Nowdays, wide the process of WTO(World Trade Organization). We begin to recognize that domestic banking industry have many difficulties with adaption the change of the domestic and foreign financial situation, banking internationalization, opening with usual transified system. Under these conditions, for recognization of domestic banking industry, reformation is needed for not only deregulation of interest rates and effort to maximize the supply ability of financial funds, but also techniques of bank management, so that positively we cope with the change of the domestic and foreign financial situation. Recently in case of foreign contries, the change of financial and economic situation caused not only the reformation of financial system and law but also the developement of communication and information industry, So to speak the method of admiministration have much change. In the financial instrument admiministration individual admiministration method of assets and liabilities have been replaced by the method of ALM. Therefore, they have tried the policy simultaneously to abstain profitability and liquidity in the connection of supplying and operating of money. On these background, we need the ALM techniques, we can call, a long and middle term plan system and control system of financial institute, that prepare the deregulation of interest rates and capital, that analyze supplement of the type of operation of city bank, especially domestic bank, through the balance sheet, that develop and evalute the general goal and policy of the financial instruments. The object of this study is that I hope to give help for exact recognition of the management situation of financial instruments and for efficient management of the domestic financial system by theoretical analyzing of ALM about efficient operating of financial instruments assets and liabilities, and by empirical analyzing about main management techniques of ALM in Korea financial instruments. The domestic financial circumstance from 1980s are facing the big changes derived from the interest liberalization, internationalization and securitization. The interest liberalization of two stages is scheduled to execute the latter half of the year in 1993. If the interest liberalization is deeply made and the capital market is upended, the total management for assets and liabilities is further needed in order to utilize this opportunity as a way of growth in the financial circles. The purpose of study is to research the application of study is to research the application of asset liability management(ALM) for raise the efficience of bank management ALM is principle to manage assets and liabilities simultaneously in the bank adminstration. I attempted that I present a fit model to the current Korean financial circumstances, also I attempted analysis through case study and drew the problems applying ALM in domestic financing, which have been emphasized government and top management should recognize and support adoption of assets liabilities management.

Der Klaviersatz im Werk Muzio Clementis

필자의 논문은 작곡가 Muzio Clementi 의 피아노 작품에 있어서 피아노 작 법에 관한 연구이다. 필자는 피아노를 위한 음악작품의 발전에 있어서 그가 기여한 역사적 의미를 무엇보다 그의 피아노 작법에서 찾았다. 1752년 Rom 에서 태어나 일찍이 영국으로 이주해 1832년 생을 마치기까지 London에서 대부 분의 생을 보낸 그는 일평생 소수의 Symphony와 더불어 몇 작품을 제외하고 는 거의 피아노를 위해 작품을 남겼다. 그의 작품은 당 시대의 많은 작곡가, 특히 Beethoven 와 더불어 후세대에게 많은 영향을 주게 된다. 그의 독특한 피아노 작법은 피아노 악기를 통해 오케스트라와 같은 소리울 림과 당시의 악기가 표현할 수 있는 다양한 소리효과를 표현하는 것에 있다. 그의 발전된 피아노 기법에는 두가지 요소가 특히 중요한 역할을 한다. 하나 는 악기의 기술적인 진보와 다른 하나는 당시의 공개연주였다. Clementi의 생전에 악기에 있어서 커다란 변화가 일어나는데 그것을 그동안 주된 건반악 기로 사용된 Cembalo와 Clarichord가 Pianoforte 에 의해 대치되는 것이었다.산업혁명의 이른 발전에 기반을 둔 영국은 18세기 후기와 19세기 전반에 유 럽의 음악 분야에 있어 주도적인 역할을 한다. Clementi가 주로 활동한 Lon- don은 Wien과 더불어 피아노 제조업의 중요한 중심지가 되고 Wien과 다른 기 술을 발전시킨 영국의 악기는 지금 현존하고 있는 피아노의 전신이 된다. 연 주회 또한 London은 소수 귀족을 위한 것이 아닌 원칙적으로 누구나 표를 사 서 참여할 수 있는 공개 연주회가 다른 유럽 도시보다 이르게 발전이 되었고 큰 규모의 연주회장들이 세워지게 된다. Clementi의 많은 피아노 작품은 바 로 이런 연주회를 위해 작곡되어 진다. 필자의 논문은 그의 피아노 작품을 그의 전기와 상관된 여섯 시기로 나누어그의 피아노 작법의 특징을 악기 발전의 역사와 음악과 관련된 사회, 문화적 인 배경의 관련속에서 분석하고 다른 작곡가의 작품과 비교함으로써 Clementi피아노 작품의 역사적 의미를 밝혀냈다.
