N형 Ge-on-Si 기판에 형성된 Pd Germanide의 열안정성 및 Schottky 장벽 분석

In this paper, thermal stability of palladium germanide (Pd germanide) is analyzed for high performance Schottky barrier germanium metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (SB Ge-MOSFETs). Pd germanide Schottky barrier diodes were fabricated on n-type Ge-on-Si substrates and the formed Pd germanide shows thermal immunity up to $450^{\circ}C$. The barrier height of Pd germanide is also characterized using two methods. It is shown that Pd germanide contact has electron Schottky barrier height of 0.569~0.631 eV and work function of 4.699~4.761 eV, respectively. Pd germanide is promising for the nanoscale Schottky barrier Ge channel MOSFETs.

A mechanism of hovering flight of small insects which is called the Weis-Fogh mechanism is applied to ship propulsion. A model of the propulsion mechanism is based on a two-dimensional model of the Weis-Fogh mechanism and consists of one or two wings in a square channel. A model ship equipped with this propulsion mechanism was made. and working tests were performed in a sea. The model ship sailed very smoothly and the moving speed of the wing was small compared with the advancing speed of the ship.

국민연금의 전략적 자산배분시 Shortfall Risk의 적합성에 관한 연구

현재 국민연금에서는 전략적 자산배분(SAA) 수립시 반영해야 하는 ‘허용위험한도’의 risk measure로 CPI 기준 shortfall risk 모형을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 현재 개별 기대수익률의 산출방식이 ad hoc하고 shortfall risk 모형 변수와 유기적으로 연동이 되지 않는 문제로 인해, 변동성이 없음에도 불구하고 소비자 물가상승률(CPI) 전망치의 상승이나 경제성장율(GDP) 전망치의 하락시에 shortfall risk가 급격히 증가하여 마치 자산배분에 따른 위험이 확대된 것처럼 보이는 착시효과가 발생하는 등 불안정하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 지적하고 실증 분석을 통해 그 대안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 첫째, CPI의 대체변수로 피셔효과의 추정식을 사용할 수 있는지를 검토하기 위해 단위근검정, 공적분검정, OLS 분석을 실행한 결과 피셔효과의 존재성을 확인하였다. 이는 피셔효과의 추정식이 CPI의 대용치로 사용될 수 있음을 의미한다. 둘째, CPI 전망치 상승시 발생하는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 피셔효과 추정식을 shortfall risk 모형 및 국내채권의 기대수익률 산출모형에 적용하였다. 셋째, 위험과 수익률의 비례관계를 반영하지 못하는 문제점과 GDP 전망치 하락시의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 국내주식의 기대수익률 산출방식(실질 GDP+CPI+Dividend)을 CAPM으로 대체한 후 CPI 와의 연동을 위해 CAPM에도 피셔효과 추정식을 적용하였다. 이를 토대로 현행방식과 제안방식을 비교ㆍ분석한 결과, 제안방식에서의 shortfall risk는 CPI 전망치의 급격한 상승이나 GDP 전망치의 하락시에도 shortfall risk의 통제값인 10% 이하에서 안정적으로 움직인다는 것이 확인되었다. 따라서 국민연금의 CPI 기준 shortfall risk 모형이 경제변수의 변동에 따라 불안정한 것은 현행모형 자체의 문제가 아니라 이 모형의 투입변수들의 구조적인 문제 즉, 주식의 기대수익률 산출체계, CPI의 대체변수 부재, 그리고 변수들 간의 연동성 결여 문제에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. Currently, Korean national pension uses shortfall risk model based on CPI as risk measure when applying Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA). However, the model creates “illusion effect” which means that shortfall risk dramatically increases although there is no change in risk at all when the forecast of CPI rises or the forecast of GDP falls, because the expected returns of individual assets are not related to CPI or GDP. This paper points out the problems and suggests the alternative ways to solve the problems. First, in order to examine if CPI variable can be replaced by the estimated Fisher equation, we perform unit root tests, co-integration tests, and OLS analysis, and find the existence of Fisher effect in Korea. Secondly, to solve the first illusion problem arising when CPI increases, the estimated Fisher equation is substituted into the expected return equation of domestic bonds. Lastly, in order to solve the second illusion problem arising when GDP drops, we replace the existing the expected return equation for domestic stocks by the CAPM that incorporates the estimated Fisher equation into it. Our model shows that shortfall risk moves stably under the 10% control region even when CPI rises or GDP drops suddenly. Therefore, the unstability of shortfall risk model of national pension when CPI and/or GDP change does not result from the shortfall risk measure itself, but from the structural inconsistency problem that the economic variables are not linked to the expected return equations of individual assets.

글로벌 금융위기 이후 신용평가산업의 환경변화 고찰과 주요 현안에 대한 정책제안

오늘날 글로벌 신용평가기관은 그 역할의 중요성에 대한 평가와는 별개로 부정적 기능에 대한 비판이 상당히 고조되고 있는 상황이다. 심지어 글로벌 금융위기를 야기한 배후요인으로 지목되기도 한다. 이러한 상황에서 G20를 중심으로 세계 각국은 신용평가기관에 대한 규제를 대폭 강화하고 있다. 본 연구는 먼저 글로벌 신용평가기관의 문제점은 무엇이며 이를 개선하고자 하는 국제적인 규제강화는 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지에 대해 살펴본다. 이어서 국내 신용평가산업의 현황과 주요 현안에 대해 살핀 후, 국내 신용평가기관과 글로벌 신용평가기관이 직면하고 있는 어려움이 어떻게 다르고 그에 따라 우리정부의 당면 현안에 대한 대응방안이 어떻게 달라져야 하는지를 다루고자 한다. 본 연구에서 다룬 중요 사안들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 금융당국은 국제적 공조 차원에서 우리나라 신용평가기관에 대한 규제를 강화하는 방향으로 신용정보법을 개정하여 시행중인데 이에 대한 문제점과 개선방향을 제시한다. 둘째, 우리나라의 경우에 특히 문제가 되고 있는 회사채발행에 있어서의 등급쇼핑과 등급인플레를 해결하기 위한 정책적 대안을 제시한다. 셋째, 최근 논의되고 있는 복수평가제의 폐지에 대한 올바른 정책 방향을 제시한다. 마지막으로 신용평가산업에 대한 진입을 완화하여 경쟁을 촉진시키는 것이 과연 바람직한 정책 방향인가에 대해 논한다. Although the role of Credit Rating Agencies (CRAs) is considered very important, there arose many blames on their negative functions after the recent global financial crisis. CRAs were even pinpointed as one of many culprits of the crisis. Under theses circumstances, G20 countries including US and European Union were strengthening the regulations on the credit rating industry. The paper analyzes the problems of global CRAs and new global regulations to tightly control them. After we illustrate current circumstances and major issues of Korean credit rating industry, we claim that Korean CRAs confront different problems and issues from those of global players and our regulatory authority should act differently from other countries. The paper provides policy suggestions on major issues of Korean credit rating industry: how to change credit information act, how to solve ``rating shopping`` and ``rating inflation`` problems, whether we should abolish the compulsory multiple rating system or not, and whether we should boost the competitions in the industry or not.

세계시민교육과 연계한 지속가능발전교육에 대한 초·중등학교 교사의 인식

세계시민교육과 지속가능발전교육을 실천할 수 있는 교사 역량의 확보와 제도적인 보완이 요구되는 상황이다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서는 지속가능발전교육과 세계시민교육에 대한 초·중등교사들의 인식을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 전국의 초·중등 교사를 대상으로 설문조사 방법이 활용되었다. 설문조사는 2016년 2월 16일부터 2016년 3월 10일까지 진행되었고, 설문지는 온라인 및 오프라인을 통해 총 225부를 배포하였으나, 총 응답자 수는 초등 98부, 중등 54부로 총 152부가 회수되었다. 교사들은 세계시민교육과 지속가능발전교육을 그 위상과 연계간의 관계 설정이 다를 뿐 이 둘을 동일교육선상에 있다고 생각하고 있었다. Securing the teachers` educational capabilities in implementing both of the Global Citizenship Education(ESD) and the Sustainable Development Education(ESD), as well as the complement of the institutional policies are essentially required. Consequently, the object of the research is to study the elementary and middle school teachers` perception on the ESD and GCE. A survey on the national Elementary and Middle School teachers has been implemented as the research method. This surveys have been conducted from the February 16th to the March 10th of 2016. Totally 225 copies of the survey sheets has been distributed throughout the on and off lines. Total number of people answered the survey were total of 152 people, 98 from the Elementary and 54 from the Middle school teachers. The teachers viewed the ESD and GCE have different reputations and a positioning in relationship to each other, but both exist in a same educational frame of reference.

The art & cultural space in the Incheon Art Platform, has established in Namgu Incheon, as a part of the Supporting Artists and as the Revitalizing the Korean Modern Art. In addition, as a concept of urban planning design and as the Networking between Artists and local residents. For this study, I analyzed overseas cases for example Tacheles and Kunstlerhaus Bethanien in Germany and P.S.I in U.S.A. and seized the present conditions of the Incheon Art Platform. The advantages that can be gained through these places are as follows: First, Incheon Art Platform has to support artists and art & cultural program, that is developing the internship program and supporting program for artists. Second, they have to increase the domestic and overseas networking by means of international exchanging program. Third, they have to can be communicated in online and off-line. lately, they have special program for the retraining and reeducation of artists.
