This paper proposes a wide-range DCC(duty cycle corrector) adopting a current steering method. It aims at a wide input duty-cycle range and a wide input frequency range (especially in the relatively low frequencies) with a small area overhead to recover the input to near 50%. The DCC has been simulated in a 0.35㎛ CMOS process. The acceptable frequency and duty-cycle ranges are 1Mhz-600Mhz and 1%-99%, respectively. The measured peak-to-peak jitter is 40ps at 1Mhz.
