대통령기록의 구조와 특징에 관한 연구 - e지원시스템 생산기록(기록관리비서관실)을 중심으로

본 연구는 대통령기록의 특성 및 생산맥락에 기반한 기록서비스를제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 e지원시스템의 설계 방향 및 특징을 살핀 후 e지원시스템에서 생산된 기록의 구조와 특징을분석하였다. 분석 대상 기록 유형은 e지원문서카드, e지원메모, e지원일정, e지원일지, e지원지시카드, 개별업무시스템_말씀록DB 등 6종이다. 다음으로 대통령기록포털의 기록서비스 분석을 통해 현재의 기록서비스는 기록의 생산맥락 및 특징을 온전히 드러내지 못함을 지적하였다. 이에 대통령기록의 특성과 맥락에 기반한 서비스 전략으로 각기록건의 카드(e지원문서카드 등)를 중심으로 한 서비스, 기록의 구조적 이해와 기록의 연계에 주목한 서비스를 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to propose a record service based on the characteristics and production context of presidential records. To this end, we first looked at the design direction and characteristics of the e-jiwon system and then analyzed the structure and characteristics of records produced by the e-jiwon system. There are six types of records to be analyzed: e-jiwon document card, memo, schedule, diary, instruction card, and individual business system_speech DB. Next, through analysis of the Presidential Records Portal’s records service, it was pointed out that the current records service does not fully reveal the production context and characteristics of records. Accordingly, as a service strategy based on the characteristics and context of presidential records, a service centered on each record card (e-jiwon document card, etc.) and a service that focuses on structural understanding of records and linkage between records were proposed.

The objectives of this study are to clarify the impacts of the stack effect in super high-rise residential complex and to present methods to reduce the stack effect. For the evaluation of the impact of the stack effect, computer program simulations based on the network model were performed for a real super high-rise residential building. The results of the evaluation show that the problems due to the stack effect may be reduced by adequate architectural design solutions such as increasing air-tightness of building envelope, zoning the space, and installing vestibules around entrance doors and elevator hall door.

The objective of this study is to analyze and evaluate the impact of the stack effect in high-rise buildings for solving the various problems resulting from it. For the evaluation of the impact of the stack effect, computer program simulations based on the network model were performed for a typical high-rise office building. The results of the simulations show that the impact caused by the stack effect is mainly dependent on building envelope air-tightness and internal airflow resistance, so the problems due to the stack effect may be solved to some extent by installing vestibules around entrance doors and doors serving elevators, and by zoning the elevators.

The objective of this study is to develop an optimized Artificial Neural Network(ANN) model to predict the descending time of room air temperature. For this, program for predicting room air temperature and ANN program using generalized delta rule were collected through simulation for predicting room air temperature. ANN was trained and the ANN model having the optimized values-learning rate, moment, bias, number of hidden layer, and number of neuron of hidden layer was presented.

The objective of this study is to improve the control performance of Ondol system which causes overheating and underheating with 2-position on/off control. For this, a predictive control that determines the suitable on/off positions using Artificial Neural Network(ANN) model was proposed Dynamic analyses using computer simulation show that the neural network used in the predictive control is adapted to each room whose loads variation and thermal characteristics are different. To examine the applicability of this predictive control with ANN it was compared with 2-position on/off control through experiments.
