The increase of the aged according to the prolongation of the average life and the phenomenon of the nuclear familization according to civilization or industrialization is being problem for not Japan but also our nation. Nevertheless, the authorities were not interesting to an old impidement man. But nowdays, our goverement intends to deal with demertia patient or old man such a problem by the foundation of rementia center over the country. Even though having many problem to have to check the problems, the preparation of legal and systematic equipment etc., for our goverment will have to prepare all measures for unmovable man to live leisurly in their home by analysing the management of social welfare system of the advanced country or Japan.

독거노인과 가족동거노인의 건강상태에 관한 비교 연구

본 연구는 노인건강관리시설을 효율적으로 시행하기 위하여 의지할 곳 없이 혼자 살아가는 독거노인과 일반가정에서 배우자 또는 자녀들과 같이 사는 가족동거노인들의 건강상태를 파악하고 비교 분석하여, 독거노인과 가족동거노인에게 개별화된 건강관리프로그램을 개발하여 적용하기 위함이다. 연구대상자는 보건소에 등록된 65세 이상의 독거노인과 가족동거노인 총 212명으로서, 그들의 신체적, 정신적, 정서적 건강상태를 파악하여 비교ㆍ분석하고, 그 관계를 살펴보는 상관성 조사연구이다. 연구도구는 이영자(1989)가 개발한 노인의 신체적 건강상태, 정신적 건강상태, 정서적 건강상태 사정도구를 사용하였다. 연구결과에서 신체적 건강상태는 독거노인 가족동거노인 모두 좋은 것으로 나타났으나 유의한 차이는 없었고, 정신적 건강상태는 독거노인이 가족동거노인보다 유의하게 낮았다. 그리고 정서적 건강상태는 가족동거노인이 독거노인보다 월등히 높았으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구결과에 의하면, 노인보건정책 수립시, 독거노인의 특성을 고려하여, 개별화되고 전문화된 노인건강 관리프로그램을 적용하여 건강증진사업을 시행하여야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to prepare to offer the necessary nursing to senile people who live alone who are the main objects of senility health care of public Health Organizations by confirming the differences when comparing those who are senile live alone in a farming village and those who are senile live with their families. The subjects are those who are senile over 65 years old who live in Y Gun area. The assessment tool of physical, mental, and emotional used in this study that was developed by Lee, Y(1989) as a study tool to assess people the senile in farm villages. The analytic method used in this study were frequency, percentage, average, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, Cronbachs alpaha coefficient. The result of the study is as follows: The older ones have worse health conditions and those who don't have a spouse had the worst health conditions than those who do. From this, we are sure to include support of the emotional side of the health care of senile people living alone by understanding the differences and relation of physical, mental, and emotional health conditions between senile people who live alone and those who live with their families.

「옥루몽」의 벽성선 : 욕망하는 인물, 전략화된 육체와 사회적 검열ㆍ통제

고소설의 여주인공들은 아름다우며 심성 또한 선하다. 이런 아름다움은 특별한 서술이 없어도 그대로 받아들여지는 관습적인 것으로, 그런 아름다움은 ‘주인공으로서의 아름다움’이라 할 수 있다. 조선사회는 유교적 수양관에 입각한 사회이므로, 문학에서도 심성과 어긋나게 외모만 빼어난 경우 지탄의 대상이 되어 징치되는 것이 일반적이었다. 그런데 19세기 소설 「옥루몽」의 벽성선은 주인공으로서의 아름다움이 아니라 부각되는 아름다움을 가지고 있고, 또 그것을 적극적으로 수단화하여 자기 욕망 성취에 이용함에도 불구하고, 징치되는 것이 아니라 우호적으로 서사화 되었다. 벽성선은 기녀인데, 자신의 미모를 주체적으로 인식하고, 육체를 매개로 신분상승을 추구한다. 자신을 속신시켜줄 지기(知己)를 찾아 상통(相通)하지만, 허신(許身)을 유예하는 전략을 통해 스스로를 신비화한다. 결국 그녀는 자신의 욕망을 성취한다. 벽성선이 지기상통한다는 명분은 내세우지만 그것은 진정한 지기관계가 아니라 자기 욕망 충족을 위한 핑계일 뿐이었고, ‘지조 높은 기녀’의 모습을 보여주지만 그것 역시 욕망 충족을 위한 수단적 방편이었다. 이런 벽성선의 행동은 지기상통의 허구성과 지조 높은 기녀의 허구적 메커니즘을 보여주는 것이다. 지조 높은 기녀를 바라보는 시각은 각 작품마다 상이한데, 「옥루몽」에서는 기녀에게조차 결연이전에도 처녀성을 지켜야 함을 강요하고, 그렇게 처녀성을 지켰다는 표지로 팔에 앵혈(鶯血)을 갖고 있는 경우만 ‘지조 높은 기녀’로 인정한다. 그러므로 앵혈은 하층 여성까지 사회적으로 통제하려는 가부장 메커니즘이 외현화한 표지로 파악된다. 조선사회는 외적 구현이 내적 심성과 동일하다는 유교적 사고방식에 입각한 사회이므로 앵혈은 여성의 내밀한 욕망과 인간의 자연스러운 감정을 억압하는 기제로 작용한다. 이런 메커니즘을 인식한 벽성선은 사회적 검열과 통제의 한계 내에서 허구적 앵혈메커니즘을 통해 자신의 육체를 전략화하여 욕망을 성취한 것이다. 그렇기에 벽성선을 바라보는 시각은, 주도면밀한 전략적 수단을 사용하는 여성에 대한 객관적 시각과 억압적 통제 상황 속에서라도 욕망을 성취하려고 애쓰는 가녀린 여성에 대한 우호적 연민과 동조의 시각이 겹쳐지게 된다. 그래서 동일한 가부장제의 통제 속에 살아가는 독자들은 벽성선의 욕망과 행동을 센티멘털한 동일시의 감정을 가지고 바라보게 되는 것이다. 「옥루몽」의 작가는 선악의 이분법적 인물형상화를 지양하고, 현실적이고 구체적인, 욕망하는 인간을 형상화하였다. 그러므로 외모를 인식하고 육체를 전략화하며 지기상통을 명분화하면서 지조 높은 기녀처럼 행동하는 벽성선이란 인물을 현실적으로 형상화한 것이고, 그 서사도 우호적 시선을 유지한 것이다. 이것은 단순히 평면적 서사에 머무는 다른 작품과 구별되는 「옥루몽」만의 중요한 특징이라 할 것이다. Heroines in Korean Ancient-novels(古小說) were beautiful and kindhearted. These beauty was accepted without special description which was called 'The beauty of a heroine.' It generally accepted that a woman in a novel who was just beautiful in appearance was blamed and punished because the society of Chosun(朝鮮) was under the control of moral culture influenced by Confucian ideas. But, Byeok Sung-sun(碧城仙) of 「Okrumong(玉樓夢)」 in the 19th Century did not have 'The beauty of a heroine' but had a highlighted beauty. She also tried everything possible with her beauty for the purpose of obtaining her desire. Despite all this, she was not punished but was described as friendly. Byeok Sung-sun was a kisaeng(妓生), and took the initiative to gain an understanding of her beauty and pursued a raise in her social position using her body. She looked for a men called a Jigi(知己) who would free her from her social position. She had a mutual understanding with that man but put off sexual relationships with that man. This strategy made her an aura of mystery. Byeok Sung-sun justified herself by claiming mutual understanding with a Jigi. That was not a real relationship but a mere excuse to fulfill her desires. She was also revealed as 'The kisaeng who had highly fidelity' but was also of fulfilling her desire at the same time. These acts show her falsehood of mutual understanding with a jigi and the fictitious mechanism of The kisaeng who had high fidelity. The kisaeng who had high fidelity was not in accordance with other novels. In 「Okrumong」, even a kisaeng was forced to keep her virginity and also forced to keep the red spot called a aeang-hyul(鶯血) on the skin of her arm which was the only mark that indicated a 'kisaeng who had high fidelity'. Therefore, the aeang-hyul is an exposed signal which had control over women in the lower classes in society by the means of patriarchal system. Because the society of Chosun had a process of thinking which considered the outward phenomenon same as the mental nature, the aeang-hyul worked to control secret desires of women and restrain natural emotion of a human being. Byeok Sung-sun had a understanding of that mechanism and pursued her desire within the limits of social control by using her strategic body as a false aeang-hyul mechanism. There were two different point of views. One is an objective view which viewed women as human beings who tried every strategic means available, and viewed the other in a sympathetic, friendly compassion which viewed the poor woman as someone who made efforts to realize her desire even in restrained and controlled circumstances. Therefore the reader in the same circumstances as the patriarchal system identified themselves with her desire, and looked at her with sympathy. The writer of 「Okrumong」 refused to create a plain character therefore made a realistic and a specific character. The writer created woman like as Byeok Sung-sun who knew the beauty within herself and made strategic body on her own. She pretended to understand Jigi, and behaved as a kisaeng who had highly fidelity. The narrative also looked at in a positive light. It was merely an important peculiarity that distinguished 「Okrumong」 from the other novels which had only plain descriptions.
