의암 류인석의 국외 항일투쟁지에 대한 재조명

류인석의 국외 활동지는 일제강점 이후 국외 항일투쟁의 중요한 거점이 되었 던 지역으로 정확한 지역을 규명하는 작업은 대단히 중요하다. 류인석이 초산에 서 압록강을 건너 중국 요동지역으로 들어가 정착하였던 통화현(通和縣) 오도 구(五道溝)는 현재의 통화현(通和縣) 과송진(果松鎭) 오도구(五道溝)로 비정된 다. 그리고 통화현(通和縣) 팔왕동(八王洞)으로 옮겼는데, 이곳은 현재의 집안 현(輯安縣) 재원진(財源鎭) 마제구(馬蹄溝) 근처로 신개하(新開河)가 혼강(渾 江)으로 합류되는 지점인 패왕촌(覇王村)이다. 말년에 순국한 곳은 관전현(寬甸 縣) 방취구(芳翠溝)로 현재 요녕성 단동시(丹東市) 관전현(寬甸縣) 보달원향(步 達遠鄕) 고령지촌(高嶺地村) 고려구(高麗溝)이다. 연해주 지역의 활동지로는 블라디보스토크로 들어가 연추(煙秋) 중별리(中別 里)에서 활동하였는데, 이곳은 현재 크라스키노 추카노보 마을로 추정된다. 이 어 거주하였던 서계동(西溪洞)은 현재의 비노그라드야강 일대, 시지미(時芝味) 는 나르바강 일대이고 맹령(孟嶺)은 바라바시 일대로 비정되고 있다. 류인석이 13도의군 도총재로 추대된 재구(梓溝)는 아직 명확하게 규명되어 있지는 않지만 현재의 베르고보예 마을 인근 마루문카 강 일대로 추정한다. 그 후 옮겨간 유정구(柳亭口)는 현재 체르니코프카에 있는 무치나야역 동북쪽 마을이고, 목화촌(木花村)은 포그라니치나야역의 동북쪽에 있는 보그슬라브카 지역으로 비정된다. 다만 연해주에서 가장오랫동안 거주하였던 운현(雲峴)은 아직 명확하게 규명하지 못하였다. Character Education Method Through Myungsimbokam (明心寶鑑)

As the compass of achieving this goal, we need to make the best use of Myungsimbokam (明心寶鑑). Myungsimbokam has been used as a textbook for children for hundred years from pre-modern times to today. It has also contributed to developing the morality of our country by offering virtues such as diligence, prudence, perseverance, filial piety, friendship, integrity, humility, alertness, respect, probation, frugality, confidence, and generosity. Ultimately, all these virtues have contributed to cultivating ethical sense of our contemporaries. Traditionally, confucianism has long been the focus of ruling ideas in our country. In this regard, character is based on Mencius’ benevolence. That is to say that by cultivating character, people seem to get distinguishable wisdom, a mind of respect and humility, deep affection, and a sense of honor. As the compass of achieving this goal, we need to make the best use of Myungsimbokam (明心寶鑑). Myungsimbokam has been used as a textbook for children for hundred years from pre-modern times to today. Motivated by a software development project, we propose a production scheduling algorithm for the block assembly shop in a shipbuilding company. The problem is very complicated and time consuming because both production scheduling and spatial arrangement of each block should be determined simultaneously. To solve the spatial scheduling problem, we propose an improved algorithm, named the LCA (Largest Contact Area) policy. Using real shipyard data, we showed that the block assembly scheduling system based on the policy made a good performance.

大韓獨立愛國團 江原道團에 대하여

대한독립애국단은 1919년 5월 권인채(權仁采)·신현구(申鉉九)·김순호(金順 皓)·문봉의(文鳳儀)·김상덕(金相德) 등이 효율적이고 조직적인 독립운동을 전개 할 목적으로 서울에서 결성한 항일 독립운동 단체이다. 본부는 서울에 있었지만, 강원도단인 철원군단의 활동이 두드러져 철원애국단으로 불리기도 한다. 주요 활동으로는 임시정부와 연락하면서 국내 비밀 연락 조직인 연통제(聯通制) 구실을 충실히 수행하고, 나아가 임시정부를 위한 군자금 모금과 선전 임무 등을 수행하였다. 강원도의 경우 연통제가 제대로 구성되지 않은 상황에서 대한독립애국 단 강원도단이 상해 대한민국임시정부와 지속적인 연락을 취하며 활동을 전개하여 임시정부의 국내업무를 대행한 기관이었다는 점에서 의의가 크다. 이처럼 대한독립애국단 강원도단은 1년이 채 안 되는 짧은 기간 항일투쟁을 전개 하였지만, 신교육을 받은 젊은 청장년층을 중심으로 불교·기독교·유학자 등 다양 한 사상·계층이 참여하여 전민족적인 항일투쟁을 전개하였으며, 1920년대 강원지 역 항일투쟁의 기반을 조성했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. The Korea Independent Patriotic Union is an anti-Japanese independence movement group formed in Seoul in May 1919 with the aim of launching an efficient and organized independence movement. Although its headquarters were in Seoul, it is also called Cheorwon Patriotic Union because of its outstanding activities. The main activity is to faithfully carry out the role of smoke control, a secret domestic liaison organization, while contacting the temporary government of the Republic of Korea. Furthermore, the government carried out military fund raising and propaganda missions for the provisional government. As such, the Korea Independent Patriotic Union staged a brief anti-Japanese struggle for less than a year, but they performed outstanding activities. A variety of ideas and classes were attended, mainly from young adults who received new education. It is meaningful in that it laid the foundation for anti-Japanese struggles in Gangwon Province in the 1920s.
