모바일 트래픽의 증가와 새로운 서비스의 진화방향은 5세대 이동통신 기술을 요구하고 있다. 혁신적 접근방법의 5세대 이동통신 기술은 이를 실험하고 검증하기 위한 테스트베드 구현이 바탕이 되어야 한다. 또한, 다각도의 핵심 성능 파라미터에 부합하는 각 기술 요소 간 연동 및 점진적 접근방법에 따라 발전하는 4세대 이동통신 기술과의 공존성 검증은 개방형 글로벌 테스트베드의 실현을 필요로 한다. 본고에서는 5세대 이동통신의 요구사항 및 주요기술을 소개하며, 세계 각국과 기관에서 제시하고 있는 5세대 글로벌 테스트베드 구축을 위한 기술동향을 분석하여 소개하고자 한다. 개방형 5세대 테스트베드는 개별적으로 개발된 5세대 기술들의 통합 시험 및 서비스 시험을 제공함으로써 새로운 통신시장 발전의 터전이 될 것이다.

The Bacillus subtilis endo-b-1,4-glucanase gene (beg), which encodes the enzyme BEG that comprises 499 amino acid residues, was mutated by error-prone polymerase chain reaction and DNA shuffling to make variants with improved functionalities. The mutated DNAs were transformed into Escherichia coli DH5a, and among the 1370 transformants, a positive clone 8-20 was obtained finally based on a halo assay and thermostability and alkaline tolerance analyses. The mutated enzyme BEG8-20 of clone 8-20 was changed at seven amino acid residues compared to the wild-type enzyme BEGwt: K45E, I102Y, M112V, D226Y, D295E, L423S, and D460G. The optimum temperature and pH of BEG8-20 were nearly the same as those of BEGwt. However, the thermostability of BEG8- 20 was increased 1.53-fold (21.4 min vs. 14.0 min) based on the half-life of the residual activity at 70 C. This increase in enzyme thermostability is advantageous for the hydrolysis of lignocellulosic materials to produce fermentable sugars. In the activity staining experiment, only a truncated smaller enzyme was observed for BEG8-20, whereas two forms, a matured (52 kDa) and a truncated smaller (34.5 kDa) enzyme, were observed for BEGwt owing to proteolytic internal cleavage at the linker region between the 297th and 356th amino acid residues. These results indicate that amino acid substitutions in the mutant enzyme have rendered the protein prone to cleavage at the C-terminal region.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine effects of health promotion program based on self-efficacy theory on physiological indicators, self-efficacy, grits, and health promotion behavior in community elderly. Methods: A non-equivalent control group pre-post test design was used. The intervention group received the health promotion program based on self-efficacy theory for 8 weeks from October 8 to November 26, 2020. Results: t-test showed that systolic blood pressure (t=-2.12, p=.040), self-efficacy (t=3.78, p<.001), grit (t=3.75, p<.001) and health promotion behavior (t=2.89, p=.002) were significant differences between the two groups. In other hands BMI (t=-1.26, p=.213), diastolic pressure (t=-1.07, p=.287), total cholesterol (t=-1.67, p=.102), LDL-cholesterol (t=-0.76, p=.451), HDL-cholesterol (t=-0.57, p=.567) and triglyceride (t=-1.76, p=.094) were no significant difference between two groups. Conclusions: The health promotion program based on self-efficacy theory was found to be an effective nursing intervention program in improving physiological indicators, self-efficacy, grit and health promotion behaviors of community elderly.
