        기립상태에서 발바닥에 인가한 진동자극의 주파수에 따른 자세균형 응답

        We studied the postural response induced by plantar sole vibration with various frequencies(20, 60, 100Hz) and vibration zone(the anterior and posterior foot zone) of both soles during standing. Eight healthy young adults were exposed to 15s periods of plantar sole vibration while blindfolded. Body sway(COM, center of mass), the angle of neck, trunk, hip, knee, ankle and EMG of four lower limb muscles(tibialis anterior, lateral and medial gastrocnemial, soleus muscle) were recorded during 15s plantar sole vibration using 3D motion analysis system. Simulating each zone separately resulted in spatially oriented body tilts; oppositely directed backward and forward, respectively, the amplitude of which was proportional to the vibration frequency. EMG activity of lower limb muscles also varied according to the direction of the vibration zone and linearly according to the frequency. These findings led us to consider the plantar sole vibration as useful method of postural balance control and adjustment.

        안정판과 불안정판에서 자세 균형 조절에 대한 진동자극의 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of vibratory stimulus as somatosensory inputs on the postural control in human standing. To study these effects, the center of pressure(COP) was observed while subjects were standing on a stable and an unstable support with co-stimulated mechanical vibrations to flexor ankle muscles(tibialis anterior tendon, achilles tendon) and two plantar zones on both foot. The COP sway measurement was repeated twice in four conditions: (1) with visual cue and vibration, (2) without visual cue and vibration, (3) with visual cue and without vibration, (4) without visual cue and with vibration. The calculated parameters were the COP sway area and the distance, the median frequency and the spectral energy of COP sway in three intervals $0.1{\sim}0.3,\;0.3{\sim}1,\;1{\sim}3Hz$. The results showed that vibratory stimulus affect postural stability. The reduction rate of the COP sway with vibratory stimulus were higher on the unstable support because the effect of postural stability increases when afferent nervous flow is more activated by vibration on unstable support. If unclear visual or vibratory information is received, one type of information is compared with the other type of sensory information. Then the input balance between visual and vibratory information is corrected to maintain postural stability. These findings are important for the rehabilitation system of postural balance control and the use of vibratory information.

        간호정보역량, 미완료간호, 환자간호의 질이 간호생산성에 미치는 영향에 관한 경로분석

        Purpose: Nursing informatics competency is used to manage and improve the delivery of safe, high-quality, and efficient healthcare services in accordance with best practices and professional and regulatory standards. This study examined the relationship between nursing informatics competency (NIC), nursing care left undone, and nurse reported quality of care (NQoC) and nursing productivity. A path model for their effects on nursing productivity among clinical nurses was also established. Methods: Data were collected using structured questionnaires answered by 192 nurses working in a tertiary hospital located in J city, Korea, and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 program. Results: The fit indices of the alternative path model satisfied recommended levels χ2 = .11 (p = .741), normed χ2 (χ2/df) = .11, SRMR = .01, RMSEA = .00, GFI = 1.00, NFI = 1.00, AIC = 18.11. Among the variables, NIC (β = .44, p < .001), NQoC (β = .35, p < .001) had a direct effect on nursing productivity. Due to the mediating effect of NQoC on the relationship between NIC and nursing productivity, the effect size was .14 (95% CI .08~.24). Meanwhile, nursing care left undone through NQoC in the relationship between NIC and nursing productivity, has a significant mediation effect (estimate .01, 95% CI .00~.03). The explanatory power of variables was 44.0%. Conclusion: Education and training for enhancing NIC should be provided to improve nursing productivity, quality of care and to reduce missed nursing care. Furthermore, monitoring the quality of nursing care and using it as a productivity index is essential.

        모바일 숏폼 동영상의 도시 이미지 구축 분석 -TikTok의 베이징 도시 이미지 구축을 중심으로-

        This research focuses on the image of Beijing created by short-form videos on TikTok through content analysis to observe how to build a city image in short-form videos and its shortcomings in the context of new media. 258 samples were selected in this study by means of purposive sampling and based on confidence levels. Then, the basic attributes (video producer, duration and source, and sound and text) and narrative patterns (narrative subject and perspective) of these samples were analyzed quantitatively. The study's findings are as follows. (1) Basic attributes: the diversified video producers mainly make short- or mid-form videos, which are highly original. In these videos, background music and verbal elements are used quite frequently, and subtitles are used in such a clever way that they can effectively complement the frames of the videos. (2) Narrative patterns: character narration is preferred by personal accounts and online influencer's accounts, while non-character narration is adopted more by government and media accounts. In terms of narrative perspective, omniscient and limited perspectives, and single perspectives and multi-perspectives are used in a relatively balanced manner, while inner and first-person perspectives are more frequently used. It was also found that the image creation requires more engagement of the government and celebrities, and more elements manifesting local culture amid the analysis of the construction of the city image in short-form videos. These findings will better clarify the composition process of short-form videos that reflect the city image, and provide, to some extent, data and theoretical support for building a better city image through short-form videos in the new media environment. 본 연구는 모바일 숏폼 동영상 TikTok의 베이징 도시 이미지를 중심으로 콘텐츠 분석법을 분석 수단으로 삼아현재 뉴 미디어 환경의 숏폼 동영상에서 도시 이미지 구축과 그에 존재하는 문제를 고찰하였다. 본 연구는 유의추출법과 신뢰성 수준을 통해 258개 연구 샘플을 선정하고, 연구 샘플에서 기본 속성(동영상 제작자, 시간 길이와 출처, 소리와 문자)과 서사 방식(서술 주체, 서술 시각)에 대해 양적 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 1) 기본 속성 측면에서 동영상 제작자의 유형이 다양하고, 시간 길이는 짧은 유형과 중간 유형이 많으며, 원작 수준이 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 배경 음악과 언어 사용 빈도수가 비교적 높고, 적절한 자막사용을 통해 동영상 화면과 효과적인 보완적 관계를 형성하였다. 2) 서술 방식 측면에서 개인 계정과 인터넷 오피니언 리더의 계정은 인물 서술을 사용하는 경향이 강하고, 정부 계정과 미디어 계정은 비인물 서술을 주로 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 서사 시각에서는 전지적 시각과 제한적 시각, 일원 및 다원적 시각의 분포가 상대적으로 균형을 이루고, 내적 시각과 제1 인칭 시각의 사용 빈도수가 상대적으로 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 아울러 숏폼 동영상의 도시 이미지 구축에 대한 분석을 통해 정부와 스타의 참여 수준이 낮고, 지방 문화 요소에 대한 적극적인 사용이 부족하다는 문제를 발견하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 도시 이미지 숏폼 동영상의 창작 과정을 더욱 명확히 이해할 수있게 할 뿐만 아니라 뉴 미디어 환경에서 모바일 숏폼 동영상을 통해 양호한 도시 이미지 구축에 일정한 참고 데이터와 이론적 근거를 제공할 수 있다.

        Effects of Virtual Reality Simulation Program Regarding High-risk Neonatal Infection Control on Nursing Students

        Purpose: Virtual reality simulation can give nursing students a safe clinical experience involving highrisk infants where access to neonatal intensive care units is limited. This study aimed to examine the effects of a virtual reality simulation program on Korean nursing students’ knowledge, performance selfefficacy and learner satisfaction. Methods: A nonequivalent control group design was applied. Senior nursing students were divided into an experimental group (n = 25) experiencing virtual reality simulation and routine neonatal intensive care unit practice and a control group (n = 25) having routine neonatal intensive care unit practice. The program consisted of three scenarios: basic care, feeding management and skin care and environmental management for prevention of neonatal infection. The total execution time for the three scenarios was 40 minutes. The simulation created immersive virtual reality experiences using a head-mounted display with hand-tracking technology. Data were collected from December 9, 2019, to January 17, 2020, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the t-test, paired t-tests, Mann-Whitney test and Wilcoxon signed-ranks test. Results: Compared to the control group, the experimental group showed significantly greater improvements in high-risk neonatal infection control performance self-efficacy (t = _2.16, p = .018) and learner satisfaction (t = _5.59, p < .001). Conclusion: The virtual reality simulation program can expand the nursing students’ practice experience in safe virtual spaces and enhance their performance self-efficacy and learning satisfaction.
