Cuchulain, we find that each play can be related to an important phase on the Great Wheel. We can also understand that the cycle is applied to the solar imagery in terms of resurrection as well as to the imagery of the romance of Sun and Moon. Furthermore, the Cuchulain plays are associated with the changing points of the seasons, namely, solstice and equinox. These images are all concerned with Yeats's creation of a ritual of resuscitating a lost faith and glory in modern Ireland. That is, Yeats designed the Cuchulain cycle not only as a drama but as a ritual or restoring the old Irish heroism in modern Ireland.
