探讨中国区域文化的民族性绝非易事,因为很有可能会涉及到敏感的政治问题。即使绕过政治这个雷区,对民族文化评头论足本身,也有可能成为引发民族问题的诱因。虽然有以上种种顾虑,但是从各个层面来说,对中国少数民族文化的研究还是非常有必要的。本文试图从当地观点出发,审视云南地区的原始艺术。从民族形式的角度,探讨中国文化的普遍性,进而揭示云南地区原始艺术的特殊性。笔者无意去罗列考证研究成果,而是期待摸索出一个合适的视角,去探究云南文化的原型。云南僻处边陲,交通不便,该地区的祭仪文化和岩画艺术,有幸逃脱了权力化过程中的打压和孤立,自原始氏族社会传承下来的血缘纽带一直未曾断裂。权力和现实都要求阶级关系一清二楚,但是氏族共同体间的互助友爱早已融入了云南人民的血液之中。他们的生活,甚至可以说比中原地区人民更加幸福。但是由于生产力水平的悬殊差距,云南地区也在一定程度上受到了中原文化的绑架。少数民族地区的生活方式是否终将消逝,并逐渐被中原地区同化;是否能找到一种折衷的方案,让少数民族地区人民能够自主地选择生活方式和生活内容;究竟是在同一中求发展,还是在差别中求幸福,这些问题都有待于我们进一步去思考。

중국의 지역별 정책이 대(對)중국 투자 입지 선정에 미치는 영향

This research mainly analyzes (potential) impact of the difference in the Economic Institution and Business Environment classified by special economic zone of China on inward Foreign Direct Investments inflows into China. This research for it is classified by huanbohai area and dongbei area and changsanjiao area and analyzes FDI inflow policy and treatment division. Also this study tries to analyse features and investments trends trend of Korea on making a comparative study of investment cost changes classified by a local, a town and a type of industry. With this aim, it makes an analysis advanced motive to the area that is respectively applicable to them and this research finds out fundamental cause about geographical difference of investments feature each areas. The research offers important information in the field of academic and Business investment because it specifically analyzes investment trend of Korean firms trying to enter China’s markets and regional investment environment of China.

By analyzing first-hand corpus,this paper classifies Korean students' acquisition of Chinese errors and expounds the causes of errors. Through the analysis and analysis of the corpus,there are four main types of errors in the process of learning Chinese by Korean students: the errors of the auxiliary words,the errors of the verb object separation words,the errors caused by the Chinese characters in the Korean language,and the errors of the adjective predicate sentences. In order to grasp the law of errors and further improve the quality of teaching,the following suggestions are put forward. First,when writing textbooks for Chinese as a foreign language,it is not reasonable to take my attitude as the main part of the world. We should emphasize,distinguish the students from each country,break the routine,write the textbooks according to the country,or enrich and improve the existing textbooks. Secondly,in the course of Chinese students' acquisition of typical errors in the process of learning Chinese,the classroom teaching should focus on the teaching,and repeatedly carry out targeted intensive training,and infiltrate error discrimination into the various aspects of Chinese teaching such as listening,speaking,reading and writing,helping students to deepen their understanding and lower the error rate. Third,mobilize the enthusiasm of the students,and guide students to compare the positive and negative transfer of Korean to Chinese. By comparing the similarities and differences between mother tongue and Chinese,we can improve learning efficiency and correct errors,and we can also achieve the effect of teaching and learning.

중국의 노동시장 변화와 대(對)중국 해외직접투자(FDI) -신노동계약법을 중심으로-

This research mainly analyzes (potential) the change of labour environment in China and it`s impact on the inward Foreign Direct Investments. Under this aim, it selects the China`s new Labour Contract Law, which was passed by the Standing Committee of the National People`s Congress on 29 June 2007, and went into effect on 1 January 2008, as a main case study. The new law means bigger severance payments and higher operational costs. It`s provisions will be of concern to foreign-invested manufacturing corporations because of the burdens it imposes on, or shifts to them. The Law directly, and by implication, imposes additional administrative burdens on them. Using the data recorded by the Export-Import Bank of Korea, it suggests that the effectuation of new labour contract law may influence on manufacturing FDI in a negative way, whereas investments in non-manufacturing sectors are expected to positively increase.
