I have obtained the following conclusions after measuring a variation of the after-effection after one hour of motion-exercises of Harvard Steps for 5 minutes between 5 number's wight lifters and 5 number's unexperienced athletes for reviewing its condition in after the stable and motion-exercise in order to check a variation of a heart trate and a blood compositions according to Harvard Steps. 1. It was showing those who the unexperienced athletes have more variation (p<0.01) than the weight lifter and the weight lifter was having more the restoration degree than the unexperienced athletes under the loaded condition of a heart pulse's motionexercise. 2. It was showing phenomenon of increasing a red blood cell and hemoglobin, hemotaclit (P<0.001) slightly and thus its could not restored completely after one hour according to Harvard Step's motion-exercise. 3. It was showing of increasing the whole protein and the whole cholesterol (P<0.01) significantly and then also increasing lower to level of restoration period than a stable period (P<0.05).
This research has done by six(6) persons of general weight lifters in order to find of change of Physical strength according to weight reduction. Normally the physical strength was surveyed by weight. In according with reduction of 2% on first day, 4% on 2nd day and 6% on 3rd day from its weight, promptitude of muscular power, quick action and pliability were analyzed and the conclusion is as follow. 1, Muscular power was improved when the normal weight was reduced 2% and 4% but dropped down a little when it was 6%. 2, Quick action in vertical movement was reduced by the weight reduction but speed was become faster in 50 m running. 3, Promptitude was become better than normal time by the weight reduction. 4, Pliability was improved with bette record by the weight reduction.
The purpose of this study is to research nutritional nanagement and ergogenic aids which may improve competitive performance of weight-lifter. Increased protein intake for the weight-lifters is significantly important during training for increasing muscle mass. The optimal protein intake for weight-lifter training may be 2g/㎏. Moderate dose of arginine and ornithine may have enhanced body fat loss associated with resistance training, an attribute partially modulated by somatotropin Thus, it is recommended to intake arginine/ornithine during weight-lifter training. Nutrition considerations for weight loss recommends daily low-fat, high protein diet since short-term weight loss decreases muscle mass. Continuous efforts for food pattern and ergogenic aids are needed to improve competitive performance.
The purpose of this work is to provide an optimal information program to the weight lifting coaches to enhence an competability, by comparing the corelation between physical strength and competition records with 27 junior highschool students, 30 senior highschool students, and 30 adult weight lifters. The fruitful research findings have been drawn from the work: 1) competition records indicate that the record has been downed 3-5% in snatch, 3-4% in clean jerk at the competition. In other words, snatch reaches at the level 78-79% of clean jerk, high snatch at 86-89% of snatch, high clean at 78-88% of squat clean in the recods. Also military press occupies 68-69% of snatch, and jerk 1-3%, clean 5-6%, front squat 16-17%, dead lift 25-30%, and back squat 35-40% of clean jerk, respectively; 2) it can be found that light weight division is an optimal for junior highs to exercising their performance, middle weight for senior highs or adults to performing competability on the basis of physical strength, and adult lifters are considered as the strongest among the three groups of participants which represent junior highs second and senior highs least in the back squat.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect on the learning of motor skills between intelligence quotient and motor quotient, the subjects for this study consisted of 102 middle school boys with each group 17 persons, and them I.Q. and M.Q. groups were classified into three groups, that is high average(over115), normal average(98∼105), and Low average(80∼89). Each group was trained for six weeks ball throwing, which is divided into the close skill and the open skill, and in addition to this I.Q. groups were under the controled of M.Q. and M.Q. groups were under the control of I.Q. group made up of average(95∼105). The results obtained from this study were as follows 1) M.Q. H.A. group is definitely superior to the others on the motor skill performance. 2) In the effect of learning of motor skill I.Q. H.A. group is superior to any other group. 3) There was no significant differences between M.Q. H.A. group and M.Q. L.A. one but it was found out that there was significant differences same as above in P<0.05 at level under the pre-test between M.Q. L.A. and M.Q. H.A. group and in addition in p<0.01 at level under final test. 4) It was found out that there was significant differences between I.Q. H.A. and M.Q. H.A. groups under the final tests through the official approval in significant differences, and showed in p<0.01 at level between I.Q. H.A., M.Q. H.A. and I.Q. L.A. groups. 5) The I.Q. influenced upon ball throwing skill. These conclusions have such implications as followed 1) We should give especially consideration to M.Q. than any others in selection of athlete. 2) To cultivate good player of sports it is very important to select the distinguished person in both I.Q. and M.Q. aspect. 3) In selection we should exclude the person who is under L.A. in I.Q. and M.Q.
Following is the conclusion based on a comparative analysis of technical physical strength of athletes; male representative players of Korea and China, ordinary male players of Korea, female representative players of Korea and Taiwan, and ordinary female players of Korea 1. male weight-lifter 1) In terms of technical strength, Chinese representative players was ahead of Korean players, but in terms of percentage, it showed just the opposite, the shows that Korean players are required to intensify their treir training for enhancing technical strength. 2) In snatch, players from both countries showed almost the same level, while in clean and jerk, Korean representative players presented more outstanding performance. 2. female weight-lifer 1) In terms of technical strength, Korean representative players were backward with a wide gap compared to Taiwanese representatives, and in terms of percentage, Korean players were all behind them except for military press. In the meantime, Japanese players wear overall behind Korean representatives, but in high snatch, as well as in high clean push jerk, they were ahead of Korean representatives, and they also recorded the highest figure in terms of percentage. 2) In terms of snatch, both Korean and Japanese representatives shared 58%, and Taiwanese representatives showed 62%. In clean and jerk, the top was Taiwanese representatives who recorded 79%, and the second was Korean representatives who were ahead of Japanese representatives. The gap between snatch and clean and jerk was almost the same the same level of gap between Taiwan and the world record. This demonstrates thet in order for Korea to maintain a continuous superiority, Korean male players are required to supplement technical strength, while female players are required to undergo a comprehensive re-training for both technical aspects and physical strength.
I have intestigation 10 regions of the body and the stabilization method of 4 regions of joint in order to examine in to the sports injury of elite players, for an year, with the object of inverstigation being 718 athletes of 23 events As a result of the inverstigation I got to the conclusion as follows. 1. The sports injury occurred most frequently in september(1890) and april(1782) for an year, and it did most rarely in July(379). 2. The event in which the sports injury occurred most frequently was Handball, and the next sequence was Hockey(1075), Wrestling(949), Taekwondo(945), Judo(892), Shot put(885). 3. The event in which the sports injury occurred most rarely was Swimming comparitively There occurred few sports injury in Canoe(69), Boxing(97), Shooting(142), Rowing(148). 4. Of all the regions of the body, The injury of the ankle joint occurred most frequently and the next sequence was the knee joint(1,411), the Lumber vertebra(1,004), the cervical vertebra(684), the shoulder joint(551). There was a very small number of injury in the finger(228), the elbow joint(232), and the hip joint(149). 5. In the stabilization method, the ankle joint is 43.8%, which is the highest percent, the wrist joint being 41.81%, the knee joint being 8.56% and the elbow joint being 5.83%. Judging from the above conclusion, I think that the sports leader to say nothing of the elevation of players power on the game, should protect players from sports injury through the sufficient warming up exercise and the sdvance teaching on sports injury. moreover The sports leaders make the players proteckt well the region of body which is injured most in their own event, and prevent the individual and the team from suffering a loss of power on the game being caused by sports injury.
When measuring 36 weight lifters of Korean National College of Physical Education and from the second group of National Representative to investigate the transition of hip's angle from various angle, the transition of stomach strength, and the transition of stomach sterngth by the phase of base's before, behind and standard type, I have received the following conclusion. 1. When it take the measure of Back strength the front phase of foundation showed 156.08Kg by means of the average value. and it showed the highest result of 163.25Kg when hip's angle is at 150。. On the other hand it showed the lowest result of 140.69Kg when hip´s angle is at 100。. 2. When it take the measure of Back strength the behind phase of foundation indicated 160.65Kg as the average value. When hip´s angle is at 150。, it indicated the highest result of 169.56Kg. On the other hand, it indicated the lowest result of 146.56Kg when hip´s angle is at 100. 3. When it take the measure of Back strength the standard of basic phase showed 152.46Kg. When hip´s angle is at 140, it showed the highest result of 159.75Kg. But it showed the lowest result of 140.39Kg when hip´s angle is at 100. 4. When it take the measure of Back strength the behind phase of base showed the highest result of 160.65Kg, the front phase of base showed 156.08Kg, and the standard of basic phase showed the lowest result of 152.46Kg. The results in accordance with hip´s angles are as follows. When hip´s angle is at 150, it showed the highest result of 163.75Kg. And when hip´s angle is at 140, it indicated the result of 162.87Kg, finally when hip´s angle is at 100, it indicated the lowest result of 142.55Kg.
