압축강도 120 MPa, 단위중량 20 kN/m3 고강도 경량 콘크리트 부착-슬립 거동 평가

The demand for lightweight and high-strength materials is increasing. However, studies on the bond of concrete and reinforcing bars for high-strength lightweight concrete with a compressive strength of 120 MPa and a unit weight of 20 kN/m3 to structural members are lacking. Therefore, in this paper, 108 specimens of high-strength lightweight concrete with a compressive strength o f 120 M Pa a nd a u nit weight o f a bout 2 0 kN/m3 were fabricated, a direct pull-out test was performed, and the bond characteristics were evaluated by comparing the test results with design code. Compared to the decrease in unit weight, the solid bubble shows relatively little reduction in compressive strength and modulus of elasticity. It was f ound to have l arger slip a nd parameter v alues than concrete with low compressive strength and unit weight. 최근 구조물의 장대화로 인하여 고강도 재료의 경량화 요구가 빈번해지고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 현재까지는 압축강도 120 MPa, 단위중량 20 kN/m3 정도의 고강도 경량 콘크리트를 구조부재에 적용하기 위한 콘크리트와 철근의 부착 특성에 관한연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 압축강도 120 MPa, 단위중량 20 kN/m3 정도의 고강도 경량 콘크리트 108개의시편을 제작하여 직접 인발 부착실험을 수행하였고, 실험결과와 현행 설계기준과 비교하여 부착특성을 평가하였다. 솔리드버블은 단위중량 감소에 비해서 압축강도 및 탄성계수 감소효과는 상대적으로 적게 나타나, 초경량화를 위해서는 반드시 적용되어야 할 재료로 판단되며, ACI-408R의 부착강도 산정식과 실험결과는 비교적 유사한 것으로 판단되며, 더 낮은 압축강도, 단위중량의 콘크리트보다 더 큰 슬립 및 매개변수 값을 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

Few studies have been done on the pharmacokinetics of Cyclosporin A(CsA) in Korean hematopoietic cell transplantation(HCT) patients. The aim of this study is to determine CsA oral dose when changed from intravenous(i.v.) formulation in HCT patients. This study was performed in retrospective and non-randomized study design. HCT and oral CsA dose adjustment underwent patients who received CsA were enrolled and patients whose CsA dose adjustments were done over 14 days from HCT date were excluded. Patients’demographic data and medication information of CsA administration were collected from electronic medical record(EMR). Total 102 patients were studied. The first ratio that changed from i.v. form to oral formulation was 2.08 ± 0.48(mean±SD). After achieving steady state with capsule form, dose adjustment was done secondly and the ratio from iv form to second oral form was 1.59 ± 0.45(mean±SD). This ratio(PO ratio_2) was considered optimal dose changing ratio from i.v. to p.o. formulation in HCT patients. A disproportionate relationship between the lengths of i.v. CsA administration and PO ratio_2 could be found(r2=0.061, p=0.012). Final i.v. dose(mg/kg) and PO ratio_2 was also inversely proportional(r2=0.083, p=0.003). It is rational to use dose ratio of around 1:1.5 or 1:1.6 when an HCT patient convert their i.v. CsA to p.o CsA, considering length of i.v. CsA use and final i.v. dose/kg of patient
조혈모세포 이식에서 사용되는 항암 전산 프로그램의 이용 현황 분석

In bone marrow transplantation, there are a lot of margins of error because recipients need intensive care and many kinds of medication and checkup. For progression of patients caring process, Seoul Asan Medical Center induced Order Communication System in 1998. This study understands status of utility of OCS and analyzes the cause that OCS doesn’t use in some parts. Ten adult bone marrow transplant recipients who received the conditioning regimen ‘BUCY’ and ‘BUFLUATG’from May in 2004 were included in this analysis. We evaluated the orders from D-8 to D-21 and classified causes that isn’t used OCS. In total 9,673 cases, 3,940(41.6%) cases were orders that are used OCS. Among this cases, orders of 1,060 cases are in the bone marrow transplantation protocol. The causes are PRN(29%), fever(12%), unusual electrolyte(9%) and so on. There isn’t meaningful difference between the two conditioning regimen. The results from this study indicate that OCS is used properly in an aspect most of reasons that isn’t used OCS is unpredictable like patients conditions. But, dose modification for accuracy of medication is able to settle through improvement of automatic calculation program.
