구문문법(construction grammar) 이론은 1980년대 후반부터 발전되어온 것으로, 최근 몇 년간 중국 언어학계에서는 이 이론을 토대로 한 문법화 연구가 지속적으로 출현하고 있다. 이 이론은 언어의 기본 단위를 ‘형식-의미의 쌍’으로 보고, 구문자체의 의미가 구문에 속한 개별 단어의 의미에 영향을 줄 수 있다는 관점에 기초하고 있다. 이러한 관점은 형식과 의미를 각각 독립된 단위로 보는 생성문법 이론뿐만 아니라, 단어의 기능을 문맥과 분리하여 고찰하는 연구방식이 직면할 수 있는 한계를 보완해준다는 이점이 있다. 통시적 측면에서 보면, 일부 단어 및 관용어의 변천은 문법화 · 어휘화 관점에서 설명하기 어려운 경우가 있는데, 구문문법 이론은 이를 구문변천의 각도에서 설명할 수 있다. 본 논문은 구문문법 이론의 기본 개념과 관점을 공시적 · 통시적 측면에서 면밀하게 분석하였는데, 특히 다음 네 가지 측면에서 연구 의의를 지닌다. 첫째, 구문을 전통언어학에서 말하는 구조식과 비교하여 분석하였다. 둘째, 구문변천을 구조식의 문법화와 비교하여 분석하였다. 이러한 비교분석을 통해, 구조식과 구문 간의 관계뿐만 아니라 구조식의 문법화와 구문변천 간의 관계를 비교적 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 하였다. 셋째, 구문문법 이론을 중국어의 다양한 실례를 들어 설명하였다. 넷째, 중국 언어학계의 구문 관련 선행연구도 함께 소개하였다. 이를 통해 구문 관련 연구가 중국언어학계에서 어느 단계까지 진행되었는지 파악할 수 있으며, 구문문법 이론을 실제로 중국어 연구에 어떻게 적용해야 하는지도 고민해볼 수 있다. The theory of construction grammar has been developed since the late 1980s, and in recent years grammaticalization studies based on this theory have continued to be published in Chinese linguistics. This theory is based on the view that the basic unit of language is ‘form-meaning pairing’ and that the meaning of the construction itself can imposes the meaning of words embedded in it. This view complements the previous approaches considering the function of words separately from the context as well as the theory of generative grammar, in which form and meaning are viewed as separate units. In addition, any changes of conventionalized units can be explained in a construction grammar framework. This paper analyzes the basic concept of construction grammar theory from a synchronic and diachronic point of view. It provides a valuable overview and analysis in the following aspects: First, a comparative analysis of ‘construction’ in construction grammar and ‘construction’ commonly referred to in traditional linguistics was made. Second, a comparative analysis of changes of construction and the grammaticalization of construction was made. These analyses make it easier to understand the relationship between the two concepts. Third, the theory of construction grammar was explained by various examples of Chinese language. Fourth, previous studies on construction in Chinese linguistics were also introduced. These approaches allow us to figure out to what level the research on construction has progressed in Chinese linguistics, and also to consider how the theory of construction grammar should be applied to Chinese studies.

As core element for technology business, the R&D staff in enterprise is the basic requirement for any innovation in the enterprise or even the county, the present status and development for such core element, can be used to estimate the technology competition ability in the country. In this paper, the status of R&D staff in Chinese, Japanese and Korean enterprise has been compared, with analysis of disadvantage for Chinese enterprise R&D staff in different aspect, the solution and suggestion for exploitation and management of Chinese enterprise R&D staff, and State Innovation System from both government and enterprise aspects, Changes on enterprise R&D staff human resource management policy, has been proposed.

본 논문은 제2외국어를 습득하는 과정에서 있어 내부언어 구사능력 체계의 작용을 출발점으로 삼고 있다. 바로 외국 학생의 중국어 구사 능력에 필요한 동기, 내부언어구사 능력 특징 체계의 구분, 체계의 균형과 비균형, 양자의 상관성에 있어 밀접도등의 문제에 대해 분석을 진행하고 있다. 아울러 본 논문은 제2외국어를 습득하는 내부 규율성에 대한 인식 및 제2외국어의 교학 효율을 높이는데 기여하고자 하는 목적을 가지고 있다. Based on the theory of Internal Language Skills System of the Second Language Acquisition, the essay explores the demand motive of foreign students on Chinese language skills, the division of Internal Language Skills System, the balance and imbalance of this system, and the affinity of both sides, to provide support for analysis on internal laws of the Second Language Acquisition and improving the efficiency of Second Language Teaching.
