        Cypermethrin과 Methomyl 저항성 집파리의 교처저항성과 Cypermethrin 저항성에 대한 연관군 분석

        The house fly (Musca domestica L.) strains were derived from the Yumenoshima III strain by selecting with cypermethrin and methomyl for 19 and 16 generations, respectively. The resulting strains, cypermethrin resistance strain (Cyp-R19) and methomyl resistance strain (Met-R16), showed high level of resistance by 12906 and 51 times, respectively, comparing with the susceptible SRS strain. The Cyp-R19 strain was resistant to synthetic pyrethroids such as deltamethrin, esfenvalerate, fenpropathrin, $\beta$-cyfluthrin, showing > 11000, 1231, 103, 292 times higher $LD_{50}$ values than the SRS strain, respectively. It was also resistant to 3 organophosphates and 2 carbamates such as fenitrothion, profenofos, pyridaphenthion, benfuracarb, methomyl, showing resistance ratios fo 51, 17, 49, 39 and 62 comparing to SRS strain. The Met-R16 strain was resistant to synthetic carbamate benfuracarb, showing 6 times higher $LD_{50}$ value than SRS strain. It was also resistant to 4 organophosphates such as acephate, fenitrothion, profenofos and pyridaphenthion, showing > 40, 103, 19, 60 times higher $LD_{50}$ value. It was also resistant to 5 pyrethroids and a pyrrole such as cypermethrin, deltamethrin, esfenvalerate, fenpropathrin, $\beta$-cyfluthrin and chlorfenapyr, showing 3030, 249, 4063, 34, 330 and 86 times higher $LD_{50}$ values than the SRS strain. Cyp-R14 strain which was selected for 14 generations by cypermethrin and developed 11014 times higher resistance to the SRS strain was used in the dominance and linkage group analysis. Cypermethrin resistance inheritance was incompletely dominant in house fly as judged by the reciprocal cross between the resistant and susceptible strains. The linkage group analysis for the major factors responsible for this resistance was carried out by the$ F_1$male-backcross method, using susceptible multi-chromosomal marker aabys strain. The major factors for cypermethrin resistance were located on the 1st, the 3rd and the 4th chromosomes, and the effect of the 3rd chromosome was most prominent.

        중국 SNS의 한국관광 구전정보 특성과 정보발신자 특성이 구전효과에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to draw from previous literature, this research derived consensus, vividness, accuracy, timeliness, playfulness as online Korea tourism word-of-mouth characteristic, thereby exploring how they influence word-of-mouth effects via credibility and usefulness. Additionally, the study researched how the quality of SNS senders(tie strength, homogeneity, expertise) affect credibility and SNS senders(expertise) affect usefulness. In order to carry out the study, a survey of some Chinese was conducted, and 325 valid survey data were acquired. The result is that the characteristic of both SNS senders(tie strength, homogeneity, expertise) and word-of-mouth information(consensus, accuracy) was found to be influential in credibility. The characteristic of word-of-mouth information(vividness, accuracy, timeliness) turned out to be influential in usefulness. Credibility was found to be influential in usefulness. Credibility and usefulness were found to have a positive influence on word-of-mouth effects. Based on results of this analysis, we expect to be able to provide efficient strategic data that will affect policy formulation of the foreign tourism market spending needs in the future.

        경관생태학적 지구단위 개발사업지역의 관속식물상 : 대구테크노폴리스 산업단지를 중심으로

        본 연구는 대구광역시 달성군 대구테크노폴리스 산업단지에 분포하는 식물상을 분석하여 경관생태학적인 환경계획 수립을 위한 기초 자료 제공에 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 본 지역에 분포하는 관속식물은 101과 262속 323종 41변종 5품종 등 총 369분류군으로 요약되었다. 산림청 지정 희귀식물인 모감주나무와 땅나리 등 2분류군이 확인되었다. 특산식물은 개나리, 고광나무, 능수버들, 병꽃나무 등 4분류군이었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물은 물오리나무, 굴참나무, 덤불쑥 등 25분류군으로 나타났다. 귀화식물은 가죽나무, 개비름, 털비름, 미국자리공, 개소시랑개비, 족제비싸리, 토끼풀, 큰땅빈대, 큰달맞이꽃, 둥근잎나팔꽃 등 41분류군이 조사되었다. 환경부 지정생태계교란야생식물은 돼지풀과 물참새피 등 2분류군이 확인되었다. The purpose of this study is to offer the raw data for establishing the landscape ecological environment plan by analysing the flora distributed in Daegu technopolis industrial complex, Dalsung-gun, Daegu metropolitan city. The results are as follows. The vascular plants distributed in this site were summarized as 369 taxa; 101 families, 262 genera, 323 species, 41 varieties and 5 forma. The rare plants designated by Korea Forest Service were 2 taxa; Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm. and Lilium callosum S. et Z.. The endemic plants were 4 taxa; Forsythia koreana Nakai, Philadelphus schrenckii Rupr., Salix pseudolasiogyne L?v and Weigela subsessilis L.H. Bailey. The specific plants by floristic region were 25 taxa; Alnus hirsuta (Spach) Rupr., Artemisia rubripes Nakai, Quercus variabilis Bl. and so forth. The naturalized plants were 41 taxa; Ailanthus altissima Swingle, Amaranthus lividus L., A. retroflexus L., Phytolacea americana L., Potentilla paradoxa Nutt., Amorpha fruticosa L., Trifolium repens L., Euphorbia maculata L., Oenothera lamarckiana Ser., Ipomoea purpurea Roth and so forth. The invasive alien plants designated by Ministry of Environment were 2 taxa; Ambrosia artemisiifolia var. elatior Descourtils and Paspalum distichum L..

        충청북도 박달산 일대의 식물상

        The purpose of this study is carried out accurately to grasp the vascular plants in Mt. Bakdal (825 m of sea level), Goesan-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. In the results of survey from October, 2000 to August, 2001, the vascular plant species in Mt. Bakdal were summarized as 458 taxa; 91 families, 275 genera, 391 species, 62 varieties and 5 forms. The rare plants designated by Korea Forestry Service were six species; Lilium distichum, Iris uniflora var. carisina, Hylomecon hylomeconoides, Viola albida, Scopolia japonicus and Scrophulariakoraiensis. And the endemic plants were seventeen species; Melandryum seoulense, Aconitum pseudo-laeve var. erectum, Hylomecon hylomeconoides, Spiraea prunifolia for. simpliciflora, Rubus hongnoensis, Gleditsia japonica var. koraiensis, Lespedeza× tomentella, Vicia venosa var. cuspidata, Vicia venosissima, Tilia taquetii, Ajuga spectabilis, Paulownia coreana, Scrophularia koraiensis, Weigela subsessilis, Lonicera subsessilis, Cirsium setidens and Saussurea seoulensis. The sixteen species were recorded in the surveyed sites as the naturalized plants; Rumex acetocella, Rumex crispus, Fallopia dumetora, Chenopodium glaucum, Amaranthus retroflexus, Robinia pseudo-acacia, Amorpha fruticosa, Trifolium repens, Abutilon avicennae, Hibiscus trionum, Oenothera odorata, Oenothera lamarckiana,Erigeron annuus, Erigeron canadensis, Bidens frondosa and Carduus crispus.         충청북도 미동산수목원의 자생 초본군락 구조 및 관리방안

        The purpose of this study was to examine the ecological characteristics of herbaceous communities by systematic and scientific analysis of their structure and diversity in the Midongsan Arboretum and to offer raw data for a long-tenn monitoring study. The importance value and diversity index of species appearing in twenty plots from July to September, 2004 were analyzed and a management plan for these communities is presented. Vascular plants were represented by 60 taxa of 23 families, 51 genera, 50 species and 10 varieties. Based on the results of importance value analysis, the most dominant species was Artemisia princeps var. orientalis, followed by Setaria viridis and Erigeron canadensis. The diversity index analysis showed that plot no. 5 had the highest H' and H'_{max}$(2.0135 and 2.6391). It's species composition was comparatively more diverse and it's structure more stable than other plots. Artemisia montana and Dactylis glomerata showed the highest correlation between species. Because herbaceous communities are important biological habitats and provide important function in environmental conservation, it is important to properly preserve these communities. At the same time, in order to preserve genetic resources and improve spatial function, it may be necessary to consider removing herbaceous communities in certain areas. In the future, the relations between physicochemical soil properties and herbaceous communities should be examined and community movement should be studied.

        창원시 도시공원의 관속식물상과 특성 : 용지공원과 반송공원을 중심으로

        본 연구는 창원시 용지공원과 반송공원에 분포하는 관속식물상을 객관적으로 조사 및 분석함으로서 도시생태계 회복을 위한 기초자료 제공을 하기 위함이다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 관속식물은 82과 181속 211종 1아종 22변종 6품종 등 총 240분류군으로 요약되었다. 산림청 지정 희귀식물은 측백나무, 주목, 왕벚나무, 호랑가시나무, 이팝나무, 범부채 등 6분류군으로 나타났다. 한국특산식물은 능수버들, 해변싸리, 개나리 등 3분류군이 관찰되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물은 쇠고사리, 동백나무, 예덕나무, 노랑어리연꽃, 가시나무, 낭아초, 큰피막이 등 21분류군으로 조사되었다. 귀화식물은 소리쟁이, 미국자리공, 좀명아주, 토끼풀, 미국질경이, 큰비짜루국화 등 27분류군으로 나타났다. This study is to offer the raw data for restoring the urban ecosystem by objective surveying and analysing the vascular plants distributed in Yongji park and Bansong park, Changwon-si, Korea. The results are as follows. The numbers of vascular plants were summarized as 240 taxa; 82 families, 181 genera, 211 species, 1 subspecies, 22 varieties and 6 forma. The rare plants designated by Korea Forest Service were 6 taxa; Thuja orientalis L., Taxus cuspidata Siebold & Zucc., Prunus yedoensis Matsum., Ilex cornuta Lindl. & Paxton, Chionanthus retusus Lindl. & Paxton and Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC.. Korean endemic plants were 3 taxa; Salix pseudolasiogyne H.Lév., Lespedeza maritima Nakai and Forsythia koreana (Rehder) Nakai. The specific plants by floristic region were 21 taxa; Arachniodes rhomboidea (Wall. & C.Presl) Ching, Camellia japonica L., Quercus myrsinaefolia Blume, Indigofera pseudotinctoria Matsum., Hydrocotyle nepalensis Hook. and so forth. The naturalized plants were 27 taxa; Rumex crispus L., Phyt olacca americana L., Chenopodium ficifolium Smith, Trifolium repens L., Plantago virginica L., Aster subulatus var. sandwicensis A.G.Jones and so forth.

      • 부산광역시 해운정사의 조경식물과 식재특성 분석

        The aim of this study is to collect raw data for systematic landscape planting plan of urban temple by surveying and analyzing the plating types and kinds of landscape plants planted in Haeunjeongsa Temple, Busan Metropolitan City. The results are as follows. The landscape plants were summarized as 76 taxa including 45 families, 62 genera, 68 species, 5 varieties and 3 forms. The gymnospermae were 13 taxa, 58 taxa of dicotyledoneae and 5 taxa of monocotyledoneae. The results of forms were 36 taxa of trees, 27 taxa of shrubs, 4 taxa of vines and 9 taxa of flowers. The results of leaf fall and type were 12 taxa of needle-leaved evergreen species, 1 taxa of needle-leaved deciduous species, 27 taxa of broad-leaved deciduous species, 22 taxa of broad-leaved evergreen species and 14 taxa of others. The planting type was mostly row planting of regular form. The major planting species were Thuja occidentalis, Juniperus chinensis var. kaizuka, Zelkova serrata, Acer palmatum, Camellia japonica, Lagerstroemia indica and so forth. 본 연구는 부산광역시 해운정사에 식재된 조경식물의 종류와 식재형태를 조사 및 분석하여 도시 사찰의 체계적인조경식재계획을 위한 기초 자료 제공에 목적이 있다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 조경식물은 45과 62속 68종5변종 3품종 등 총 76분류군이며, 나자식물은 13분류군, 피자식물 중 쌍자엽식물은 58분류군, 단자엽식물은 5분류군이다. 성상의 경우, 교목은 36분류군, 관목은 27분류군, 덩굴은 4분류군, 초본은 9분류군으로 나타났다. 잎의 탈락 유무와 형태분석 결과, 상록침엽 12분류군, 낙엽침엽 1분류군, 낙엽활엽 27분류군, 상록활엽 22분류군, 기타 14분류군이다. 식재형태는대부분 정형식의 열식형태가 많이 관찰되었으며, 주요 식재종은 서양측백, 카이즈까향나무, 느티나무, 단풍나무, 소나무, 동백나무, 배롱나무, 회화나무, 철쭉, 화백, 수국, 병솔나무, 금식나무, 당종려이다.
