The Purpose of this study was to identify the design characteristics in upper class residential interior of Chosun Dynasty. The majority of this research as achieved through books and journals as well as examining traditional Korean hous, Yun Kyung Dang. The major finings were summarized as follows; First : Regarding to the spatial characteristics, 1) The inner spatial characteristic is open whileas the outer spatial characteristic is closed. 2) It has strong aspect of the spatial sequence. 3) It has strong directional aspect by having axis. second : Regardign to the form characteristics, 1) it is consist of variety of lines -horizontal line, vertical line, diagonal line, thick and thin, curved line and straight line. 2) In contrast, the plane is simple and unified. Lastly, Regarding to the color and texture caracteristics of materials, strong emphasis is placed on retaining their material state and not artficially manipulating to hide their inherent properties.

This study applied blending learning that combined online theoretical learning and offline practical education and examined its effects on the clinical competence, clinical judgment, and skill performance ability of nursing students in dealing with patients having complex nursing issues. A one-group pre- and post-test quasi-experimental research design was used. The participants comprised 87 fourth-year nursing students enrolled in a simulation practice course: 22 men and 75 women. Data were analyzed using SAS 9.2. The general characteristics, clinical competence, clinical judgment, and skill performance ability were analyzed using real numbers, percentages, mean, and standard deviation. The differences in scores for clinical competence, clinical judgment, and skill performance ability before and after the blended learning course were analyzed by conducting t-test. The integrated course was conducted for eight weeks for fourth-year nursing students, with the e-learning module delivered over five weeks and offline practical education conducted for three weeks. Clinical competence (t=4.63, p=<0.0001) appeared improvement after the blended learning course, with the difference being statistically significant. Clinical judgment and skill performance ability also improved after the blended learning course, with the differences being statistically significant (t=17.99, p=<0.0001; t=11.03, p=<0.0001). According to the results of this study, a blended learning approach that combines online and offline education is deemed an appropriate teaching-learning mode in improving the clinical competence, clinical judgment and skill performance ability of nursing students.
혼합형 학습이 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습과 학습성취에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 온라인과 오프라인 방식을 혼합한 학습을 간호대학생에게 적용하고 자기주도적 학습능력과 학습성취도 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 간호교육의 질을 향상시키기 위한 교육방법으로 혼합형 학습의 활용성을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 본 연구에서 온라인-오프라인 혼합형 학습을 적용한 그룹과 기존의 오프라인 강의식 학습을 적용한 그룹 간에 자기주도적 학습능력과 학업성취도에 있어 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 혼합형 학습을 적용한 실험군의 경우, 혼합형 학습을 적용하기 전보다 후에 자기주도적 학습능력이 향상되어 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. The present study was performed to understand the effects of self-directed learning and learning achievement in nursing education course based on blended learning. This was undertaken to provide basic data necessary to preparation of various applications and uses of blended learning in nursing education. There was no significant difference in total self-directed learning and learning achievement between blended learning of online-offline group and control group. There was a significant difference in self-directed learning score between pre and post blended learning group.
학대 아동 대상 중재에 대한 통합적 문헌고찰: 국내·외 학대 아동 중재 관련 연구(2009–2019)를 중심으로

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the current state of interventions for abused children and their effectiveness by using a systemic review. Methods: Published intervention studies were identified through MEDLINE, Embase, CINAHL, DBpia, RISS, and Kiss DB. Eligible studies included articles published between 2009 and 2019 in English and Korean. Results: A total of 28 studies were selected for this review. The intervention elements of 28 selected studies were categorized into 4 themes. The extracted intervention elements were divided into the themes of patient & situation-specific intervention, strengthen parent-child coping capacity and interaction, applying group intervention and integrated intervention, Linkage with community resource and multidisciplinary approach. Conclusions: The results demonstrate that social and psychological health of abused children has positively changed through these interventions. Therefore, it is important to implement treatment through active intervention aimed at helping the affected children.

This study verified the effects of the Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation (SBAR) education program using simulation on nursing students' communication clarity and communication self-confidence. A one group pre- and post-test quasi-experimental research design was used. The participants were comprised of 82 fourth-year nursing students (17 men and 65 women) enrolled in a simulation course. Data were analyzed using SAS 9.2. Pre-post differences in communication clarity and communication self-confidence before and after the simulation-based communication education were analyzed by conducting a t-test. Communication clarity and communication self-confidence according to participants’ general characteristics were analyzed by conducting a t-test and ANOVA, followed by a Scheffe post-hoc test. The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences in communication clarity and communication self-confidence between pre- and post-SBAR education program using emergency patient care simulation. This study obtained the following findings: The mean score for communication clarity statistically significantly improved after the simulation-based SBAR education program from 3.84 to 4.17 (t=5.86, p<.0001). In this study, communication self-confidence statistically significantly improved after the SBAR education program from 6.49 points to 7.18 (t=5.53, p=<.0001). Nursing students improved their communication clarity and communication self-confidence suitable for complex and emergency clinical situations through the SBAR education program using simulation. Consequently, the participants found it possible to communicate clearly and confidently as a clinical nurse after graduation, collaborate with medical teams, and improve patient safety and nursing quality.

장애인을 말할 때 “누구”를 의미하는지, 장애와 관련하여 “무엇”을 논의할 것인지 하는 질문을 던지게 된다. 이 두 가지 질문 모두 간단히 답할 수 있는 문제가 아니다. “누구”를 혹은 “누구에 관해서”에 대해서는 장애인을 의미하는데, 지금까지 장애인은 법률적인 규정에 의한 정의, 즉 신체적, 정신적인 손상을 가지고 있는 장애인으로 한정하여 생각하였으나, 장애의 개념이 사회적 장애까지를 포함하는 것으로 그 이해의 폭이 넓혀지고 있는 상황이다. 한편 장애에 관해 “무엇”을 논의할 것인지에 대한 질문에 대해서는 좀더 어렵고 복잡하다. 장애인은 비장애인과 비교했을 때, 어떤 면에서는 다르고(difference) 또 다른 면에서는 특별(special)하다. 본문에서는 장애의 정의에 관해 다양한 관점에서 살펴보았으며, 특별히 다양한 측면에서 각각의 장애 유형의 분류방식에 관해 살펴보았다.

This study was a quasi-experimental study with a single group pre-posttest design for evaluating the effects and meanings of a global health training program for nursing students. A mixed data collection method utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods was applied. The qualitative method consisted of reflection journal entry analysis, while the quantitative study evaluated data collected from a self-reported questionnaire. After attending the program, cultural competencies of participants significantly increased than pre-test while global citizenship was not. Through an analysis of reflection journals written during the overseas training period, the meanings of experiences derived after the program were classified into five themes and 12 sub themes, which were, ‘improvement of global health leadership’, ‘experience of barriers in reality’, ‘improvement of nursing professional value’, ‘inspiration of a perspective on health equity’, and ‘internal growth’. The results indicate that global health training program evaluated in this study was meaningful; it provided students with opportunities to experience the nurse’s role in diverse global environments and attempted to measure the effects.
시뮬레이션 기반의 실습교육이 간호학생의 비판적 사고성향, 임상 판단력 및 학습 성취에 미치는 효과

This The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of simulation practice education on critical thinking, clinical judgment, and learning achievement of nursing students. A quasi-experimental research design (one group pre-test and post-test design) and a questionnaire for measuring critical thinking, clinical judgment, and learning achievement were used in this study. The participants were 35 students in a college of nursing. There were statistically significant increases in differences of critical thinking and learning achievement between pre-simulation practice education and post. There was statistically significant increase in differences of clinical judgment between first case simulation practice and second case. According to the findings of this study, it is necessary that repeat this study to verify the effects of simulation practice education and approve the effects according to debriefing process or method. 본 연구는 간호학과 4학년 재학생 35명을 대상으로 시뮬레이션 실습 교육이 비판적 사고성향, 임상 판단력, 학습 성취에 미치는 효과를 분석하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구 결과, 시뮬레이션 실습교육에서 학습 전보다 학습 후에 비판적 사고성향, 학습 성취가 모두 유의하게 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 임상판단력은 1번째 환자 사례기반의 시뮬레이션 실습과 디브리핑을 통해 성찰학습을 마친 후 2번쨰 사례기반의 시뮬레이션 실습 후에 더 향상되어 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 시뮬레이션 연계 실습교육을 적용하고 그 효과를 검증하는 반복 연구가 필요하며 디브리핑 과정이나 방법이 시뮬레이션 실습교육의 학습 효과에 미치는 영향에 대해 검증하는 연구가 필요하다.
