        헤어샵 종사자의 직업몰입과 이직의도에 관한 연구

        Members of personality, assertive personality distinct generations and today has a choice job is very important and growing importance of occupational commitment with the continuous efforts and interest in my career. These social changes with the cosmetic industry is growing rapidly while the increases jyeoteuna interest in the profession of hair salon professionals, the situation does not reduce the high turnover so far. Thus, the importance of corporate involvement of employees increased hair salon emerged as an important topic that has become necessary to reduce turnover and a systematic strategy to organize employees. The purpose of this study was to present a variety of ways, depending on the approach of the general characteristics of our employees to study for a degree of professional commitment and turnover of hair salon professionals. Surveyed in this study was set up to target a hair salon workers working in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, in June 2014 16 since July 15, 2014 until the investigation has been carried out by deploying a total of 750 questionnaires 736 add-final. It was used to analyze data. Implication in accordance with the present findings. First, employee recruitment and training, selection, reduction in turnover through institutional arrangements such as placement, Second, performance levels to increase the occupational commitment of the employees in the lowest position and compensation measures take third, It can present such clear provisions promotion and advancement failure retraining system.

      • 융합교육의 관점에서 본 초등학교 학생자치활동 사례연구

        융합이 강조되는 다양한 사회적, 학문적 요구에 따라 우리나라 교육 현장에서도 미래사회가 요구하는 융합형 인재를 기르기 위한 ‘융합교육’이 강조되고 있다. 융합교육은 현실의 문제를 다각적인 시각으로 이해하고 해결하기 위해 필요한 융합역량을 함양하고, 궁극적으로는 미래 사회가 요구하는 융합형 인재를 기르기 위한 교육이다. 이에 따라 2015개정 교육과정에서는 미래 사회가 요구하는 핵심역량을 함양하고 바른 인성을 지닌 창의·융합 인재 양성을 교육의 목표로 제시하며 ‘융합교육를 통한 융합인재 양성’이라는 교육 패러다임이 생겨났다. 우리나라에서는 과학기술 교과를 중심으로 다른 교과와의 연결을 시도하는 융합교육의 한 형태인 STEAM교육이 ‘융합인재교육’이라는 이름으로 활발하게 안내 및 확산되면서 융합교육의 대명사처럼 여겨지고 있다. 그러나 융합교육을 과학 중심의 융합인 STEAM교육이라고 생각하는 좁은 이해에서 벗어나 융합의 핵심 개념이나 주제를 다양화하고, 학생들이 배운 것을 자신의 실생활 문제와 연결 지을 수 있는 방향으로 융합교육을 지속할 필요가 있다. 학생들의 앎과 삶를 연결하는 융합교육 실현이 가능할 때, 21세기 미래사회가 요구하는 진정한 창의·융합인재를 양성하는 교육으로서 융합고육이 가치를 인정받을 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 초등학교 학생자치활동의 실제를 이해하고, 융합교육의 관점에서 학생자치활동의 고육적 가치를 살펴보는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 경상남도 통영시에 위치한 G초등학교에서 실시한 3년간의 학생자치활동 사례를 연구대상으로 설정하여 질적 사례 연구를 실시했다. 질적 사례 연구는 사례를 탐색하여 심층적인 자료를 수집하고, 사례 기술과 사례분석을 실시하는 연구방법이다.

        헤어살롱 종사자의 감성지능과 고객지향성 및 조직성과의 관계

        Purpose: This study investigated the effects of emotional intelligence on the customer orientation and organizational performance of hair salon workers and the effects of customer orientation on their organizational performance. Through our research, we recognized the importance of emotional intelligence for hair salon workers, and we have suggested methods of management that are likely to be more effective. Methods: Data from 239 questionnaires administered to hair salon workers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas were analyzed using frequency and reliability analyses by employing SPSS 22.0. Further, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed on the data using AMOS 21.0. Results: Emotional intelligence had a significant effect on customer orientation and organizational performance, and customer orientation had a significant effect on organizational performance. Conclusion: The implications of this study include the necessity to manage emotional intelligence efficiently and to create an atmosphere where workers can recognize and express themselves as they are. Further, workers need systemic and educational support to maximize their ability to utilize their full emotional range. 목적: 본 연구는 헤어살롱 종사자를 대상으로 감성지능이 고객지향성과 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고 고객지향성이 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해 헤어살롱 종사자의 감성지능의 중요성을 인식하고 바람직한 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다. 방법: 서울, 경기 지역의 헤어살롱 종사자를 대상으로 설문지법을 통해 수집된 자료 239부는SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 21.0을 통해 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 감성지능이 고객지향성, 조직성과에 부분적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 고객지향성이 조직성과에유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 감성지능을 효율적으로 관리할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 결론: 본 연구 결과에따른 시사점으로는 먼저 있는 그대로의 자신을 인식하고 표현할 수 있는 분위기를 조성해야 하고, 감정활용을 극대화할 수 있는 제도와 교육지원이 필요하며, 감성경영 도입으로 조직성과를 높이기 위해 힘써야 할 것이다.

        전공별 미용학과 대학생의 교육자 인식과 교육 만족도의 영향 관계

        Abstract abstract: Due to the quality demands of higher university education in self-service industry recognizes the need for and importance of learner-centered education, and is committed to the professional hairdressing training. As gradually increase the support rate beauty related subjects than in the past, the need for research for the development of cosmetic departments have been raised. In this study, we understand the impact the relationship between beauty Major college educators awareness and education satisfaction, and viewed at by dividing the majors, more high-quality education and the future provide information and academic materials necessary for the development of cosmetic department for that purpose there. Department of Beauty Arts and analyzed through a questionnaire District targets students, educators were aware of this can be seen to affect the educational satisfaction, it was found that the important part is to think in different majors. Implications The results of this study in accordance with the first, there is a need for excellent teachers and diversification of training programs that can improve the quality of education. Second, in addition to beauty-related technology and theory training and marketing management, computers, foreign languages and other cultural and educational needs of the subjects, practical courses that can be put immediately to the site it is required. Third, hairdressing training is given to meet the needs of self-realization have their own values and subjects of the need for toughness and etiquette as part of the service sector should help increase self-esteem.

        헤어살롱 관리자의 코칭리더십이 구성원의 문제해결능력과 직무성과에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of coaching leadership of hair salon managers on the problem-solving ability and job performance of the salons’ members so as to propose a method to improve job performance. Methods: The data of the 378 questionnaires administered to hair salon workers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas were analyzed by frequency analysis and reliability analysis by employing SPSS 22.0. Furthermore, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed using AMOS 21.0. Results: The results revealed that coaching leadership has a significant effect on problem-solving ability and job performance. Furthermore, problem-solving ability has a significant effect on job performance. Consequently, it can be deduced that coaching leadership is an important factor involved in enhancing job performance. Conclusion: First, the task evaluation system should be eliminated and efforts should be made to develop competencies. Second, specific directions and aims should be provided. Third, a positive relationship between managers and members should be cultivated. 목적: 본 연구는 헤어살롱 관리자의 코칭리더십이 구성원의 문제해결 능력과 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하여, 직무성과를 높일 수 있는 방법을 제안하고, 나아가 미용 산업의 경영전략과 인적자원관리에 필요한 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방법: 서울, 경기 지역의 헤어살롱 종사자를 대상으로 설문지법을 통해 수집된 자료 378부는 SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 21.0을 통해 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 코칭리더십이 문제해결 능력, 직무성과에 부분적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 문제해결 능력이 직무성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 코칭리더십이 직무성과를 높이는 중요한 요소임을 확인하였다. 결론: 본 연구 결과에 따른 시사점으로는 첫째, 업무 평가제를 없애고 역량 개발에 힘써야 하고, 둘째, 구체적인 방향과 비전을 제시해야 하며, 셋째, 관리자와 구성원간의 원활한 관계를 유지해야 할 것이다.

        Beauty products are the main things for sales improvements along with beauty services and many kinds of beauty products are provided. Companies are establishing variable marketing strategies to promote these products selling. On this research, it has a purpose to provide academic studies about future beauty industry developments and information about sales of product promotion by understanding that consumer`s decision-making tendency has a impacts on purchasing behavior and advertisement acceptance attitude. the effect that advertisement acceptation attitudes for cosmetic treatment goods of decision-making type influences the purchasing action for cosmetic treatment goods, it appeared partly meaningful in effecting purchasing actions. Therefore, consumer`s decision making has an effect on advertisement acceptance attitude and purchasing behavior. Accordingly, when developing a marketing strategy for sales promotion of beauty products, it is considered that more systematic and epoch-making strategy can be established by taking consumer`s decision making tendency and advertisement acceptance attitude into account. Also, I hope that this research which based on beauty product consumer would help on development of beauty industry and sale increase.

        This study of the consumer decision-making groups by type of attitude to learn about advertising, according to the group decision-making type hair cosmetic advertising attitudes and purchase behavior by understanding the future of the beauty industry to promote the development and product sales to provide the necessary information and scientific data aims. Groups according to the type of decision-making beauty products a result of examining the difference between ad attitude, that there is a significant difference was found, according to the group decision-making type of beauty products have seen the difference in purchasing behavior results, in part, that there is no significant difference appeared. Thus, depending on group decision-making types of hair cosmetics advertising attitudes and purchase behavior that there is a significant difference was found. This type of decision-making by groups when faced with hair cosmetics ads, each looks different responses, that means buying behavior also changes. Thus, hair growth and cosmetics products for profit marketing strategies and advertising of consumer decision-making type of attitude, considering diverse and innovative strategies to help you will be able to suggest. Of modern society in order to survive in the endless competition equipped with uncluttered appearance, and hairstyle order to have a beautiful appearance is very important. Beauty hair cosmetics market gradually increased sales will account for a large proportion reported, the beauty industry to promote the sale of the consumer's purchase behavior was investigated the significance of that place.
