The purpose of this study is to analyze athletes marketing of domestic sport industry, it can help to find out whether athletes agency can be activated after 2001 World cup. To activate the athletes marketing through the athlete agency, the following suggestions can be made: First, athletes, owners and Professional Sport Associations need to recognize the role of athlete agency in order to activate the pro-markets. Second, this is the organization to approve and manage the athlete agents. It can not only assist to protect legal agents but also to promote sport market widely through approved legal athletes agents. The legal agents can represent the athletes to manage, and also promote the stars to companies that might have endorsement opportunities. Third, a professional organization should be bullit to train specialists and develop educational programs about athlete agency. It may be centered at the department of sport management of sport industry to achieve such goal. Finally, they need to choose appropriated sponsorship by companies, and then they must find out the appropriate athlete agent to manage athletes effectively that may promote sport markets and have endorsement opportunities.

2002년 월드컵이 관광산업에 미치는 영향

The economic impact of 2002 world cup to Korea will be tremendous. It is expected approximately 8billion dollars for the productive effect and 245thousands persons for the acceleration effect of employment. Especially, foreign tourists that visit Korea during the event will be 179thousands persons and the expenditure by the tourists will be 526million dollars. Therefore, the successful hosting of 2002 world cup will be a new opportunity for the take-off stage of Korea's tour industry. The following schemes are suggested for the activation of Korea's tour industry regarding the hosting of 2002 world cup. 1. A plan to ensure lodging facilities and to improve the quality of service for the maximum host of tourists should be prepared. That is, it is necessary the improving of old lodging facilities, the ensuring of clean and natural facilities with a local specification, and service training and foreign language training for employees. Also, a system for using volunteers positively according to region should be prepared. 2. A development of tour culture event specified by hosting region should be prepared. The development of specified event with inherent culture which can be deeply recognized rather than a simplified cultural event regardless hosting region is necessary for continuous cultural tour goods after 2002 world cup. 3. A continuous image strategy is necessary for main facilities to a be tour goods after the world cup event. After the event, Korea will be remembered by foreigners as a world cup host country. Therefore, to make a country where the foreigners want to visit again it is necessary to develop a package program linked by main sports facilities and regional culture. 4. It is also necessary a maintenance of basic facilities including traffic and an internationalized inscription of tourist's map and sign for comfortable and enjoyable tour.

스포츠 조직에 있어서 동기유발 요인이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향

This study reached the following conclusions as a result of examining and analyzing the effect of motivation in sport organization on the organizational efficiency focused on comprehensive leisure sport centers in Kyungin region. A total of 447 subjects have participated in the study. 1. The correlation between the factors of motivation and variables of organizational efficiency in sport organization, motives of stability and compensation, showed high rate in cohesion. The objective oriented character of organization showed the high correlation, with the motive of power. The adaptibility to change of the organization and the job satisfaction to of individuals showed high correlation with the motive of compensation. 2. Among motivational factors affecting the organizational efficiency in sport organization, the most influencing factor on the group cohesion was the motive intimacy. The motivational factor influencing most on the objective oriented character was the motive of power, that influences on the adaptibility to change was the motive of accomplishment. Finally, the factor influencing most on the job satisfaction of individuals was the motive of property.

생활교육 프로그램 참가주부의 생활만족도에 관한 연구

After analyzing the difference in the extents of the life satisfaction among the 120 housewives who have been participating the Sport for all at four different sport and culture centers in Seoul according to their own individual characteristics. I have concluded as following; 1. The life satisfaction according to age have a meaningful difference. And the fact that the housewives in their between fifties and twentieth have the greatest difference. 2. The life satisfaction according to school career have a meaningful difference. but the only leisure factor have a meaningful difference. 3. The life satisfaction according to income to income and career, there are no meaningful difference. 4. The life satisfaction according to frequency of children have a meaningful difference. 5. IN conclusion, the life satisfaction according to age, school career, frequency of children have a meaningful difference. And the fact that the housewives in their fifties have the greatest life satisfaction implise that the felling of the stability of living is added to them.

The purpose of this study was to explore the difference of K-LEAGUE Supporters' participation motivation according to their demographic variables. The subjects were 279 Supporters who answered the questionnaire from 2 different venues. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Firstly, there was significant difference of 'achievement motivation' between male and female group. That is, the female group had significantly stronger participation motivation than the male group. 2. Secondly, there was significant difference of 'achievement motivation' and 'mental health motivation' among individual groups divided by age. Particularly, the teenagers and the groups in over 30 age had significantly stronger motivation than the other age groups. 3. Thirdly, there was significant difference of 'mental health motivation', 'entertainment motivation' and 'social motivation' among individual groups divided by education. In general, the higher education groups had the tendency to feel stronger participation motivation. 4. Fourthly, there was significant difference of 'mental health motivation', achievement motivation', 'entertainment motivation' and 'social motivation' among individual groups divided by income. That is, the higher income groups had significantly stronger participation motivation than the lower income group. 5. Finally, there was no significant difference of participation motivation among individual groups divided by occupation and participation period. But, there was significant difference of participation motivation among individual groups divided by Supporters' team. That is, the Supporters' from Su-Won showed higher participation motivation than any other Supporters.

We report a case of partial anomalous pulmonary venous return where the right upper and lower pulmonary veins drain into the coronary sinus with right-to-left shunt via patent foramen ovale. To our knowledge, this is the uncommon case where the interatrial septum is intact. The diagnosis was initially made by transthoracic echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography with the infusion of agitated saline and confirmed by pulmonary artery angiography. Curative operation could not be performed because of the irreversible pulmonary hypertension.

스포츠 경영학의 연구동향과 영역 및 교육과정에 관한 고찰

The emergence of the area of sport management is a natural phenomenon as the development of and the economic impact of sport industry. Sport management has been actively studied in European countries and Japan as well as North America and has been an unique program at universities and undergraduate schools. On the other hand, the area of sport management is still an early stage in Korea. However, as the interests and demands on sport management curriculum. Therefore, for the demand of the times and the status of sport management, 1. Various and continuous research is needed to maintain the originality and professionalism of the area of sport management. 2. Interdisciplinary relationship with management, administration, sociology, and psychology as well as physical education is needed and joint research should be promoted. 3. Sport management curriculum at university should be for nurturing outstanding persons necessary in sport industry. 4. Sport management curriculum should be for cultivating persons possessed a practical ability necessary in the area of professional sports, amateur sports, fitness club, and sports event, etc. 5. To prepare flexibly applicable ability in developing and changing sport industry continuous study and progress of sport management curriculum is necessary.
