        고등학교·대학교간 Y2K 연계프로그램 모델

        본 연구는 이러한 세계시민 웹 문화를 형성하기 위해서 고등학교와 대학간의 연계통로모델을 구축하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 그리고 이러한 연구를 통해서 고등학교와 대학이 점차로 연계된 시스템으로 계속 발전할 수 있기 때문에 대학입시문제가 해소되는 계기를 만드는 효과도 가지고 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 연계모델을 개발하기 위하여 매그넷 프로그램과 연계시킬 수 있는 근거를 발견하였다. The characteristics of the 21st Century are to be functioned as an index of the global venture citizen. First, 'web' itself is gradually constructed an information technology philosophy. According to this, all of the people is formed their individual thoughts (: 'I' Philosophy). Second, through the process of that 'web' philosophy is moved by the 'wire'(:'computer') to the 'wireless'(: mobile media mode) philosophy, 'web' center is located into home(space). There is a great deal of change from static to dynamic behavioural order in our home. In other word, we have had the place of our home as a place for our relaxation, but surprisingly our home(space) has function as a place for our business working. Francis Fukuyama had noted the following fact that our family system was disrupted through the social capital. But fortunately our home is increasingly recovered for its order as the place of 'family relaxation and family business', by the 'web'. Perhaps, "there changeable family system will be ten years after, 2010" by Frank Feather. His speaking is coming to us closely. Setting of Liaison Institution between High School and University 'Web' is making of the universe, "We Are The World". It is simillar to our body organism. At the reason of that, the 21st Century could be called of that it is only a job to find some liaison system between high school and university. Then, why are they not having of links among them? Is it because of not having of the web between both of them? 1. Now We are looking for the research findings of the web function as an liaison school function of the prevention of crash between both of their different cultures between 'academic freedom' for the university and 'field education' for the high school. Their liaison school systems, that will be future through our best doing, will play as an trouble-solving broker for the university entrance examination system. 2. Liaison models, as the global venture citizen program strategic, are developed, by Prof. Ryu, Hyang San, 1) through the liberal arts educational curriculum, 2)through the performing arts curriculum /writings related contens to liberal and social science/ natural science products exhibits, 3) through the empirical experiment of the training courses for the high school students' life theme references.

        21세기 지식근로자중심 대학개혁 핵심과제로서 고부가가치 인재창출에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 연계 개념을 근거로 대학이나 그 주변 타운에서 연계 동력간의 역학구조를 설계하여 이를 중심으로 가능한한 개인이나 대학 더나아가 타운 그리고 세계로 확대할 수 있는 연계스쿨캠퍼스커리어타운을 설계하려는 의도가 있다. 이러한 타운을 운영하는 과정에서 대학인이나 타운의 주민들은 자연적으로 계속 연계구조를 새롭게 재구조화하는 과정에서 무형의 정보· 지식· 기술· 가치 등을 유형화시킬 수 있는 사례들을 제시하고 있다. 다시 말해서 첫째, 16명의 저자들의 저서에서 나타난 관련 영역에 대한 무형의 정보`, `지식, 기술, 가치 등을 타운설계의 자재로 설정해 놓고 이를 다양한 특성의 타운을 설계하는 과정을 통해서 역시 대학인과 타운의 주민들은 스스로 고부가가치의 인재로 창출될 수 있기 때문에 무형적 특성의 대학을 유형적 특성의 대학으로 그리고 타운으로 설계하는 과정을 통하여 타운도 대학도 연계하여 설계하고 개인의 고부가가치를 지닌 인재로 창출하는 연계효과를 지적하고 있다. I. Introduction I am sure that, changing certainly toward the general trends to the creation of information and knowledge for the preventive approaches for the information and knowledge in the future, the connected school-campus town will be organized informally between all level schools and the colleges (or universities). Accordingly, the national policy of the school age will be expanded to all citizens. At the same time they are to be changed position from the non-productive age to the productive age for their maintenance of their own life themselves. And gradually from now they need to make their own information and knowledge through them. Such as their endeavor, they will be to be a professional for their life and to be a manpower bankers and creators for the nation and themselves. The Connected School-Campus Town will be going to be contributed to their public and private educatonal policy through their Business Intelligence themselves. Therefore we are going to be a globalization power in the 21C world. At this points, I have made of some scenarios for making of information and knowledge creation town for the professional citizens.         각급학교·대학간 연계정책 마인드 구축을 위한 수업과정으로서의 정책과정 운영 방법 개발(Ⅰ)

        Introduction -The Processes of the Title Design The first process is setting through the model for the Instructional management style, 5 levels from the higher to the lower in modular pattern by my 2003 findings of the study : "the development of the tools for the testing of the possibilitis about the connected lectures between the high school and the university operated liberal education courses." The second process is setting through the 2003-2004 educational policy making, by the MOE, Korea. "It is possible that the political process, in any case by the MOE, could be used to be a instructional process by the political governers for themselves. -This study is to be treated by the following Agenda: 1. The PP process is same of IP's. The PP (: Political Process) could be used to the tools making of the governers for the Instructional Process (:IP) through the PP of the 7th Curriculum for the public-based curriculum, 10years from the elementary to high school, 1st grade. 2. The CL process is same of the SC's. -The Connected Lectures(:CL) could be sued to the tools making of the governers for the Connected Semesters (:CS) through the PP of the Connected Curriculum from K-12 to the University. 3. The UEE process is same of the PPU's. -The University Entrance Examination (:UEE) could be sued to the tools making of the principals, K-12 and presidents, University(:PPU) Finding -How to apply from this findings for the checking of the same process function between PP and IP. -In this section, for the cheking of PP and IP, the checking tables in 7 modules. -the Management by Objectives(:MBO) for the same line: the PP-IP. -the Processes connected by the PP-IP -the Facilities connected by all leve schools and the colledges(universities) through the PP-IP -the human resources connected by the PP-IP -the connected planning by the tasks of both of them -the connected finance system by the PP-IP -the connected system by the long-range planning of the PP-IP

        학교시설의 연계중심 배치모형 연구

        본 연구는 학교시설이 반드시 평생교유글 수용할 수 있도록 재배치되어야 한다는 연구의 필요성과 그 배경을 통하여 <평생교육의 연계를 위한 학교시설의 배치 모형에 관한 연구>를 수행하였다. The existing school facilities have the regular fixed classrooms and the special classrooms have been apt to be arranged considering the size, not the situation for effective use. Especially various laboratories with the high-price learning materials, the computer classrooms and the library have been arranged on the 2nd, 3nd or more than the 3rd floor for the convenient management. The uniform and simple arrangement for convenience is very common now. But it is not effective to the various teaching-learning methods and it is diff-cult for the community to use. As the 21st Century has been changed into the knowledge and information society and the life-long learning society, everyone in the community as well as students has been changed into a learner. So the community wants to use the facilities such as a ground, a gym, an auditorium, a computer class, a music class, a laboratory and a library.

        각급학교·대학간 연계정책 대안(Ⅱ)

        이 코스에서 가장 핵심적인 코스 내용은 향후 우리나라가 고등학교, 대학간 교양강좌와의 <<연계수겅제도>>를 정책화하려는 데 이를 담장하는 정책입안자들이 스스로 준비된 연계정책가로 자리를 지킬 수 있도록 하는데 필요한 테마연구내용이다. Because of the school problems/ their social issues diffusing from 「out of school」to 「in-school」, we need to have not micro-approach but macro-approach for the solving. The following issues are very serious. First, our private education expenses are substitued for the non-competitive public education. Second, the graduated students from the university could not be able to get a working place in our society. In other words, we have to connected each level schools, especially high school student from 2nd and 3rd grade with university for mutual promoted competitive power. In the case of governmental organizations, they are always connected each other for the helping system. For solving of the above probelms /issues, we have the topic : The Alternatives(Ⅱ)for the Educational Ploicy Connected All Level Schools with University : through the Development of the Comparative Course of study for the Buildings of the Public & Higher Education's Competitive Power by the Mutual Promotion Process Each Other. I have been hosted the International Conference about the topic during 2001-2003 for the development of the comparative studies course such as Master's Course through the function of the Conference. And I have analyzed the Connected Educational Policies form Magnet Schools of America, Magnet Schools, Charter Schools, and the National Institute for Educational Options, Fischler Graduate School of Education and Human Services, Nova Southeastern University. On the other hand, analyzed the Connected Educational Policies or the Choice of School for the public education from Seoul Foreign School managed one school campus town for the K-12 Students integrated by the educational management. I also Korean Educational Policies for the public Education and the higher education competitive power by the mutual promotional process. Finally I have founded the key words building the Connected Educational Policy between the public education and the higher educatopn by the mutual promotion. The First Word: the Builing of Connected Mind of the Educational Policy-Makers, The Second Word : the Building of Connected Educational Policy between each level schools and the univerities, The Third Word : the Development of the International Comparative Course of Study for the Competitive Power for the Public Education and the Higher Education through the mutual promotion. I will play coontinuously to be a host for the International Conference for the function of the master's course for the policy makers to make of the competitive power between the public education and the higher education.

        The Council of Educational Facility Planners, International: CEFPI included about 20 countries (now another members are continuously registering) have some decision making of the master plan for the educational facilities and buildings in constructing/consulting for the world education. Through the research & development of the educational facility & building designing by the Council members who are the professional, of the nursery to higher education. At the same time they will have some master plan for the connected school & university facility's & building's designing/constructing system, having for the White-, blue-, steel-, and idea color job's educational facilities. The Council will be Given a desirable 72nd Birthday 1995 with the 21st Century's Educational Facility Master plan.

        다양한 교육시설계획(敎育施設計劃)과 그 응용(應用) 가능성(可能性)에 관한 분석연구(分析硏究)(I)

        This analysis of the educational facility planning is based on the various career, with historical backgrounds from white color, blue color to steel color, idea color, related to the planning of educational curriculum for all levels (from K-12 to higher education). The results of the analysis show that an institution for the research & development of educational facilities through the researchers and practioners occupied with architectural planning, designing and with educational curriculum planning, designing of the educational environments, is timely needed. It is fortunate that function of such institute can be carried out by Korean Educational Facility Institution which enables to research and develop educational facility in collaborative with architects and educators together. CEFPI research and development findings about educational facilities can be applied to our research and development, for the various career of our future students, with the various educational plannings.
