      • 다중 패러다임 VoiceXML 구문지향 편집환경

        VoiceXML은 음성 기반 뵙 언어로 자동 응답 시스템에서 기존의 음성입력방법을 대체할 새로운 방법으로 W3C에서 표준화되어 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 VoiceXML 문서를 효율적으로 작성하기 위한 편집환경을 설계, 구현하였다. 제안된 편집환경은 사용자에게 VoiceXML문서에 다양한 정보를 동시에 보여주기 위해 다중 패러다임 개념을 제공하여 문서작성의 효율을 높여주며, 모든 편집기가 공동의 파스트리를 공유하여 편집기간의 무결성을 보장한다. VoiceXML, a new approach to alternate the existing voice-input approaches for Automatic-Response System, has standardized by W3C and is widely being used as a voice-based web language. In this paper, we design and implement an editing environment for effective generation of VoiceXML documents. Our Suggested editing environment improves the efficiency of document generation so that it provides multi-paradigm concept for simultaneous presentation of various information in the VoiceXML documents. And it guarantees the transparency during the whole editing period by co-operating the common parse tree for these editors.

        다중 뷰 편집환경을 위한 점진적 다중진입 지원 파서에 대한 연구

        As computer performance and needs of user convenience increase, computer user interface are also changing. This changes had great effects on software development environment. In past, text editors like vi or emacs on UNIX OS were the main development environment. These editors are very strong to edit source code, but difficult and not intuitive compared to GUI(Graphical User Interface) based environment and were used by only some experts. Moreover, the trends of software development environment was changed from command line to GUI environment and GUI Editor provides usability and efficiency. As a result, the usage of text based editor had decreased. However, because GUI based editor use a lot of computer resources, computer performance and efficiency are decreasing. The more contents are, the more time to verify and display the contents it takes. In this paper, we provide a new parser that provide multi view editing, incremental parsing and multiple entry of abstract syntax tree.

        탬플릿 기반 XML 문서 생성기의 설계 및 구현

        Web development and Internet technology development bring many kinds of works to web. This is the main reason why XML, document standard is popular. XML in web can be used to express document template or standard. XML with java can be more powerful and general. For example, XML can be used to transmit data and to print data into the screen using Ajax in JSP(Java Server Page) and to make interfaces in android, which is useful to reduce development cycle. However, XML is not easy to learn for the novice. In this paper, we propose the easy and effective way to reduce the learning curve of XML and to make and use XML documents. For the purpose, we suggest template base XML document generation and we design and implement XML document generator based on Template. XML document generator of template-based provides user interface and layout of XML document. So, users can generate XML document easily and effectively.

        Zoomable User Interface를 이용한 햅틱 기술 기반 소형장비 사용자 인터페이스 설계 및 구현

        Computing environments are being more and more various due to the development of technologies. While existing computing environments used for fixed locations or particular purposes by requesting big scale monitors or complicate calculation performance, recent computing environments are used for a variety of locations and for a diversity of purposes by using various devices. Because of the needs, digital device convergence, which emphases portability and mobility, came out. However, almost researches for user interface are performed for big scale monitors or complicate calculation performance until now. By the reason, user interface on each small device is different from others, or is not appropriate for the purpose of small device. Therefore, this research is to design Zoomable User Interface (ZUI) that adapts for small devices by adding the existing user interface on small devices and haptic technologies, and to implement a user interface for PDA devices.

      • 비 시각환경을 위한 음성 기반 웹 브라우징에 관한 연구

        인터넷 붐을 타고 현재 WWW에는 수많은 자료들이 축적되어 있다. 단순히 WWW의 페이지만을 따져도 수많은 페이지를 가지고 있고, 이제는 Gopher, Ftp, News group 또한 WWW 인터페이스를 통해 엑세스가 가능하다. 이러한 수많은 자료가 웹상에서 링크로 연결되어 있고 자료가 늘어날수록 이러한 링크 또한 늘어난다. 현재까지 대부분 이러한 환경에서의 웹 브라우징은 전통적인 컴퓨터에서 시각 브라우져(Visual Browser)를 이용하고 있다. 하지만 매체가 발달하고 다양한 방법을 이용한 웹 브라우징이 요구되고 있다. 특히, 시각적으로 결함이 있거나 웹 브라우징 할 때 모니터를 보지 않거나 셀룰러 폰과 같은 제한된 출력화면을 가진 장치 등에서의 웹 브라우징이 요구되고 있고 이러한 것은 많은 통신 사용자들에게 유용한 도구가 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 비 시각환경에서 웹 브라우징을 위한 언어에 필요한 구성요소와 특징을 고찰하고자 한다.

        음성 지원 WML 브라우져의 설계

        이동 통신 기기의 발달과 확산에 따라 이동 통신을 이용한 인터넷의 사용의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 인터넷을 이동 통신 기기에 적용하는 새로운 서비스가 요구되고 있다. 이에 많은 이동 통신 장치들을 위한 새로운 방법의 인터넷 접근 기술을 연구하고 있으며 WML과 WAP을 이용한 이동 통신 장치와 인터넷과의 연결이 모색되고 있다. 그러나 이동 통신 장치의 작은 디스플레이는 인터넷 사용에 제약점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 음성 지원을 지원하는 WML 브라우져를 설계하여 제약점을 극복하고자 한다. According to development and diffusion of mobile communication device. the needs to use internet service with mobile communication device has increasing, so, new services has required for mobile communication device to use internet, therefore, internet accessing technologies are researched for many mobile communication device and the connection that utilize WML and WAP, between mobile communication device and internet is being researched. But, small display of mobile communication device has weak point to use internet, so, in this paper, we design the voice supported WML Browser to overcome the weak point.

        MVC 프레임 워크를 사용한 VoiceXML 다중 뷰 편집기의 설계 및 구현

        본 논문에서는 음성 웹 언어인 VoiceXML의 작성 효율을 향상하기 위한 다중 뷰 편집기를 설계 및 구현하였다. VoiceXML 다중 뷰 편집기는 다중 뷰를 제공하기 위해 MVC (Model-View-Controller) 프레임워크을 이용하였다. MVC 프레임워크를 이용한 다중 뷰 편집기는 핵심 자료구조인 모델과 인터페이스인 뷰, 모델과 뷰를 제어하기 위한 제어기로 구성된다. MVC 프레임워크에서 모델은 추상 구문 트리와 추상 문법으로 구성되며 뷰는 역파싱 규칙과 역파서로 구성되고 제어기는 명령어 처리기와 트리 조작기로 구성된다. VoiceXML 다중 뷰 편집기는 문서의 구조, 내용, 흐름을 동시에 보여주어 기존 XML 편집기의 단점을 극복할 수 있다. MVC 프레임워크가 적용된 VoiceXML 다중 뷰 편집기는 여러 편집기를 통해 동시에 다양한 편집 뷰 (View)를 제공함으로써 사용자에게 음성 웹 문서 작성의 편의성을 제공하여 효율을 높일 수 있으며 여러 개의 뷰가 하나의 모델을 가짐으로써 편집기들의 무결성을 보장하도록 하였다. In this paper, we design and implement a multiple-view VoiceXML editor to improve editing efficiency of the VoiceXML. The VoiceXML multiple-view Editor uses a MVC framework to support multiple views and paradigm. Our multiple-view editor consists of Model. View and Controller using MVC framework. A model, core data structure. is constructed of abstract syntax tree and abstract grammar. A view. user interface. is formalized in unparsing rules and unparser. A controller. to control model and view. is made of command interpreter and tree handler. The VoiceXML multiple-view editor overcomes a drawbacks of existing XML editors by showing document structure and context concurrently. as well as document flows. Our VoiceXML multiple-view editor. which MVC framework has been applied, provides various editing views concurrently to users. Thereby. it supports efficient and convenient editing environments for voice-web documents to users and it guarantees transparency of editors. as various views have a same consistent model.

        The business is faced with the situation must improve a power in an increasingly competitive environment due to the recent rapid advance in information technology and the opening and expansion of global market, fast technological change, and various customer demand. The rapid change in information technology is having an effect on not only all the processes to develop products, but information contents that is provided for the purpose of customer value, and the appearance of products. In other words, the information technology is being recognized as a very important factor among other factors for companies to enhance their competitiveness. In addition, it is more efficient to focus on key factor to maintain the competitive advantage on the using of information technology by outsourcing information systems, rather than by operating the systems under their own. Since the global financial crisis, the long-term recession has been increasing companies who is ready to adopt outsourcing or adopted already. This study is to understand the environment and unique characteristics of outsourcing services and related industries focusing on information system operation and management in information outsourcing services, and is to set the concept needed through my theory that is connected to the service quality and customer satisfaction. A lot of business wiew the improvement of service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction as the major factors of business growth, and lots of ongoing studies have focused on service management in the Information outsourcing service industry. Yet few studies have ever concentrated on the quality of information system operation management service. This study, moreover, is to define the quality of service related with customer satisfaction from customer’s viewpoint, measuring effects on customer satisfaction. The quality of outsourcing service on information system in this study is a great help to companies who are offering information outsourcing service, and company’s managers and staffs who outsourcedto specialized company.

        Binary XML을 이용한 전자출결시스템 설계 및 개발

        Due to recent development in mobile devices, the mobile device utilization and many related applications have been increasing. Most of initial applications on mobile devices just showed simple information, but now they processes huge data. However, smart devices have certain limitations in processing massive data. Especially, if the size of data increases, the speed of data processing adversely decreases, so the performance of programs also decreases. If hardware specification of the mobile devices is not enough to handle it, response time will be drastically delayed. To overcome these drawbacks, most of application running on mobile devices communicate with their servers to manage data. XML is a proper language for data communication to send and receive data between servers and mobile devices, because it defines rules of document's format and it is a textual data format and small-sized language. However, mobile devices have limitation such as memory, CPU and wireless network to process huge data and XML also takes a lot of time to communicate with servers and devices and handle data, so it could be overhead in service time. Binary XML is an alternative of performance improvement in data processing, which has XML's benefits and minimizes the XML size by binary coding. However, most of binaryXML which are used on applications don't fit on mobile applications. In this paper, we surveyed many kinds of binaryXML, compared merits and demerits to find a binaryXML for mobile applications. We propose how to use binary XML and implemented an electronic attendance system using binary XML to overcome the limitation of XML and to reduce the load of data communications between servers and devices.
