        업무용 빌딩의 피난 성능 검토에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 특정의 업무용 건축물에 대해서 화재 및 피난 시나리오를 선정하여 FAST 3.1.7(전실화재 예측), SIMULEX 32-bit(피난시간의 예측), JASMINE 3.25d(특정시간까지의 연기 유동성 평가)등의 S/W를 이용하여 이를 평가했으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. Scenario #1 결과, 화재실에서 전실화재가 발생하지 않았고, 층 피난시간은 25.2 sec로 나타났으며 이때까지의 FAST 3.1.7결과에서 연기층은 2.4m를 기록, 연기유동성 평가에서도 재실자들은 연기의 피해(가시거리, 독성)없이 피난이 완료될 것으로 나타났다. Scenario #2 결과, 화재실에서 6 min 33.2 sec에 전실화재가 발생했으며, 수계산에 의한 피난시간은 5 min 23sec로 나타났다. 본 대상건물에 대해서 선정한 Scenario #1, #2 모두 인명안전설계는 적정하게 설계되었다고 판단된다. In this study, it reviewed about evacuation performance of a specified Office Building. assessment tools is FAST 3.1.7 (Estimation of Flash Over, Estimation of Layer Height Down Flow Time), SIMULEX 32-bit (Estimation of Evacuation Time), JASMINE 3.25d. (Smoke Flow Assessment of a specified time) Result from Fire Scenario # 1, Flash Over is not generated in Compartment. Evacuation Time is estimated 25.2 sec by SIMULEX 32-bit. layer height until this time (25.2 sec) was estimated 2.4 m by FAST 3.1.7. After ignition until this time (25.2 sec), smoke was not release to the a corridor. In consequence, We concluded that people in building are completing the safe evacuation without the damage of smoke. Result from Fire Scenario # 1, Flash Over generated 6 min 33.2 sec in Compartment. Evacuation Time is estimated 1 min 25.5 sec by SIMULEX 32-bit. layer height down flow time is 1 min 40.8 sec by FAST 3.1.7 and 5 min 23 sec by theoretical calculation. Also, total building evacuation time was estimated 2 min 26.6 sec. After ignition until this time (2 min 26.6 sec), smoke released to the a corridor but it amount was few little. Therefore, generated smoke in compartment not effected to the people in buildings.

        배민수의 사회교육사상에 관한 연구

        평생학습사회의 외형적 도래에도 불구하고 그에 대한 회의와 비판이 점증하는 가운데, 평생학습 본연의 가치 실현을 위해서는 교육사상사적인 차원에서 위대한 업적을 남긴 사회교육자를 발굴하고 이를 통해 사회교육 실천의 원리와 사회교육자의 전문성 및 자질, 현대사회에 주는 의의와 한계를 살펴보는 연구가 요구된다. 이런 맥락에서 우리나라 현대사에서 적극적으로 발굴하고 재조명해 할 사회교육자로 배민수를 들 수 있다. 그는 일제강점기와 해방 이후의 시기에 걸쳐 민족애와 기독교 신앙을 바탕으로 농촌교육을 실시하였으며, 특히 세계 사회교육의 형성에 큰 영향을 미친 덴마크 그룬트비의 사상을 한국의 상황적 맥락에 적용시키고자 노력한 대표적인 인물 중의 하나이다. 배민수의 사회교육활동은 주로 교육기관을 통한 사회교육활동, 순회강연활동을 통한 사회교육활동, 사회단체를 통한 사회교육활동, 언론을 통한 사회교육활동으로 유형화된다. 그의 사회교육은 사회참여적 기독교 세계관의 구현, 세계평화주의적 사상의 구현, 서구 자본주의의 한계 극복, 공산주의의 극복, 민족주의 정신의 고수를 사상적 토대 및 지향점으로 삼았다. 또한 그는 사회교육을 현실문제 해결과 종교적 이상 구현을 위한 수단 및 도구로서 받아들였으며 실용과 의식이 결합된 교육으로 인식하였다. 이러한 사실들을 통해 도출된 배민수 사회교육의 실천원리로는 지도자 양성 중심의 사회교육 실천, 공동체지향적 조직운영, 운동지향적 소규모 조직의 활용을 들 수 있으며, 사회교육자의 요건으로는 상황변화에 따른 시대적·사회적 유연성, 사회교육활동에 대한 확고한 목표의식과 사명감, 유기적 지도자로서의 리더십을 들 수 있다. 결론적으로 배민수의 사회교육사상은 교육자들이 냉철한 사회분석력과 시대적 사명감, 소외계층을 위한 사랑, 공동체 의식, 그리고 전문성과 열정을 갖추어야 함을 재확인시켜주며 오늘날 건전한 평생학습사회 구현을 위해서도 시사하는 바가 크다. The skepticism and criticism of lifelong learning society have been on the rise in spite of its external advent in recent years. It is time to conduct research to excavate social educators who made great achievements in the history of educational thoughts, demonstrate the principles of successful practice of social education and the professionalism and qualification of social educators, and examine their meanings and limitations in modern times. In that context, one of the social educators to be actively excavated and re-illuminated in the modern history of South Korea is Pai Min-soo, who was one of the representative figures that provided agricultural education actively based on love for Korean people and Christian faith during the Japanese rule and after Liberation and tried to apply the ideas of Grundtvig of Denmark, who had huge influences on the establishment of social education in the world, to the situational contexts of Korea. His social education has such ideological foundations and intention points as the implementation of Christian view of the world based on social participation, implementation of world pacifist ideology, conquest of the limitations of western capitalism, conquest of communism, social education as a tool to build Lord's Country, and adherence to the nationalist spirit. Those findings were used to find that the practice principles of his social education were the practice of social education centered around the production of leaders, emphasis on community-based interactions, pursuit of social education with reality and consciousness combined in it, and adherence to the small-sized movement-oriented principles. Based on his educational thoughts, the present study identified the requirements of social educators including the exercise of periodic and social flexibility, adherence to the intention point of social education, and exertion of leadership as an organic leader. In short, his ideology of social education reconfirms the importance of social analytical skills, periodic sense of duty, and self-sacrifice and passion in social education activities to social educators in modern society and asks them to have in-depth reflections on the instrumental utilization of education.

        Severe Cerebral Vasospasm in Patients with Hyperthyroidism

        Cerebral vasospasm associated with hyperthyroidism has not been reported to cause cerebral infarction. The case reported here is therefore the first of cerebral infarction co-existing with severe vasospasm and hyperthyroidism. A 30-year-old woman was transferred to our hospital in a stuporous state with right hemiparesis. At first, she complained of headache and dizziness. However, she had no neurological deficits or radiological abnormalities. She was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism 2 months ago, but she had discontinued the antithyroid medication herself three days ago. Magnetic resonance imaging and angiography showed cerebral infarction with severe vasospasm. Thus, chemical angioplasty using verapamil was performed two times, and antithyroid medication was administered. Follow-up angiography performed at 6 weeks demonstrated complete recovery of the vasospasm. At the 2-year clinical follow-up, she was alert with mild weakness and cortical blindness. Hyperthyroidism may influence cerebral vascular hemodynamics. Therefore, a sudden increase in the thyroid hormone levels in the clinical setting should be avoided to prevent cerebrovascular accidents. When neurological deterioration is noticed without primary cerebral parenchyma lesions, evaluation of thyroid function may be required before the symptoms occur.

        SiCw / Al 복합재료의 열처리에 따른 계면 현상에 관한 연구

        N/A In the present study, the effects of Al /SiC interface reaction and the formation of Al₄C₃ compounds on the mechanical properties of the Al /SiC composites prepared by squeeze casting were investigated. After squeeze casting, the size of dendrites in Al without whiskers were larger than those with whiskers. The hardness of composite materials (about 72Hv) was found to be approximating 40% higher than that of matrix metal (29Hv), which gradually increases which heat treatment Time showing maximum hardness at 12hr. The observation of increasing number of compounds in 12hrs heat treatment suggests that these compounds are responsible for the increase of hardness. By X-ray diffraction studies, those compounds were identified as Al₄C₃, (Al, Si). And intensity of Si peak increased. The tensile strengh of composite materials was gradually decresed by heat tretment, which was in contrast to the behavior of hardeness. With incresing heat tretment time, the fracture mode of composite materials was changed from large dimples and pull-out form of fiber to the fracture and rupture foum of fiber.

        Surgical Treatment for Traumatic Optic Neuropathy

        Traumatic optic neuropathy (TON) is an important cause of severe visual loss after blunt or penetrating head and facialtrauma. High-dose steroids and surgical interventions have been applied in the indirect TON. However, there is no convincing evidence that results of the treatment have any strong benefts in terms of improvement of visual acuity. Nevertheless,surgical decompression should be considered in the case of a direct bony compression to the optic nerve and a progressivevisual loss in indirect TON. Neurosurgeon should be aware the surgical indication, optimal timing and relevant techniquefor the optic canal (OC) decompression. In this review article, we will focus on the surgical approaches to the OC and howto decompress it.
