This paper aims to introduce some questionable solved problems related to tile equations higher than tile second degree.

The recent increase in severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) cases has led to the development of the SFTS-QS kit (MiCoBioMed, Seongnam, Korea) for detecting the SFTS virus (SFTSV, now renamed Huaiyangshan banyangvirus). SFTS-QS is a qualitative real-time reverse transcription PCR assay based on lab-on-a- chip technology. We evaluated the performance of the SFTS-QS kit and compared it with that of the PowerChek SFTSV Real-time PCR kit (PowerChek; Kogene Biotech, Seoul, Korea). A total of 117 serum samples were simultaneously assayed using the SFTS-QS and PowerChek kits. Sanger sequencing targeting the S and M segments of SFTSV was performed as the reference method. The total turnaround time of the two kits was compared. The SFTS-QS results agreed with those of PowerChek with a kappa value of 0.92. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the SFTS-QS kit were both 100% (14/14 and 103/103, respectively), whereas those of the PowerChek kit were 100% (14/14) and 98.1% (101/103), respectively. The results of SFTS-QS and PowerChek were comparable; however, the SFTS-QS kit required a shorter total turnaround time. In this study, which aimed to devise practical teaching methods by recognizing the need for educational intervention in the matters of low birth and the aging society, the educational responses of other countries to such issues were reviewed and analyzed from related contents and materials compiled in textbooks. The results of the analysis that was conducted in the study could serve as a basis for suggestions regarding the development of textbooks that will coincide with the newly revised curriculum. Content analysis was conducted based on the analysis frames employed in “Analysis of Home Economics and Home Economics Science Textbooks from the Viewpoint of low birth and the Aging Society” (In Kyung Yoon & Sun Young Park, 2007). To resolve the issues of low birth and the aging society, Japan proposed the use of teaching–learning materials that could help the learners understand the values of respect for life and for human rights as well as the changing family system, the problem of low birth, aging support systems, etc. Sources from the U.S. introduced more specific contents on aging, both from a psychological and physical viewpoint. Illustrated materials were also produced to help the learners understand the characteristics of the elderly and the symptoms of senescence, including human development over the whole lifespan, aging-related contents, changes in the family system, child care, the development of children, the family support system, etc. France proposed different kinds of diagrams, graphs, and statistics, expressed in socio-demographic terms (i.e., by age, sex, and region), on the phenomena of low birth and the aging society, and on their causes. 본 연구는 저출산고령화사회 문제에 대한 교육적 개입의 필요성을 적극 인식하여 학교교육에서의 실천방안을 구안하기 위해 외국의 저출산고령화사회에 대비한 교육적 대응을 알아보고, 교과서에 수록된 관련 내용과 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 새 교육과정 개정에 따른 교과서 개발에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 분석 방법으로는 ‘저출산고령화사회와 관련한 가정 교과 교과서 분석(윤인경박선영, 2007)’에 사용된 분석틀을 토대로 한 내용분석법을 사용하였다. 일본은 저출산고령화사회에 대비하여 생명과 인권존중, 변화하는 가족제도, 저출산고령화 지원제도 등을 이해하도록 돕는 교수-학습자료를 제시하고 있었다. 미국은 노화에 관한 내용에 대해 심리적, 신체적으로 구체적으로 소개되어 있었다. 전 생애에 걸친 인간발달, 노화관련 내용, 가족의 변화, 아동돌보기, 아동발달, 가족지원체제 등을 포함한 노년기와 노인의 특성에 대해 학습자들의 이해를 돕는 자료들이 제시되어 있었다. 프랑스는 저출산고령화 현상과 원인에 대해 인구학적인 측면에서 연령별, 성별, 지역별로 다양한 각종 도표와 그래프, 통계자료를 제시하였다.

하늘을 원으로 제한하거나 한정하는 것은 원시대의 리치에 의해서 리유와 함께 새로운 네 가지의 법칙으로는 풀지 못하였다. 조선 시대의 남병철은 해경에서의 원측정 문제와 그의 동생인 남병길에 의해서 서문에 쓰여졌다. 이 논문에서는 해경에서의 문제의 개념과 그것의 세 가지 문제를 소개할 것이다. Sea Mirror, reflecting the heaven of the circles circumscribed or inscribed, by Li Zhi of Yuan Dynasy(1271-1368) was resolved by Li Rui(1773-1817) and added by the new four rules not solved. In the Chosun Dynasty, Nam Byung Churl resolved the problems of the Sea Mirror of the circle measurement and the preface was written by his younger brother Nam Byung Gil(1820-1869). In this paper, the concepts of the problems in the Sea Mirror and its three problems will be introduced.

Background: We evaluated the diagnostic performance of the Exdia COVID-19 antigen test(Exdia Ag; Precision Biosensor Inc., Korea) as a point-of-care (POC) test performed in theemergency department (ED) for the rapid detection of severe acute respiratory syndromecoronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) in comparison with the performance of the Real-Q 2019-nCoVDetection KIT (Real-Q; BioSewoom, Korea). Methods: Exdia Ag and Real-Q assays were performed simultaneously for all patients whowere admitted to the ED with or without COVID-19 symptoms between December 2021 andMarch 2022. Results: Among the 2,523 samples analyzed by Real-Q assay, 149 samples (5.9%) showedpositive results, and 2,374 samples showed negative results. The overall sensitivity andspecificity of the Exdia Ag assay were 77.2% (95% confidence interval [CI], 69.6 – 83.7) and99.8% (95% CI, 99.6 – 99.9), respectively. The positive and negative predictive values were96.6% (95% CI, 91.5 – 98.7) and 98.6% (95% CI, 98.1 – 98.9), respectively. The cycle thresholdvalue for 115 concordant Exdia Ag-positive/Real-Q-positive samples was significantly lowerthan that for 34 discordant Exdia Ag-negative/Real-Q-positive samples (P < 0.0001)Conclusion: The Exdia Ag assay showed good diagnostic performance when the diseaseprevalence was high and may be useful for POC testing when the rapid detection of SARSCoV-2 is required for the isolation of patients in the ED.
역량중심 대학 교육과정과 수업 운영의 문제 비판 - D 대학 사례 중심으로 -

This study looks at recent changes in university competency-based curriculum and classroom operations. It reveals a number of issues, including arbitrary use of competency concepts, ambiguity of scope of application, interrelationship with the overall process of education, mechanical application by elemental approach, and contextual study and application of prior arguments. Therefore, the ultimate goal is to explore what is the 'competency' that is frequently seen in the educational community these days, and what it means, especially in relation to the university curriculum. In this process, we will discuss the concept of curriculum consistency and backward design as a solution and look at the possibility of resolution in general. Rather than introducing a competency-based curriculum through reckless adoption, it is necessary to clarify the meaning of students' competency, competency-based curriculum, and core competencies. It is also important to think once again about the competencies that each university has built up so that they can develop their core competencies. 본 연구에서는 최근 대학에서 역량중심으로 운영하는 교육과정 및 수업 상의 문제, 최근 변화에 대해 살펴본다. 역량 개념의 자의적 활용, 적용 범위의 모호성, 교육의 전반적 과정과의 무관련성, 요소주의적 접근에 의한 기계적 적용 방식, 선행논의와의 탈맥락적 연구와 적용 등 많은 문제를 드러내고 있다. 따라서 최근 교육계에서 자주 등장하는 ‘역량’이 무엇이며, 이것이 특히 대학 교육과정과 관련하여 어떤 의미를 지니는지 탐색해 보는 데 그 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 이 과정에서 그 해결 방안으로 교육과정 일관성의 개념과 백워드 설계 방식을 논의해보고, 그것이 지니는 해결 가능성을 개괄적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 유행처럼 무분별한 도입으로 역량중심 교육과정을 도입하는 것이 아니라, 성공적인 역량중심 교육과정이 되기 위해서는 학생들이 갖추어야 할 역량, 역량중심 교육과정, 핵심역량의 의미를 명료화해야 할 필요성이 있다. 또한 각 대학에서 구성한 역량들로 그들이 바라는 핵심역량을 함양할 수 있는지, 그것으로 충분한지 다시 한 번 고민해 봐야 한다.
경로당 이용 여성노인의 구강건강과 시·청각기능 상태에 따른 EQ-5D와 EQ-VAS

The purpose of this study was to identify the health-related quality of life(HRQoL) according to oral health and visual/hearing functional status of elderly women. Participants of the study included 247 elderly women the age of 65 who were using senior centers. Data was analyzed by using SPSS/Win 25.0. The means of HRQoL using EuroQol-5dimensions(EQ-5D) and EuroQol-visual analogue scale(EQ-VAS) of participants were 0.79(±.12) and 56.88(±13.97), respectively. There were significant positive correlations between EQ-5Dindex and EQ-VAS. The non dentures-wearing group had significantly higher scores in EQ-5Dindex and EQ-VAS than the dentures-wearing group. The factors affecting the EQ-5Dindex of participants are age, spouse, medical security, educational level, number of teeth, and perceived oral health status(R2=.428). The age, medical security and dentures-wearing are factors affecting the EQVAS( R2=.332). These results suggest that it is necessary to improve the overall quality of life by developing and applying the healthcare program according to oral health status of the elderly in community.

Doctoral professionals who majored Home Economics Education are relatively rare and recently have been produced in a limited number of institutions. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the Ph.D. Dissertation majored in Home Economics Education by research subjects and methods. Just twenty dissertations published in domestic universities were selected through internet search to be analyzed in this paper. This research showed five research subject areas of the dissertation such as core concepts and perspectives, curriculum, teaching and learning, teachers empowerment, and others. Each subject had three to five references and time difference in publication. The research subject related to concepts and perspectives was more likely to be studied in an early stage, followed by the subject of curriculum. The research subject became to be varied to teaching and learning and teachers empowerment areas. The research methods were associated with the research subject, as expected. Literature analysis was common in the subject on concepts and perspectives, curriculum, and textbook analysis, while survey was in teachers empowerment. Teaching and learning subject used various research methods together. Numerous dissertation with variety of research subjects and methods would be expected to be followed to develop research on Home Economics Education.
