중국 전통마을 세계문화유산 등재 가능성 제고를 위한 평가 지표항목 분석

The traditional villages is an important part of historical and cultural heritage, it"s a truthful record of the original spatial form. So traditional villages is our precious cultural heritage resources. But assessment is defective, the legacy of the villages are disappearing to the alarming rate, which is caused historical heritage in great losses. In recognition of the necessity of internationally standardized assessment certification for Chinese traditional villages, by reference of the principles and criteria of world cultural heritage for cultural heritage conservation. The research on comparison and analysis of world cultural heritage registration criterion and traditional villages assessment index system identified in China. Therefore, it is considered that the derived assessment index indicators should be considered first when introducing the index items that have the highest possibility of rational comparison and introduction of the assessment Index Indicators by the item related Specialist in the long term. It"s a beneficial exploration on quantitative assessment for world cultural heritage.

중국 서남 소수민족지역 전통마을의 사례조사에 관한 연구

The earliest settlement of Human civilization is the village. Traditional Village is a major component of the regional culture, and folk customs. Traditional village heritage is typical of the material remains of the village, with strong historical and cultural value, and it is also a strong typical representative. In this study and analysis, the in depth discussion and analysis on the status of the distribution and posting of ethnic minority village in Guangxi. Research indicates: Firstly, the density of traditional villages in Guangxi have obvious differences, the core gathering area is more prominent, and have larger influence of geographical environment factors. Secondly, traditional villages in Guangxi distribution Municipal obvious difference, more number of traditional villages Guilin, Liuzhou, Guangxi Hezhou and other northeastern region published in the National Directory of Traditional Village is more. Analyze and study the problems of their current situation, Put forward reasonable proposals on how traditional villages in minority areas in the future will be effectively protected.

By reference to the principles and criteria of UNESCO world cultural heritage for cultural heritage conservation. The traditional villages are important part of historical and cultural heritage, It"s a truthful record of the traditional architectural style, outstanding architecture, traditional folk customs and the original spatial form. So the traditional villages are precious resources of our cultural heritage. However, due to the weakness of the census block and the deficiency of the resources and assessment, the legacy of the village is disappearing at an alarming rate, which is causes Chinese historical heritage in great loss, Currently, the evaluation and protection of traditional villages have drawn great attention to the relevant departments, National housing and construction office sued a traditional village"s evaluation index system in 2012 and launched a nationwide evaluation of the traditional villages. So objective evaluation of ancient village"s comprehensive value is the basis of correctly protecting and utilizing ancient villages. The research on comparison and analysis of UNESCO world cultural heritage registration criterion and traditional village"s evaluation index system identified in China is a beneficial exploration on quantitative evaluation for UNESCO world cultural heritage.

중국의 전통마을 보전을 위한 평가지표 개발 연구

This study is to establish a reasonable and scientific assessment and certification indicators system by comparing the international standard for assessment (World Cultural Heritage) and the local standard of assessment and certification of Chinese villages. The objectivity of these results will be verified by an expert questionnaire, and finally, the proposed assessment indicators were validated through case application. Through this, we will present an effective indicator system for the sustainable preservation of traditional villages that are compatible with China’s situation. The scope of the research was based on three indicators system that authenticates the traditional villages currently practiced in China and six comparable criteria during the World Heritage Assessment Certification System, which were compared to two specific certification schemes. This study mainly consisted of previous data comparison analysis, expert survey, process construction analysis and system construction, case application and indicator verification, and forecast results to derive problems based on the relevance and need of assessment accreditation indicator items. It is considered necessary to modify and complement the system and detailed assessment index for sustainable preservation of traditional villages in the future. We also hope that this finding will contribute to the subsequent studies on the effective registration and sustainable preservation of the World Heritage sites.

중국 광시소수민족 지역의 전통촌락 현황에 관한 연구

Traditional village heritage is typical of the material remains of the community, which keeps strong historical and cultural values, and also has a strong typicality and representation of the heritage. In order for in-depth discussions and analyses, this study analyzes the status of ethnic minority villages which are traditionally settled and distributed in Guangxi region. Researches would cover followings: 1) Traditional villages in Guangxi have obvious density differences, and the core gathering areas are more prominent with larger influence of geographical environment factors. 2) Distribution of the villages is obviously different by area: more traditional villages in Guilin, Liuzhou, Hezhou and other northeastern region. Number of such villages would be more according to the officvial pulication of the National Directory of Traditional Villages. This study analyzes the problems of their current status, and put forward reasonable proposals on the traditional villages in the minority race communities. Their future will depend on how effective the protection program would be.

중국의 녹색건축인증 현황에 대한 기초조사 연구

본 연구는 최근 중국정부의 환경문제에 대한 국가적 관심 증가와 관련 정책의 수립으로 녹색건축 시장이 빠른 성장 속도를 보이고 있는 바, 현재 중국 녹색건축인증 현황 조사를 통해 동향을 분석하고, 향후 건축분야에서의 탄소배출량 저감에 기여하기 위한 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중국 전체 지역의 녹색건축인증 획득현황과 시설 유형을 조사하고, ESGB 2014의 평가기준 및 항목을 조사하여 ESGB 2006과의 차이점을 분석하였다. 연구방법은 대부분 문헌조사에 의하며 중국 녹색건축평가 홈페이지(綠色建築評价標識网, http://www.cngb.org.cn), 중국도시과학연구원(中國城市科學硏究院, http://www.chinagbc.org.cn)등을 참고하였다. This study investigates and analyzes the current status of green building certification (ESGB) in China, which is experiencing serious environmental pollution due to rapid economic development as an international pending issue for green growth, It is a basic research. This will be used as a resource to contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions in the future construction sector. The research method is to investigate the status of green building certification and the types of facilities in the whole of China, and to examine the evaluation criteria and items of ESGB 2014 and analyze the differences with ESGB 2006. Most of the research methods are based on the literature review and refer to the website of China Green Building Evaluation and the data of China Urban Science Institute.
