스포츠지도자의 국제화 방안 연구: 스키지도자 직무 분석을 중심으로

The principal aim of this investigation is to provide the importance, frequency, and weight of importance of the main tasks that address globalization. To effectively do so, Kim and Yoo (2015)'s job analysis results were integrated within a questionnaire and had forty-nine ski instructors respond to two aspects: importance and the frequency of tasks. It was evident from the responses that ski instructors placed prioritization on the idea of self-development, skill improvement, and specialized knowledge. However, areas of globalization such as getting international license related to ski,’ ‘refresher education in foreign countries,’ ‘sharing information with foreign skiers,’ and ‘understanding international ski matches' have shown a low ranking in all of the factors regarding importance, frequency, and the weight of importance. Therefore, from these results, it was evident that the adoption of globalization is not effective. As a method of preventing such lack of efficiency and progression, the jobs pertaining to ski instructors could address the need of responding to the societal changes and requirements. 본 연구에서는 영어교육을 염두에 두고 직무분석을 수행한 김지은과 유호(2015)에서 도출된 임무와 과업에 대하여, 이들의 연구와는 달리 영어교육 측면 뿐 아니라 전반적인 관점에서, 특히 국제화 부분에서 스키지도자들을 대상으로 검증하고, 중요도와 빈도, 중요지수에 대한 인식을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여, 49명의 스키 지도자들을 대상으로 직무의 중요도와 빈도에 대한 설문을 실시하였고 중요지수를 계산하였다. 주요 결과를 분석해 보면, 최근의 스키지도자들은 기술의 지도 뿐 만 아니라 기술향상이나 스키전문지식 학습 등의 자기계발 임무에 대하여 중요하게 생각한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 아직도 국제화 부분이라고 할 수 있는 ‘국제 스키관련 자격증 취득,’ ‘외국에서의 교육,’ ‘외국인 스키어지도자와 정보교류,’ ‘국제 스키경기 이해’의 중요도와 빈도, 중요지수는 비교적 낮았고 이는 아직도 직무의 국제화는 잘 이루어지지 않고 있는 것으로 분석될 수 있다. 따라서 스키의 국제화를 위해서는 스키지도자들의 직무도 시대의 요구와 변화에 따른 수정보완이 있어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

스포츠 동아리 참여, 대학생활 만족도와 참여 재미

본 연구는 대학의 학과 스포츠 동아리에 참여하는 학생들과 참여하지 않는 학생들의 대학생활 만족도의 차이를 알아보고, 학과 스포츠 동아리에 참여하는 학생들의 스포츠 동아리 재미 요인을 분석해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 강원도 C 대학의 스포츠 관련 학과 학생들 111명을 대상으로 학과 스포츠 동아리 참여 여부와 학과 만족도에 대한 설문을 실시하였고 스포츠 동아리에 참여하는 학생들의 경우는 스포츠 동아리 재미 요인에 대한 설문에도 참여하도록 하였다. 설문 결과, 스포츠 동아리에 참여하는 학생들은 참여하지 않는 학생들 보다 대학 생활 만족도가 컸는데, 대학 생활 만족도 평균은 3.58인 반면, 비참여 학생들의 만족도 평균은 3.17이었다. 또한 t-test결과 대부분의 항목에서 그 차이가 유의미하였다. 스포츠 동아리 활동을 하는 학생들의 경우, 스포츠 동아리 활동이 운동능력이나 체력 향상에 도움이 되고 친구들과 어울릴 수 있고 친해질 수 있는데 도움이 된다는 의견이 가장 많았다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 스포츠 전공 학생들의 경우, 학과 동아리의 참여를 유도하여 학과의 학생들과 좋은 교우 관계를 유지하고 학과 만족도도 높일 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the difference of college life satisfaction between students participating in college sports clubs and between students who are not participating in sports clubs. For this purpose, 111 students from sports-related clubs of Gangwondo "C" University were surveyed about their satisfaction with sports clubs and what specific factors were fun about their sports clubs. The results of the questionnaire showed that students who participated in sports clubs had a higher satisfaction about college life than those who did not participate in sports clubs. The average university life satisfaction of those who joined sports clubs was 3.58, while the average of non-participation students was 3.17. Most of the students who have engaged in sports clubs have the opinion that the sports club activities were able to help improve their athletic ability and physical fitness, allowing them to get along with friends and make friends. Based on the results of this study, students should be encouraged to participate in sport-department clubs to further enhance good fellowship with the same department students and increase satisfaction of their own department in college too.

한국어 연결어미 공기 양상 연구-외국인 학생과 한국인 학생 글쓰기 대조를 통하여-

In this paper, we collected the writing of foreign students and Korean students on four common topics, then extracted the sentences using the connective endings twice in one sentence. The semantic categories of the first connective endings to be analyzed in this study are 12 kinds, and the semantic category of the second connective ending are 21 kinds. The co-occurrence of the second connective ending is analyzed based on the meaning of the first connective ending. As a result of analysis, foreign students used 106 kinds of co-occurrence, Korean students used 102 kinds of co-occurrence, and 66 of them were used in common. In the case of foreign students and Korean students, the co-occurrence is the most diverse when the meaning of the first connective ending is 'similarity', followed by 'reason' and 'order'. And the frequency of 'similarity-similarity’ was highest among all co-occurrences. When the meaning of the first connective ending expresses 'reason', 'condition', 'purpose', 'background' and 'state persistence', the use of co-occurrence by foreign students is more diversified than Korean students. 본고는 외국인 학생과 한국인 학생이 공통 주제로 작성한 글쓰기 자료를 수집하여 한 문장 안에 연결어미를 두 번 사용한 문장에서 연결어미 간의 공기 양상을 살펴보았다. 본고에서 선정한 선행 연결어미의 의미범주 12가지와 후행 연결어미의 의미범주 21가지를 기준으로 하여 선·후행 연결어미의 공기관계를 분석하였다. 분석한 결과, 외국인 학생은 106가지 공기관계, 한국인 학생은 102가지 공기관계를 사용하였고, 그 중에 66가지를 공통으로 사용하였다. 외국인 학생과 한국인 학생의 글에서 선행 연결어미의 의미가 ‘동등·유사’일 때 공기관계가 가장 다양하게 나타났고, 그 다음은 ‘이유·원인’, ‘순서’ 등의 순이다. 그리고 ‘동등·유사-동등·유사’의 출현 빈도가 가장 높았다. 선행 연결어미의 의미가 ‘이유·원인’, ‘조건’, ‘목적’, ‘배경’과 ‘상태지속’일 때, 한국인 학생보다 외국인 학생의 공기관계 사용이 더 다양하게 나왔다.

대학생의 대학 체육관의 관리와 지역에의 개방에 대한 인식

The purpose of this study is to investigate university students' perception of (1) the facilities and management and operation of the university's gymnasium and (2) the opening to the university's gymnasium to local residents. For this purpose, 104 students majoring in sports at universities that will have a new university gymnasium answered the survey. The main results of the survey are: College students had the highest demand for floor conditions and the safety of glass, followed by requests for indoor gym maintenance and facilities to prevent safety accidents. Many students wanted to open their doors to local residents only holidays and when they have local events. According to the descriptive requirements, many students want air conditioning or heating facilities should be well-equipped, hygiene and cleanliness, and free entering and use of their facilities. In terms of descriptive comments on opening to local residents, they want not to be interfered with their classes. Several students mentioned that it would be good if exercise program is developed and university students' talents is contributed. 본 연구의 목적은 스포츠 전공 대학생들이 (1) 대학 체육관 시설, 관리와 운영 대한 인식과 요구를 알아보고 (2) 대학 체육관의 지역에의 개방에 대한 인식을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 향후 새로운 대학 체육관을 갖게 될 대학에서 스포츠를 전공하고 있는 104명의 학생들이 설문에 응하였다. 설문의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생들은 바닥의 상태와 유리의 안전성에 대한 요구가 가장 컸으며 실내체육관의 유지와 보수와 안전사고 방지를 위한 시설에 대한 요구가 그 뒤를 이었다. 지역 주민에게 개방을 하는 경우에는 공휴일이나 지역 행사가 있을 때만 개방하기를 원하는 학생들이 많았는데 이는 수업에 지장이 있기 때문인 것으로 분석된다. 서술형 요구 사항에서는 에어컨이나 난방 시설이 잘 되어있었으면 하는 의견, 위생과 청결 관리가 잘되었으면 하는 의견, 그리고 학생들이 자유롭게 출입을 하고 이용을 했으면 하는 의견이 가장 많았다. 지역 주민에게 개방하는 것에 대한 서술형 의견에서는 수업에 지장이 없는 정도로만 개방했으면 좋겠다는 의견이 많았고 운동프로그램을 개발하여 운동부 학생들이 재능기부를 할 수 있으면 좋을 것 같다는 의견이 있었다.

A Study on the Perceptions and Needs of e-Sports and e-Sports Stadiums

The purpose of this study is to investigate on the experience and awareness of e-sports among university students majoring in sports and to identify the facility-related needs of e-sports stadiums. For this purpose, 74 students majoring in sports at a four-year university were surveyed. According to the survey, most students had experience in e-sports and thought that the prospects for e-sports were bright. On the other hand, the average of items related to general sports, willingness to take courses and the desire to engage in relevant professions was not high. In the case of correlation between perceptions of e-sports, there was a significant positive correlation, such as interest in e-sports, prospects, willingness to engage in relevant work, willingness to take relevant courses, and awareness of the connection between e-sports and general sports. In the case of the demand for the stadium for e-sports, the demand for the degree of visibility of the stadium from the seats and the size of the electronic signboard was the greatest, and the demand for sound facilities was generally high. Meanwhile, the demand for the time required to reach the stadium and the degree of traffic congestion was relatively low for other items.

Analysis on the Research Trends Related to Senior Sports

Recently, interest in sports for seniors is increasing due to the rise in the senior population. This study is meaningful in that it provides data that can be helpful in presenting the direction of future sports-related research for the senior. For this purpose, research related to sports for seniors was analyzed using a big data analysis method(Textom). Abstracts of 95 papers registered in Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) for the last five years (March 2017 to February 2022) were collected and analyzed using Textom for these papers. The results shows that extensive research is being done on life satisfaction through 'senior sports', and there is extensive interest in leisure sports among the senior sports, and extensive research on instructors is being conducted. The analysis showed the following. Since there is extensive interest in things that can increase life satisfaction through 'senior sports', it can be seen that active research is being conducted to help the senior's sports activities enable health and happiness. Also, there seem to be an extensive interest in the role of senior sports instructors, so it can be seen that researches that can teach in a more effective way are being actively conducted. On the other hand, research on the senior sports infra or ssenior sports welfare policy should be more actively conducted.

스포츠 전공 대학생들의 타 과목 융합 유아체육에 대한 인식과 요구

The purpose of this study is to investigate sports majors university students' perception of early childhood physical education and the perception of early childhood physical education combined with other subjects. To that end, 103 students who majored in sports were surveyed at a four-year university located in Gangwon-do. According to major research results, sports major students were positive about the impact of early childhood physical education on the development of physical, emotional, intellectual and social skills and the development of creativity on other subjects. On the other hand, in terms of other items, the average value of early childhood physical education combined with other subjects was significantly lower than that of early childhood physical education. Recognizing that training of leaders is essential, therefore it will be necessary to expand the scope of research on children's sports.
