Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) treatment with argon and a mixture of argon and oxygen gases has been used to modify the surface of polycarbonate (PC) substrates. The results showed that the surface contact angle was inversely proportional to the plasma discharge power and that the mixed-gas plasma (gas flow 10:10 sccm, discharge power 60 W) decreased the surface contact angle as low as $18.3^{\circ}$, indicating a large increase in the surface hydrophilicity. In addition, $SnO_2$ thin films deposited on the PC substrate effectively enhanced the ICP plasma treatment, and could also enhance the usefulness of PC in the inner parts of automobiles.

웹 2.0을 이끌어가는 원동력이라고 할 수 있는 일반 개인 사용자의 참여와 공유는 블로그, 소셜 네트워크(Social Network), 집단지성, 소셜 북마크(Social Bookmark), 태깅(Tagging)등의 다양한 형태로 나타나고 있다. 이 중에서 소셜 북마크는 개인이 사용하는 북마크를 웹에 추가하여 공유함으로써, 다수의 사람들이 유용하다고 생각하는 북마크에 대한 정보를 기반으로 한 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 개념이다. 딜리셔스(Delicious.com)는 소셜 북마크 서비스의 대표적인 사례라고 할 수 있으며, 북마크에 사용자들이 붙인 태그를 이용하여 검색서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문은 북마크 검색에 대해 개인화된 검색결과를 추천하기 위하여 사용자 태그를 기반으로 하여 딜리셔스가 제공하는 북마크들의 순위를 재순위화 하는 방법론을 제안하였다. 또한 태그유사도를 기반으로 한 태그 네트워크를 이용하여 사용자의 검색어에 의미적으로 유사한 다른 태그들도 순위에 반영될 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 실험을 통하여 딜리셔스가 제시하는 순위에 비해 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템의 재순위화 결과가 사용자들에게 더 만족스러우며 정확성도 높음을 확인하였다. The participation and share between personal users are the driving force of Web 2.0, and easily found in blog, social network, collective intelligence, social bookmarking and tagging. Among those applications, the social bookmarking lets Internet users to store bookmarks online and share them, and provides various services based on shared bookmarks which people think important.Delicious.com is the representative site of social bookmarking services, and provides a bookmark search service by using tags which users attach to the bookmarks. Our paper suggests a method re-ranking the ranks from Delicious.com based on user tags in order to provide personalized bookmark recommendations. Moreover, a method to consider bookmarks which have tags not directly related to the user query keywords is suggested by using tag network based on Jaccard similarity coefficient. The performance of suggested system is verified with experiments that compare the ranks by Delicious.com with new ranks of our system.
전자빔 조사에 따른 CrAlN/SKD61의 표면경도 및 내마모도 개선효과

Intense electron beam was irradiated on the CrAlN thin films deposited in SKD61 under different incident energies and then the effect of electron beam irradiation on the enhancement of surface hardness and wear resistance was investigated. Surface hardness and wear resistance of the CrAlN films is increased proportionally with the electron beam energy. While the surface hardness of as deposited CrAlN film is Hv (0.1 g·f) 450, the hardness oflectron irradiated (600 eV) film is Hv (0.1 g·f) 2050. The width of wear track of the untreated SKD61 is X_μm, while the track-width of the electron irradiated CrAlN (600 eV) film is 787 μm, respectively. From the observed results, it is supposed that the optimal electron beam irradiation can be one of the useful surface treatment technologies for the enhancement of surface hardness and wear resistance of CrAlN/SKD61, simultaneously. u-City 통합운영센터는 u-City 운영의 가장 기본이면서 기존 도시와 u-City를 차별화 하는 중요한 요소이다. 이에 따라 도시통합운영센터에서 효과적으로 제공해야 하는 u-City 서비스 선정을 위한 분류가 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 u-City 도시통합운영센터의 중요 기능인 관제에 해당하는 서비스들을 분류하고 향후 u-City 도시통합운영센터를 구축할 때 관제 관점에서 고려되어야 할 서비스들에 대하여 제언하고자 한다.
Ag 나노완충층 두께에 따른 AZO/Ag 투명전극의 전기광학적 특성 연구

Al doped ZnO (AZO) single layer and AZO/Ag bi-layered films were deposited on the glass substrates by radio frequency and direct current magnetron sputtering and then the effect of Ag buffer layer on the electrical and optical properties of the films was investigated. The thicknesses of AZO upper layer was kept as 100 nm, while Ag buffer layer was varied from 5 to 15 nm. The observed results mean that opto-electrical properties of the AZO films is influenced with Ag buffer layer and AZO film with 10 nm thick Ag buffer layer show the higher opto-electrical performance than that of the AZO single layer film prepared in this study. SnO₂ single layer films (100 nm thick) and 2 nm thick Ni intermediated SnO₂ films were deposited on glass substrate by RF and DC magnetron sputtering without intentional substrate heating and then the influence of the Ni interlayer on the electrical and optical properties of the films were investigated. As deposited SnO₂ single layer films show the optical transmittance of 82.6% in the visible wavelength region and a resistivity of 6.6 × 10<sup>-3 </sup>Ωcm, while SnO₂/Ni/SnO₂ trilayer films show a lower resistivity of 2.7 × 10<sup>-3 </sup> Ωcm and an optical transmittance of 76.3% in this study. Based on the figure of merit, it can be concluded that the intermediate Ni thin film effectively enhances the opto-electrical performance of SnO₂ films for use as transparent conducting oxides in flexible display applications. The ZTO single layer and ZTO/Ag/ZTO tri-layer films were deposited on glass substrates by using the radio frequency (RF) and direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering and then rapid thermal annealed (RTA) in a low pressure condition for 10 minutes at 150 and 300℃, respectively. As deposited tri-layer films show the 81.7% of visible transmittance and 4.88 × 10<sup>-5</sup> Ωcm of electrical resistivity, while the films annealed at 300℃ show the increased visible transmittance of 82.8%. The electrical resistivity also decreased as low as 3.64 × 10<sup>-5</sup> Ωcm. From the observed results, it is concluded that rapid thermal annealing (RTA) is an attractive post-deposition process to optimize the opto-elecrtical properties of ZTO/Ag/ZTO tri-layer films for the various display applications. 100 nm thick Sn doped ZnO (ZTO) single layer, 15 nm thick Ag buffered ZTO (ZTO/Ag), Ag interme-diated ZTO (ZTO/Ag/ZTO) and Ag capped ZTO (Ag/ZTO) films were prepared on poly-carbonate (PC) sub-strates by RF and DC magnetron sputtering and then the influence of the Ag thin film on the optical and electrical properties of ZTO films were investigated. As deposited ZTO thin films show the visible transmittance of 81.8%, while ZTO/Ag/ZTO trilayer films show a higher visible transmittance of 82.5% in this study. From the observed results, it can be concluded that the 15 nm thick Ag interlayer enhances the opto-electrical performance of ZTO thin films effectively for use as flexible transparent conducting oxides films in various opto-electrical applications. In this work, in order to effectively improve the electrical conductivity and visible light transmittance of ZnO thin films, ZnO single layer and ZnO/Ag bi-layer films were deposited on glass substrates by radio frequency and direct current magnetron sputtering, and then, the effects of an Ag buffer layer and electron beam irradiation on the electrical and optical properties of the films were investigated. The observed results indicate that ZnO 100 nm / Ag 7 nm films show higher opto-electrical performance than the ZnO single layer film. In addition, electron beam irradiation also effectively enhanced the visible transmittance and electrical conductivity of the ZnO/Ag bi-layer films.
