효율적으로 방위각 이노베이션을 구하는 다중표적 방위각 추적 알고리즘

최근에 Ryu 등은 추정된 신호부공간(signal subspace)으로부터 구한 방위각 이노베이션을 이용하여 다중표적의 방위각을 추적하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이 알고리즘은 데이터를 연관시키면서 동시에 표적의 방위각을 구하기 때문에 기존의 추적 알고리즘과 달리 별도의 데이터연관 기법이 필요 없으며, 구조가 간단하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 표적의 개수가 N일 때, 각 표적의 방위각 이노베이션을 구하기 위하여 차원이 (2N+1)${\times}$(2N+1)인 실행렬의 역행렬을 구하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 표적의 조향벡터를 신호부공간에 투영할 때, 투영오차가 0이 된다는 사실로부터 방위각 이노베이션을 구하기 위한 새로운 선형 방정식을 제안하였다. 제안한 새로운 선형방정식은 Ryu의 알고리즘에서 사용하는 식과는 달리 한 개의 방위각 이노베이션만을 변수로 사용하기 때문에 역행렬을 구할 필요가 없고 효율적이다. Recently, Ryu et al. proposed a multiple target angle tracking algorithm using the angular innovation extracted from the estimated signal subspace. This algorithm obtains the angles of targets and associates data simultaneously. Therefore, it has a simple structure without data association problem. However it requires the calculation of the inverse of a real matrix with dimension (2N+1)${\times}$(2N+1) to obtain the angular innovations of N targets. In this paper, a new linear equation for angular innovation is proposed using the fact that the projection error is zero when the target steering vector is projected onto the signal subspace. As a result, the proposed algorithm dose not require the matrix inversion and is computationally efficient.

The association of tuberculosis with carcinoma has been reported in most of the organs of the body. The common sites are the skin, larynx, and 1ung, where the development of cancer is a complication of chronic tuberculous ulceration, but the coexistence of these diseases at the same site of the intestine has been reported very rarely. The exact relationship between the abdominal tuberculosis and colon cancer is not evident, but the possibility of of a patho-etiological relationship may exist. We report a case of tuberculosis which had been combined with adenocarcinoma at the same site of the transverse colon. A 60-year-old man who had had intestinal tuberculosis diagnosed by colonoscopic biopsy, had been medicated with antituberculous drugs. The clinical symptoms and signs of him had been improved transiently, but progressed to the worsening course thereafter. We had found adenocarcinoma at the lesion of the tuberculous colitis by colonoscopy, later. (Korean J Gastroenterol 1996;28:738 - 742)

The enzymatic properties of beta-galactosidases from Aspergillus oryzae, bovine liver and Saccharomyces fragilis have been studied using enzyme-linked lectin assay based on the RCA120 and BS-II lectins which specifically bind to terminal galactose and G1cNAc residue, respectively. Asialofetuin, a monomeric glycoprotein with approximately 48kDa in molecular weight, was used as a substrate. This glycoprotein contains three N-linked triantennary complex type carbohydrate chains with each of which terminating in Ga1beta1-4GlcNAc (74%). Their optimal pHs were 3.5 and 6.5 (A. oryzae), and 3.5~5.5 (bovine liver and S.fragilis) at 37oC during 24hrs, and the effective concentrations were 0.9, 2.9, and 1.7mg/ml, respectively. The enzyme from A.oryzae requires 100mM Na+ or K+, while the enzyme from bovine liver requires Ba2+ for activity. However all of the three beta-galactosidases were inactivated by SDS and CU2+. These results indicate that the hydrolysis of glycoprotein such as asialofetuin depends on the reaction conditions of beta-galactosidases and some metal ions.

Otitis media with effusion (OME) is one of the most common disease in children but its pathogenesis is not clear. In particular the role of allergy has revealed conflicting support with widely varing opinions as to its importance. Within recent years, striking biochemical and immunochemical analytic techniques have opened a new approach the study of otitis media with effusion. So we focused on distributions of IgE in adenoid tissue and serum IgE levels. Authors compared the serum IgE and the distribution of IgE in adenoid tissue between the 20 patients underwent tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and ventilating tube insertion and control group of 11 patients underwent tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. The results were as follows; 1. In the distribution of IgE in adenoid tissue, there was a significant increase in the group of patients with OME compared to the control group (P<0.01). 2. In the analysis of serum IgE levels, the levels of IgE in the OME patients an control group were higher than normal level, although the level of IgE in the OME patients were less than that of control group, there was no significance P>0.05).
