        사양토에서 정식 전 유기질과 무기질 비료 시용에 따른 튤립의 지상부와구근 생육

        This study was conducted to examine the effects of pre-planting organic and mineral fertilization on shoot and bulb growth for bulb production of tulip in sandy loam soil. In organic fertilization treatments; 600 and 1200 kg/ 10a proved to effective for vegetative characteristics; plant height and leaf length in tulip ‘Ile de France’, Bulb growth was the maximum in treatment of 1200 kg/10a, and was the minimum in 0 and 4800 kg/10a. In tulip ‘Kees Nelis’, the plant height, leaf length, and flower length increased in organic fertilizer 600 and 1200 kg/10a, whereas, in treatments 0 and 4800 kg/10a, shoot growth was inhibited. Also, bulb growth was the minimum in control treatment, there was no significant difference between 600 and 4800 kg/10a treatments were observed in this study. In NPK fertilization of tulip ‘Ile de France’, the plant height, flower length, and percent flowering decreased in control and 52.0-25.6-80.0 kg/10a treatments, but the shoot growth was the best in 6.5-3.2-10.0 kg/10a treatment. The bulb parameters; such as diameter, circumference, and weight, was the maximum in 6.5-3.2-10.0 and 26.0-12.8- 40.0 kg/10a treatments. In tulip ‘Kees Nelis’, the shoot characteristics, such as plant height, leaf length, and flower length, was more effective in NPK 6.5-3.2-10.0 kg/10a than the other treatments. And the bulb circumference, height, and weight of bulb were inhibited in control and NPK 6.5-3.2-10.0 kg/ 10a, but the bulb growth increased in NPK 6.5-3.2-10.0, 13.0- 6.4-20.0, and 26.0-12.8-40.0 kg/10a treatments. These results suggest that the organic fertilization of 600 ~ 1200 kg/10a and NPK fertilization of 6.5-3.2-10.0 kg/10a are the most effective for shoot and bulb growth of tulip in sandy loam soil. 본 연구는 사양토에서 튤립의 구근생산을 위해 자구를정식하기 전에 유기질과 무기질 비료 시용이 지상부와 구근의 생육에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 유기질 비료 처리에서 ‘Ile de France’ 품종은 초장과 개화율이 10a당 4800kg 처리하였을 때 가장 낮았으며, 600 과 1200kg 처리에서 지상부 생육이 양호하였다. 구근의생육은 10a당 0과 4800kg 처리에서 가장 불량하였으며, 1200kg 처리구에서 다른 처리들보다 양호하였다. ’Kees Nelis' 품종은 10a당 0과 4800kg 처리에서 지상부 생육이 불량하였으며, 600과 1200kg에서 초장, 엽장, 화장이향상되었다. 또한 구근의 생육은 대조구에서 가장 불량하였으며, 10a당 600 ~ 4800kg 처리 간에는 통계적인 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 질소, 인산, 칼륨이 혼합된 무기질 비료처리시 ‘Ile de France' 품종은 10a당 무처리와N-P-K 52.0-25.6-80.0kg 처리구에서 초장, 화장 등의 생육이 불량하였으며, 전반적으로 6.5-3.2-10.0kg 처리에서지상부 생육이 가장 좋았다. 구근의 직경, 둘레, 무게 등생육은 10a당 N-P-K 6.5-3.2-10.0, 13.0-6.4-20.0, 26.0- 12.8-40.0kg 처리에서 양호하였다. ’Kees Nelis' 품종은10a당 N-P-K 6.5-3.2-10.0kg 처리에서 초장, 엽장, 화장등의 생육이 촉진되었으며, 구근 생육은 무처리와 N-PK 52.0-25.6-80.0kg/10a 처리에서 가장 불량하였고, N-PK 6.5-3.2-10.0, 13.0-6.4-20.0, 26.0-12.8-40.0kg 처리에서 둘레, 높이, 무게 등이 향상되었다. 따라서 튤립의 지상부와 구근의 생육을 위해서는 10a당 유기질 비료는600~1200kg, 무기질 N-P-K 비료는 6.5-3.2-10.0kg을 시용하는 것이 가장 효과적일 것으로 판단되었다.

        사양토에서 관수량에 따른 튤립의 줄기와 구근의 생육

        This study was conducted to examine the effect of irrigation level on shoot and bulb growth at different growth stages of tulip (Tulipa gesneriana) in sandy loam soil of Imjado, Shinangun, Chonnam. To examine the proper irrigation level, the irrigations of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 L・m -2 were treated at sprouting and leaf development stage (March 2013) and at leaf and stem elongation stage (April 2014). And natural precipitation, shoot growth and bulb growth were investigated. At sprouting and leaf development stage in March, leaf length and width of ‘Negrita’ were smaller in 1 L treatment, and bulb growth was worse in 1 and 5 L irrigation. But shoot and bulb growth were good in 2 to 4 L treatments. In ‘Leen van der Mark’, leaf width, circumference and weight of main bulb, and total bulb weight were reduced more in 5 L than the others. Shoot and bulb growth were better in 1~3 L treatments. At leaf and stem elongation stage in April, leaf and bulb growth of ‘Red Shine’ were the best in 2 L treatment. Shoot and bulb growth, such as circumference and weight of main bulb and No. of daughter bulb were reduced more in 5 L treatment than the others. In ‘Kees Nelis’, plant height and leaf length were longer in 2 L, and growth of main bulb was better in 2~3 L treatments. But shoot and bulb growth were worst in 1 and 5 L treatments. Therefore, it was suggested that irrigation of 2 L・m -2 (4 L・m -2 if natural precipitation is included) at the two stages was more effective for water conservation and shoot and bulb growth.

        재식밀도와 멀칭재료에 따른 절화 국화의 생육과 흰녹병 발생

        This study was carried out to examine the effects of planting density and mulching materials on cut flower growth and white rust occurrence in chrysanthemum ‘Baekma’ and ‘Orange ND’. In standard chrysanthemum ‘Baekma’, the cut flower length, stem diameter, No. of leaves, fresh weight of cut flower, and flower diameter were more effective in 6 rows planting than in 8 or 10 rows planting. The occurrence rate of white rust was lowest to 48.9% in 6 rows planting. In spray chrysanthemum ‘Orange ND’, the cut flower growth, such as stem diameter, No. of leaves, fresh weight of cut flower, and flower diameter was better in 6 rows planting than in 8 or 10 rows planting. The occurrence rate of white rust was lowest to 28.9% in 6 rows planting. The cut flower growth of standard chrysanthemum ‘Baekma’ increased in PE film mulching compared with non-mulching. But, the cut flower growth was not different significantly by PE film color. The occurrence rate of white rust was highest to 93.9% in non-mulching, and was lower to 42.2~60.0% in green or black PE film mulching. Also, the No. of infected leaves per plant and No. of lesions per leaf were least in green or black PE film mulching. In spray chrysanthemum ‘Orange ND’, the cut flower length was longest in transparent or green PE film mulching, and stem diameter, No. of leaves, flower diameter, and No. of flower was not different in mulching treatments. The occurrence rate, No. of infected leaves per plant, and No. of lesions per leaf of white rust was lowest in black PE film mulching.

        국화 ‘백마’의 단일처리 기간 중 관수량과 무기양분 농도가 절화의 생육과 품질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 스탠다드 국화 ‘백마’ 품종의 단일처리기 간 중에 관수량과 급액농도에 따른 절화의 생육과 품 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 관수량은 -10, -20, -30, -40kPa의 수준으로, 급액농도는 EC 0.0, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0, 2.4dS·m-1로 처리하였다. 관 수량을 -10kPa로 처리했을 때 절화장이 가장 길었으 며, 관수량량이 적을수록 절화장이 감소하였다. 절화무 게는 -10kPa 처리구에서 가장 무거웠으며, -40kPa 처 리구에서 가장 가벼운 것으로 나타났다. 첫 번째와 두 번째 상위엽의 면적은 모두 -10kPa 처리구에서 넓었 으며, 관수량이 적을수록 엽면적이 감소하였다. 꽃의 전체무게는 관수량 -10kPa에서 가장 무거웠으며, 관수 량이 적어질수록 감소하였다. 절화장은 EC 0.8dS·m-1 로 처리하였을 때 가장 길었고, EC가 높아질수록 짧 아지는 경향을 보여 주었다. 절화의 무게는 EC 0.8과 1.6dS·m-1 처리에서 74.1g과 75.2g으로 무거웠으며, 무처리구에서 가장 가벼웠다. 절화의 상위엽은 다른 처 리에 비해 EC 0.8dS·m-1 처리에서 첫 번째와 두 번 째 잎 모두 가장 넓었으며, 무처리구에서 가장 좁은 것으로 나타났다. 개화까지의 소요일수는 대조구에 비 해 EC 1.6과 2.4dS·m-1 처리에서는 각각 2일과 9일이 지연되었다. 꽃의 무게는 EC 0.8dS·m-1 처리에서 가장 무거웠으며, 대조구에서 가장 가벼운 것으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to examine the effect of irrigation and nutrient solution concentration during short day treatment on the growth and quality of cut flower in Dendranthema grandiflorum ‘Baekma’. The plants were irrigated at irrigation levels of -10, -20, -30, or -40 kPa and supplied with a solution with an ionic strength of 0.0, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0, or 2.4 dS·m-1. The weight of plant and flower increased as the irrigation level was high, and was heavier in -10 kPa treatment than the others. The areas of the first and second upper leaf were largest at irrigation level of -10 kPa. And the lower irrigation level was treated, the smaller leaf area was observed. When it was treated with EC level of 0.8 dS·m-1, the plant length was longer than the other treatments. And the plant length decreased as the EC level was became higher than 1.2 dS·m-1. The plant weight was heavier at EC 0.8 and 1.6 dS·m-1 than the others, and was lighter than control. The areas of the first and second upper leaf were largest at EC 0.8 dS·m-1 level, and were narrower than control. Days to flowering was delayed by two or nine days in EC 1.6 and 2.4 dS·m-1 treatments, respectively than the others. The flower weight was heaviest at EC 0.8 dS·m-1, and was lighter than that in control.

        Species Relationships of Lycoris Endemic to Korea Evaluated by RAPD and SNPs of nrDNA-ITS Regions

        This study was performed to investigate the species relationships and variation of Lycoris Herb. (Amaryllidaceae) species using random amplification of polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers. Also, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of internal transcribed spacer 1, 5.8S ribosomal RNA gene and internal transcribed spacer 2 regions in Lycoris sanguinea var. koreana were analyzed. All accessions formed 6 major clusters; cluster A with all L. sanguinea and L. chejuensis; cluster B with 3 accessions of L. flavescens; cluster C with 8 accessions of F. flavescens var. flavescens; cluster D with 10 accessions of L. uydoensis; cluster E with L. chinensis var. sinuolata and 4 accessions of L. uydoensis; and cluster F with all L. radiata. Five haplotypes were observed; L. sanguinea and L. chejuensis having the haplotype 1 with bases of CTTATATATAT; L. chinensis var. sinuolata and all L. flavescens. Lycoris incarnata and L. aurea, non-endemic to Korea had haplotype 2 and 5, respectively. Genetic variations in L. flavescens, L. chinensis var. sinuolata, and L. uydoensis are revealed based on the analysis of molecular variances (AMOVA) and haploid types analyzed by sequence analysis. It is suggested that L. chejuensis may result from hybridization involving L. sanguinea var. koreana due to a close affinity between L. sanguinea complex and L. chejuensis. Nomenclature for L. chejuensis and L. flavescens whether they should be described as a hybrid origin should be discussed in the future.

        오리엔탈 나리 ‘Siberia’ 인편삽시 인편 착생부위와 삽목조건에 따른 유공비닐봉지 내에서의 소인경 형성과 생장

        This study was carried out to examine the effect of scale position and cutting conditions in perforated polyethylene film bag on bulblet formation and growth in scaling of Lilium oriental hybrid 'Siberia'. Cutting with scales obtained from outer and middle position of mother bulb was more effective in bulblet formation and growth than those from inner position. The weight, diameter, height, and number of bulblets were increased at 20 and 25℃ as compared to 15 and 30℃. When 400mL water per 1L medium was treated, weight and diameter of bulblet were increased to 16% than control. Scaling media was the best in peatmoss and mixing with 1:1:1 of peatmoss:perlite:vermiculite for bulblet growth. Weight and diameter of bulblet were not decreased with mixing of 1:2(scales to medium) as compared with other treatments.

        스탠다드 국화 ‘ 신마 ’ 의 수확 후 저장온도와 기간에 따른 절화 품질과 수명

        This study was carried out to examine the effect of postharvest storage temperature and period on vase life and quality of cut flower in standard chrysanthemum 'Jinba'. The cut chrysanthemums were treated with various temperature (1, 4, 7, 10, and 20 ℃ ) for 5, 10, and 20 days. At short-term storage for 5 days, when cut chrysanthemums were stored at 4 and 7 ℃ , quality of cut flower such as fresh weight and flower diameter was better, and vase life was more increased about 3~5 days than at the other temperatures. At storage for 10 days, the vase life of cut flower stored at 20 ℃ was decreased about 12 days, but vase life and quality of cut chrysanthemums at 1~4 ℃ treatment was better than at the others. At long-term storage for 20 days, the fresh weight, flower diameter, and water uptake highly decreased regardless of storage temperature than at storage for 5 or 10 days. The vase life was 6 days and quality were better at 1 ℃ than 4, 7, 10, and 20 ℃ . Therefore, storing at 4 ℃ was best for storage for 5 or 10 days, and storing at 1 ℃ was suitable for 20 days storage in cut chrysanthemum 'Jinba'.

        토성과 식재깊이에 따른 튤립의 줄기 및 구근 생육

        This study was conducted to examine the effects of soil texture and planting depth on shoot and bulb growth in Tulipa gesneriana ‘Ile de France’, ‘Kees Nelis’, and ‘Rundy’. In physical properties of clay loam and sandy loam, Solid, liquid, and gaseous phase of sandy loam were 54.7%, 13.3%, and 32.0%, respectively. Especially, gaseous phase of sandy loam was higher by 10.6% than that of clay loam. The porosity of sandy loam was 45.3%, and it was higher by 3% than that of clay loam. The pH of sandy loam and clay loam was 6.1 and 5.8, and EC of sandy loam was lower by 0.45 level than that of clay loam in chemical properties. The cation exchange capacity of clay loam was 4.68 me/100g, and it was higher in clay loam than in sandy loam. In ‘Ile de France’ and ‘Rundy’, shoot and flowering was better in sandy loam. But, shoot growth of ‘Kees Nelis’ was good in clay loam. In clay loam, shoot growth by planting depth was not different significantly. When bulbs were planted by 4~8 cm deep in sandy loam, shoot growth was better than the others. Bulb growth was more effective in sandy loam than in caly loam. The bulb planted by 4 cm deep in clay loam and 8 cm deep in sandy loam showed the good bulb growth in circumference and diameter, and weight of main bulb. Therefore, it was desirable that bulb of tulip was planted by 8 cm deep in sandy loam for shoot and bulb growth.
