A New Active Locomotion Capsule Endoscopy under Magnetic Control and Automated Reading Program

Capsule endoscopy (CE) is the first-line diagnostic modality for detecting small bowel lesions. CE is non-invasive and does notrequire sedation, but its movements cannot be controlled, it requires a long time for interpretation, and it has lower image qualitycompared to wired endoscopy. With the rapid advancement of technology, several methods to solve these problems have beendeveloped. This article describes the ongoing developments regarding external CE locomotion using magnetic force, artificialintelligence-based interpretation, and image-enhancing technologies with the CE system.
스마트 키 리더기용 PIFA형 315MHz 스파이럴 안테나 설계

In this paper, PIFA(Planar Inverted-F Antenna)-type 315MHz spiral antenna for smart key ECU(Electronic Control Unit) is designed. PIFA-type structure gives easy impedance matching and antenna size reduction effect. The frequency fluctuations caused by the circuits on the PCB and the smart key ECU case have to be considered to design antenna. Antenna specifications are the center frequency of 315MHz, 10dB bandwidth of 3MHz, omni-directional radiation pattern, and antenna size of 30mm by 20mm on the PCB. we find that the measurement results are agreed to the simulation results and the smart key reader with the designed antenna is well operated in the outdoor environment.
순수 모드 II하중 하에서의 SPS 시험편의 연성파괴 특성에 관한 연구

The aim of this study is to investigate the ductile fracture behaviour under pure Mode II loading using A533B pressure vessel steel. Single punch shear(SPS) test was performed to obtain the J-R curve under pure Mode II loading which was compared with that of the Model I loading. Simulation using Rousellier Ductile Damage Theory(RDDT) was carried out with 4-node quadrilateral element(L(sub)c=0.25mm). For the crack advance, the failed element removal technique was adopted with a $\beta$ criterion. Through the $\beta$ value tuning-up procedures, $\beta$(sub)crit(sup)II was determined as 1.5 in contrast with $\beta$(sub)crit(sup)I=5.5. In conclusion, it was found that the J-R curve under Mode II loading was located at lower part than that under Mode I loading obtained from the previous study and that the $\beta$ values strongly depended on the loading type. In addition, the predicted result using RDDT showed a good agreement with the SPS experimental one under pure Mode II loading.
차량 RKE 리더기용 PIFA형 스파이럴 안테나의 설계

본 논문에서는 자동차에 사용되는 RKE(Remote Keyless Entry) 시스템용인 중심주파수가 315MHz, 433MHz 및 447MHz이 스파이럴 안테나를 PCB(Printed Circuit Board)상에 설계하고자 한다. 안테나는 선로 급전하였으며, 급전부에는 중심주파수 조정과 임피던스 정합이 용이하도록 PIFA(Planar Inverted-F Antenna) 구조를 적용하였다. 안테나는 PCB상에 인쇄되며 PCB 면적의 5% 정도인 $30mm{\times}20mm$ 이내의 크기를 갖도록 설계하였고, PCB상의 회로소자 ECU (Electronic Control Unit) 케이스, ECU가 장착되는 차체의 영향을 고려하여 설계하였다. 또한 스파이럴 선로상에 칩 인덕터를 삽입하여 315MHz와 447MHz에서 이중공진을 일으키는 이중대역 스파이럴 안테나를 설계하였다. 최종 설계된 안테나는 측정을 통해 안테나 사양을 만족함을 확인하였고, 안테나를 ECU에 장착하여 실험한 결과, 전방향에서 20m이상의 수신거리를 가지면서 정상적으로 동작함을 확인하였다. In this paper, the spiral antenna with the center frequencies of 315MHz, 433MHz, and 447MHz for RKE system of a vehicle is designed on PCB. The antenna is microstrip line-fed, and applied PIFA concept near the feeding part to easily tune center frequency and input impedance. The PIFA-type spiral antenna with the size of $30mm{\times}20mm$ is designed on printed PCB by considering the effect of circuits and components on PCB, ECU case and vehicle body. Also chip inductor inserted dual-band spiral antenna of 315MHz and 447MHz is designed. We found that the antenna designed on PCB satisfied the antenna specifications through measurement and field test.
